I wished someone would had warned us before using this company. So many issues, they promised the car back in a few weeks that’s why we used them, we still don’t have the car back, one promise after another not kept. We just want the car back fixed in the time they committed to. They quoted one thing and than changed the price after they excepted the work. It has been the worst experience that I’ve had in a long time. We feel like hostages of them having the car. We wished we would had taken it to a different car repair place. From the price, to the time line, none of the promises kept. We still dont have the car back. Are there not any more honest people out there in this world? It’s so sad. The customer service has been terrible. And supposedly we are dealing with the management!!! I have no idea how this company could have had any of the positive comments below, not sure if they are bought or what? Those positive comments do not reflect at all the experience that we are having. We will see if they make it right if we ever get the car back.

I would personally like to thank Tristan T.for excellent and professional service. When I contacted the Chevy dealership I was told it would take about two weeks to get the part to replace my driver side mirror. Contacted Precision and Tristan told me to bring my car in and he would see if they could do the repair. Not only were they able to do the repair, they got the part in 4 days. I went in on Monday and Thursday my mirror was replaced. It I had used the dealership I would still be waiting and they quoted me a much higher price than Precision. I was a first time customer and will be a returning customer if I should need service again.

Vu Tran was the gentleman who helped us. My teen daughter rubbed a white car my daughter car is black we had white paint from the front all the way down the passenger side. Vu put me at ease and took the car in and worked their magic!! Phenomenal job all of the white paint came off the car looks like it’s brand new again. Highly recommend this place and Vu Tran!! These guys really went above and beyond. I needed the headlight assembly replaced on my 07 accord. I was smiling from ear to ear when I went to pick up my car! The headlight looks and works great, the price was great, and everyone that works there was super friendly and professional. Matter of fact, I was so surprised by how inexpensive it was that I wanted to tip them.I wish I had a picture of my car before the repairs, but this is soooo much better than it was. If I ever need any other body work Im going to Precision.

The drivers side tail light on one of our fleet vehicles was broken, so we had no turn signals or brake lights on that side. I contacted Tim and he got the part ordered and let me know the next day that it was in. I was able to bring our truck by first thing in the morning and they switched it out very quickly. This is one of the few shops that understand that service trucks out of service means lost revenue for our business, so I was so happy they did it so quickly. Thanks Tim and Precision for getting us back on the road!

Updating this post after about a year. Originally have 4 stars even though my original experience having my vehicle repaired here was very sub par. I dont really like bashing small businesses online. About 3 months after my repair I noticed the paint was chipping off my new hood that was just replaced and repainted. I reached out to the manager who i had previously been in contact with due to the numerous issues and complications that arose during the repair. He was pretty dismissive and asked me to text him pictures and said they looked like rock chips and left it at that. Its now about a year after the repair and even more paint is chipped from my hood. I tried reaching out again a few weeks ago to see if they could take a look and help out and havent heard anything still. It frustrates me so much looking at my hood every time, this repair was VERY expensive and the original experience was very poor. I honestly have up hope trying to have this issue resolved since whoever I originally spoke to was dismissive and didnt really seem to want to help. I see this shop recommended all the time for excellent quality and service and it just gets me frustrated because I feel like I got the short end of the stick. I just didnt think my new hood that was just painted should have chips, and I never felt like my concern was addressed seriously which is such a shame.

My brand new Acura (less than a month old) suffered a parking lot scrape right at the front of the hood where it was super visible. I was very upset! The Acura dealer recommended Precision Auto Body in Chandler so I went by there. Vu Tran came out to look at the damage. He gave me a ballpark quote of $700 to paint the panel properly. Then, much to my surprise, he suggested getting touch-up paint and fixing it myself. I told him Id reluctantly bought the paint at the dealership but I had never had much luck with it on previous occasions. He offered to touch it up for me... no charge! I agreed and he took the car into the shop. In about 15 minutes, he brought it back. No one who didnt know the damage was there would ever be able to tell. I was amazed! I consider that to be excellent customer service. Vu really went above and beyond. Needless to say, if (heaven forbid) I ever need more extensive repairs, Im going back to Vu Tran at Precision!

