Another awesome small business in Champaign. Had a friend suggest I go check out their skincare products. I fight oily skin and dry skin throughout the year. I was a little reserved about going in there but I did. I must say what a difference my skin has been for the past 6 months. The store owner Marilyn took the time to help me she showed me what products would be helpful for my skin and when to use them. She even demonstrated the products on me. I must say I love the Merle Norman Skincare line. Thank You

Studio ower Marilyn Melvin very rude and stuck up lady. She not a good business lady herself. Store say it opens at 10 and she not even there to open it. Horrible customer service, makes rude remarks. She doesnt know how to keep her store stock with product. When I asked, when will she get it in store she claims she has to wait a month, before she can order it. I would Not recommend this Merle Norman Cosmetics to anyone. Go to another studio or another cosmetics store.

This studio is spotless, all products are displayed beautifully, new owner is dedicated to making this studio a “Go To” in Champaign-Urbana! Renovations are underway to improve the client experience to the fullest! Customer service is of upmost importance, as is the desire to make the client feel pampered and special! The Nail technician, Ann, is the best in town! I highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem!!!

I have always used Merle Norman cosmetics I went to get some new foundation was told it would be at least 20 minute wait to buy foundation. Horrible customer service I gave up went to the mall wont be buying their products
