Im not shopping here a lot, yet I came here quite a lot with my fiance. Yazkara is very helpful. She provides a wide range of advises from conceal to lipstick, and everything else in the store. She can also explain well on the effects of each type of cosmetic product. I will find her next time for her advice.

Awesome staff. I wish I knew her name she did my eyebrows and they were great. She showed me some make up that went awesome with my skin. Great staff is what got me.

The workers were beyond friendly and helpful, and I left with products that fit my exact needs and my price range. Workers didnt try to pitch me the most expensive items simply to make a quick dollar, and they made sure I was happy with my decision, based on quality, size, and price. It was lovely, and I plan on going again if I decide to switch products after I finish what I have.

Helpful but fairly rude.. get out your little feelings youre in the beauty industry biases, prejudices, jealousy or whatever their little problem was needs to be left at the door. Come one now sephora you can do better.

I love that when I walk in, someone helps me right away. They are all so friendly and fun. The products they suggested for lip liner and hair was spot on!

Awesome staff. Scott is super helpful each time I go in for help finding skincare products. He knows exactly what he’s doing! Everyone else is also super nice and just genuinely want you to have a great experience. I cannot rave enough about the service.The store is on the smaller side, but they have most new inventory and they restock each week, so you can usually find what you’re looking for. Even if they don’t have it, they’re very nice about helping you order online and pick it up at the store for no extra cost.Some locations aren’t always friendly about returns, but I still felt welcomed after I had to return a product.The entrance connecting directly to the parking lot isn’t open right now because of COVID regulations, but there is another entrance inside. I appreciate that they’re following regulations closely. If you want to test something they’ll swatch it for you and help out out so you don’t have to touch the product directly.

Great experience (my wallet reflects it lol) wonderful customer service. Only thing that would have made it 5 stars is if sephora sold Hank & Henry, my favorite Coach perfume Poppy, oh! And would have been willing to sell the rings they had on display individually. I was so excited to buy this super cute Coach Ring..& it looked like someone else had the same idea since it wasnt the only ring from display missing..but unfortunately the only thing I was getting for myself and not my daughter, couldnt be bought. Too sad.

Was helped by a knowledgeable salesperson. I am satisfied with the product I purchased a cc creme. Will be sure to visit again.

Super helpful workers and friendly environment

I have been having problems with finding foundation that works for my skin. I’m not extremely make up savy so I talked with Morgan explaining all the things important to me and what I didn’t like about my last foundation. After our conversation, she tests and recommends the MILK foundation. At first, I wasn’t excited about it because i wasn’t used to it but throughout the day it began to grow on me. I am so satisfied with this foundation choice for my skin & thankful for Morgan’s help :)

They really do everything they can to help you find the right products for you and that are great for your skin. The makeup artists are so amazing, they make everyone look so beautiful. Flawless.

Was a fun visit ! Got what I came in for! The employees were nice and helped me pick out a foundation in the right shade. Got two free gifts which was a nice bonus. All in all it was a good experience.

Some of the rudest employees Ive ever met. I had a voucher for a free makeover and decided to give it a go. From the second I walked in (at 5 PM on a weekday night mind you), I was treated like I was a bother to them. They made me feel terrible and like I was scum of the earth for using a reward that THEIR store provides. Ive been terrified of coming into this sephora ever since.

They dont seem to carry Clinique makeup anymore, just face care stuff. I needed help finding something but was never greeted. I decided to just get my birthday free item & go, the cashier had an attitude about that.

Theyre always very helpful, I had a list from my daughter at Christmas time and they pointed me in the right direction for everything and gave me options for price range etc. I appreciate their willingness to help (without judgement) when Im clueless :)

Im familiar with other stores through friends, and people are so nice and helpful at other locations. Not one person even acknowledged or made eye contact (except the cashier at the end) the whole 15 minutes we were there. There were only 2 other groups of people in the store, and there were about 7-8 reps just talking, hiding and using their cell phones, or just wandering. Smh.

Did not feel comfortable asking for beauty advice from girls that didnt even know how to do their own make up. Makes no sense. Hate this location and will never purchase from here again.

I visited the store to look for mini empty perfume spray bottles needed for my work. They provided the bottles for free, smiling. I learned a lot from them. Superb people work there.