Took my Infiniti Q50 after having some bumper damage. Vu was more than accommodating and replaced my bumper, fender and headlight all in about a week. The paint blending was perfect I can’t even tell the difference.

I was in a collision in January and there was some body damage to the back end of my Fusion Hybrid. Since it was a hybrid, and the hybrid battery was in the same area as the damage I felt like it was important to find a body shop that was trusted. I called the Ford dealership and asked them who they would recommend. Ironically, the owner of the body shop happened to be at the dealership in that exact moment so they just handed the phone over to him and I told him my concerns and he assured me that they would handle it all...Even dealing with the other guys insurance. I took it in and they worked with Allstate (other guys insurance) for me and even worked out the rental car! They had my car for about a month (probably half the time was waiting for Allstate to approve stuff 🙄) and when I got it back I was in shock! It looks like a brand new car from the back (maybe because it is! 😆) and the guys did a magnificent job. In the collision I had a hot chocolate spill in the front passenger seat and they detailed the inside too. It looks almost brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. It was a very stressful time for me, my daughter was getting married, we had a vacation during this time that we had planned almost a year prior, and I have been plagued with debilitating migraines since the accident so for them to deal with Allstate for me was so wonderful. I appreciate all they did for me and I am thankful! My car is so thankful too!

I had an accident 3 years ago and Precision rebuilt the front end of my car. Just last week I had a new clutch put in and the dealership mentioned that a radiator for an automatic was installed by mistake. I contacted Precision to let them know about the error and didnt expect the manager Kevin to offer to fix the mistake. They put in a new radiator and even gave me a ride to work. Now that is how a business is supposed to operate. 10/10

I was rear ended on the 60 in my Mercedes by an uninsured driver. I called my service guy at Gilbert Mercedes and he highly recommended Precision Auto Body. My car had a lot of damage, over $25,000. KJ was in constant contact with me as my car took 67 days to fix, mostly due to my insurance lagging. I would highly recommend KJ, my car came back beautiful again! Thanks KJ

It took Precision 3 weeks to repair my car, but it should be noted part of the delay was due to my insurance company. That said, they were very poor in calling to update me on the status of my vehicle. The price to repair my vehicle was very high, but I didnt have time to drive around and get other estimates.When I picked up my vehicle John made a point to tell me they buffed my headlight lenses so they are now clear. I drove off and notice my airbag light was on, went back and John had a tech hook up the diagnostic unit to reset my airbag.That evening I noticed one light was out and I thought it had simply burned out so I purchase two new headlight bulbs ($35) since you should replace them in twos. When I went to install the replacement bulbs I found that, of the 4 lights (2 low beam and 2 high beam), three were unplugged and one was sitting loose in the engine compartment. It took me 45 minutes to install the headlights because there is so little room in that area!Yeah, they buffed my headlight lenses and ArmorAlled my tires but didnt connect my lights or reset my airbagsI shudder to think what else they missed in repairing my vehicle. Ill go elsewhere in the future.!!

Had my car initially painted with Percision, years later there was an oxidation issue. I called the company thinking it was worth a try to see if they would rectify the issue. To my surprise their general manager Tim told me that there’s was a defect in the paint from that particular company. He had me come down and they repainted my car without questions. My car looks brand new. I would pay extra money to have my car painted by a company that stands by their warrantee years after the fact. Tim was extremely professional and the work done on my car was exceptional, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I have left my 350Z in the capable hands of Patrick and the team at Renew (recently changed to Precision Auto Body) and am completely satisfied with the work. The clearcoat had bubbled and started to peel all along the roof and rear hatch due to the dark blue paint and the unforgiving sun, however the car looks like new again. The best part is that they guarantee their work for life so if the clearcoat starts acting up again theyll fix it, free of charge. You might be able to find a shop that will do the job for less money, but I doubt youll find better quality work.
