They never answer the phone. This isnt a one time thing either. The last 3 times I needed service cal wouldnt be answered or it would be dropped
I had a great experience. Services performed were necessary and my technician was very informative letting me know what needed to be done then and in the future.
DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! i brought my car in for maintenance they improperly put in MY FUEL PUMP!! did not run any of the required test after and my car broke down 3 days later from lack of fuel getting to my engine. Was towed to a different honda and when they ran test came back and clearly said the bump was improperly installed. when i called this honda they very rudely told me i was wrong and they where “so sorry the service provider told you the wrong information there is only one way to install the pump so no we did not do that wrong. it’s happening all over the county if you would like to see” no that was all BULL you messed up and now ignoring my calls and request. THIS IS A TERRIBLE LOCATION
I came in to get my air bag fixed due to the recall. Mike Bradley saw me waiting in the service area and came to me to see if I needed help. He got me scheduled early the next day at my convenience and was there promptly to meet with me the next morning. He made sure to include the free inspection after asking if I had time.My car was returned within the time estimated. Everyone I spoke to was nice and the waiting area was accommodating for when I needed to work on my laptop inside and when I ate my lunch outside.I came for a free fix and got free service and was treated like a paying customer. I know where I will go to buy a CRV when my wife wants a new car.
I contacted various dealerships to purchase a car for my sons college graduation gift. I dealt with Corey Cameron who was straightforward and not pushy. He showed me only what I had specified that I wanted and didnt waste my time on anything else. They sold me a Honda Civic that had a recall on it for cracked engine block problems but never told me when I bought it that it had a recall for that issue and eventually the engine cracked in it
They never return calls when you have a problem. Terrible customer service. You purchase a car with photos of an issue at the time of purchase and they block you calls to discuss your concerns. Would never buy honda again. Terrible company!!!!!!

On two occasions now he’s gone way above and beyond when I came in for help, one time with my battery and a second time just needing to add a second license plate.I’m super grateful and would 100% recommend Joe and Honda service Chandler.

I am new to the Honda family and took my used Pilot in to determine what it needed done as it is extremely high in miles. My service advisor, Brandon W., went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle received proper maintenance. By this I mean he sifted through a huge stack of service records that was not in chronological order dating back to 2012 from the previous owners! Wow! I feel like I am in honest hands at this Honda service location.

Cant get a call back from service or finance. I am trying to buy something and they arent interested in selling it. I wouldnt waste my time again. Tempe responded immediately and I took the extra time to go there, rather than my local Honda store.

VERY BAD Manager and NOT nice. I wanted to trade in my car with money down for a new Honda at autonation chandler, was there 2 hours just so they could tell me loan denied only through honda what should have taken 30 minutes, but Somebody brought him chick fa ley between 9am and 10am so I had to sit and wait through that, finally by 11 am Finance said will check other lenders and call you back. Never called back. so I complained to manager Steve and John Robsin, and he said I will check into it and will be helping you myself. I said cool. Because up until then I felt I was not getting attention and being ignored. Why I dont know. for somebody ready to buy a car with trade in and cash, or so I thought they would want to sell a car. so Now Manager calls me back calling me by a different name, basically making fun of my name, and a higher offer, I thought for want I was bringing in and putting down that it was to high, so in a condescending voice, Manager Steve tells me that he can make it higher for me, if I want him to. just like that. that was the manager Steve, That is how I was treated at AutoNation Honda in Chandler. Good News is I will still be getting a Honda, Just NOT at this place.
Terrible customer service. The cashiers are always talking amongst each other and make you wait until they finish their personal conversation to help out, unprofessional. The service shuttle takes hours to take you, they wait until they can throw in as many people in the van as possible instead of taking each person as they arrive. It has taken an hour and a half before to be taken into work when I dropped off the vehicle at 645AM and was the first person on the list. They have taken 2 hours to pick me up even though I explained when I would be ready way in advance. I tried to set up an appointment this time and the reservation agent was snobby about the situation, stating I NEEDED an appointment for an oil change! Ive dropped off the vehicle without appointment many times in the past, I was simply trying to ensure I would have a way to get to work on time this time. Go to Honda at Tempe, they have way better customer service.
Was just following up with my six month complimentary overhaul. The to flush, adjust, ask questions and microscope everything. ew car to make sure everythings in order to procure warranty longevity promoting a Win-Win. Turns outs they dont just clean it but they totally detail it like you picked it up new again!!! Even my old Lexus dealership didnt stretch this far
The service department is great. Very good service on cars. Only issue is their shuttle service is the worst. Literally only 2 drivers and each of them takes 2hrs to drop someone and take only 1 person at a time. They need to have more shuttles. Everytime I have to wait 2hrs to get someone to drop me or pick me up. That is the worst for any car dealership/service department.

I was shocked that CDC regulations of 6 feet distance wasnt kept. Also there was a test drive with no masks or gloves offered or used. I dont think this is safe for anyone at this time. I doubt any precautions are being kept at this time.