Ive always had friendly, attentive service at this Sephora. People there have answered my questions on everything from curly hair care to false lashes. One time a lady working in the hair products section spent a good deal of time with me helping me find products for my new short haircut. She said shes going to cosmetology school, and she was very knowledgable. Another time I had a skin irritation around my eyes from a cheap eye makeup remover, and the person who I talked to at Sephora helped me look through all the eye creams ingredients labels, trying to find alcohol-free creams for sensitive skin. She helped me find a couple that reduced the inflammation. I dont know about the negative reviews here, but I highly recommend this store! ;)

My esthetics class stopped in to conduct a first hand account on customer service. Sephora staff did not disappoint. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and on top of theyre game. Special kudos to the bubbly ebony sista with the bright smile & impeccable brows (so sorry,but Im the worst with names) and the sweet young lady with the purple hair &darling glasses that color match my classmate and I. We will definitely be back and our very interested in attending any classes that youre offering. Thanks again

This is the worst Sephora I have been to. I had 3 employees stand in my way while I was looking just talking and goofing around. Not a single one acknowledged I was there just stood there. Then when I went to purchase I waited in a line where there was no one at the check out. I got sick of waiting so I returned my items next to the same girls who were still goofing off and left. I will obviously find somewhere else to buy makeup this place clearly isn’t interested in keeping customers.

I was getting a foundation sample and the employee was being extremely rude about it. She acted like I was only there for the sample when in reality, I’m a frequent buyer at Sephora and that was my first time getting a sample. The last time I bought the whole foundation without trying it on the whole face, it didn’t match my skin. Employees in Sephora need to be more friendly!!

I have been into this Sephora several times. Not once was I acknowledged by an employee. No one asked me if I needed help or even made eye contact. They seem to be understaffed. The one time I did purchase something here I had to wait in line about 10 minutes. Then when I checked out they said they were having problems printing the receipt. The girl who had checked me out walked off and left some other girl to try to fix the receipt printer. The new girl got very flustered and eventually tried calling a third employee over to help. At this point I just wanted to leave, so I told her not to bother with the receipt and asked if they had a pen I could borrow to jot down the charge myself. They ignored me. There was a pen visible right by the register, but they didnt bother to hand it to me. I just ended up walking out. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the pieces at this store. I definitely wont be back.

I love Sephora but not this store...unfortunately its the only one within 100 miles from me. I visited this store about a year and a half ago and at that time, employees were friendly and eager to help. This time was not same. Where has the customer service gone? I usually shop online but I had a few vouchers to redeem for a 1-1.7oz bottle of perfume/cologne from the sample kits they sell. This store is an hour drive from where I live so my fiance and I had been planning a time to go in and redeem the vouchers for awhile because we dont go to Champaign often. His favorite cologne is Gucci Guilty and one of his vouchers was for a 1oz bottle. They no longer make the 1oz and only have a 1.3oz. It shouldnt be a big deal to honor the voucher but apparently it was. They wouldnt even allow us to pay the difference though Im sure there wasnt one (the 1oz bottle was over priced, thats why they make the 1.3oz bottle now in its place). He had to pick a different cologne from the list on the spot because the manager couldnt step up and make a business decision, how are you in management?! We didnt make a big deal about it, he picked something different hed never tried so hopefully he still likes it after wearing it a few times. He ended up buying Gucci Guilty anyway because THATS WHAT WE WENT THERE FOR! The sales associate who helped us originally was nice but the manager was not and neither was the lady who checked us out, I dont know her name but she had red hair and caked on makeup. She acted bothered that we were redeeming our vouchers. I dont think well go back to this store. Ill keep ordering online and if I need to go into a store, Ill do it when Im in the Chicago area.

I walked into sephora looking for perfume and as I was looking I accidentally knocked down a $40 glass bottle of perfume I was scared and embarrassed but quickly told the lady cleaning the mess up I would pay it and she kindly replies no need to accidents happen. I was so relieved bc that would be all the money I came with. I really love the customer service here:)

Overall an uninviting environment. Ive spent quite a lot of money at Sephora, typically in stores. However, over the last year, no matter how many times I go into this location Im always treated poorly. Unfortunately I now buy most of my makeup from the Sephora website. There are a few employees who are stars but they seem to be overshadowed by the bad ones.

One of the ladies who work there go up to my friend and I while we were trying out a perfume sample, and she yelled at us to put it back before she kicked us out of the store. Why hire people like this?

I had one of the worst experiences of my life when I worked here. Id been unhappy for awhile after we had gotten a new manager and decided to put my two weeks in. I was pregnant at the time and during my last two weeks I suffered a mid pregnancy stillbirth. It took me a few weeks to finally go back in the store and collect the items in my locker and when I did I was met with hugs from my co workers, except the manager Becky. She didnt acknowledge what happened to me at all she went straight to my locker forcefully went through it, took my personal belongs and I had to go into my personal sephora account so that she could look at my purchases before she let me leave with my things. Ill never recommend working at sephora as long as shes there and I wish I would have takin my experience with her to hr, there is no reason to be that cruel of a human. Horrible women.

I go here from time to time to pick up staple products that they do not sell at Ulta. However I try to avoid it as much as possible because I am not a fan of the customer service or in general the people who work here. Of all the Sephoras I have been to I can no doubt say I have always felt the most uncomfortable here.
