Im way more impressed than I have any right to be. They did an amazing job on the paint refresh that had several small details that they had to account for. They were super careful in all respects and the price beats out all other shops in the area I have spoken with. Ill come back if I ever need any kind of paint job again. Paint is so shiny, Id never think it was a 11 year old car! Such a good job!

Wow. Our friends highly recommended this body shop to us, and we could not have been more impressed. They searched high and low for parts trying to find us the best price, and even after we agreed upon a price they called to tell us they found a cheaper part saving us money. WHO DOES THAT? We were blown away by their integrity, they were done earlier than expected, were extremely pleasant to work with, AND did exceptional work. So grateful to have found this gem!

Gateway did a great job fixing my 2017 Toyota Highlander. The paint work matched 100%. They worked with the insurance company and got me all Original Equipment replacement parts which is huge !! The car repair was perfect and you would never be able to tell it was repaired. They are a small family owned business and everything done here goes back to our community. Simply the Best! I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. My 2006 BMW had the front bumper ripped off by a low curb. I found an inexpensive replacement, black color, not primed. Jon made sure it would fit, had it primed & painted to match and attached it securely, even hooked up the fog lamps to be sure they worked. Very happy with their service.

In lieu of my very 1st car accident, a minor Fender Bender, I was referred to this body shop by my aunt who has a husband that does work with the people in this area. I called the very next day after my car accident and asked if I could come in and get a estimate of repairs. John said come on by and with in an hour I was signing paperwork after I received said price estimate. The estimated time of repair That John had given me was spot on. Once my insurance got the appraiser out to their lot John called me to let me know that work had begun to fix my car. Within a week and a 1/2 my car was back in my possession and everything was working just fine. One say got there to pick up my car John walked around the car with me himself pointed out everything even got down on his hands and knees in 105 degree weather to check something that I thought I saw, but turned out to not be anything. I would recommend this repair shop to anybody that needs work done!!

I had a scrape on my car from scraping a pole . Took it to many body shops who said they would charge anywhere from 500-700$ to fix it.When i took the car for estimate to gateway, they immediately fixed it by just removing the buff and all the scratches are gone.i just saved myself 700$. I highly recommend them

I needed a console replaced and they were very patient as Jon helped me find the correct part for cheaper than I thought, and Shanna was very helpful in explaining the whole process. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their car dialed in! Oh and THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK!

Jon handled everything with our 2005 Chevy Silverado with ease and great communication. My mother was rear ended on the freeway and Jon dealt with the other drivers insurance company to make sure all of the damages were covered. I took advantage of the truck needing body work and asked them to repair and repaint the rest of the truck as it had faded paint and dents after 15 years of AZ sun & usage. The truck came back looking showroom ready. Next up is my 2011 Genesis; Jon be ready!

Brought my truck to these guys when it got hit. It was supposed to be done in 4 business days but took almost 10. It wasnt their fault though, the insurance company sat around forever in approving a part and that delayed everything. As soon as they got the approval, they ordered the part and went to work. They did a fantastic job on the truck, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My granddaughter made an emergency and needed a side mirror replaced today before she left town for 2 months. I called Gateway and they said to stop by even though they were booked and they would see what they could do. We drove in and the worker stopped what he was doing and installed a new mirror in less than 10 minutes! They wouldnt accept any money and said just tell our friends the next time we needed work. Cory did a great job on my Nissan Frontier although it did take a little longer than I was told it would take. He needs to return calls when the customer is told that he will. But I am very pleased with the look of my truck.

I used to deliver paint and supplies to body shops all around the valley, including Gateway, so Ive seen and experienced many owners and painters and seen a LOT of work being done. Cory at Gateway is by far the most professional and fairly priced owner/shop I know of. I take my vehicles to Cory every time with utmost confidence. They REALLY care!

My car was T-bones last December I brought my car to Gateway and insurance paid them to repair it not only did it take them three months to give me back my car... my car has been having serious issues ever sense, none of the doors closed properly there’s a huge gap on the hood all of the electronics had malfunctioned at some point or another... Cory has just told me to bring it in yet every time I brought it in in the past six months which has been twice a month he has not been there nor been available or the shop is being repaired and I have no access to it... it’s been 9 months since I’ve gotten my vehicle back from gateway and I’ve had 4 BLOWOUTS.... like my tire blew up going 70 miles an hour because the inner tread wore down and you couldn’t tell from the outside...(alignment) this is absolutely a safety issue and I really hope that nobody takes their cars here and takes the risk that something could happen to their family because of pure laziness... and bad customer service

This is by far the best Auto body you can use. I have use them a couple of times and Im very satisfied with the quality of work.

Went for a quote, the person helping me wouldnt take the time to really look at me. He put together a quote and basically rushed me out the door and didnt seem open to answering questions. I ultimately decided not to do business with them as a result.

My 18 year old son had a minor accident with a truck that was above the bumper of his car. The hood of his car was destroyed, (folded up) like foil.The owner, Corey, was so helpful. While every other body shop insisted they needed to do thousands of dollars in repairs, he recognized that the young man who stood in front of him was college bound and paying for the damage out of pocket.He let my son supply the new hood, which he salvaged from a junk yard, but got the rest of the parts for him. He painted the hood to perfectly match the body and even though my sons bumper was scratched up and wasn’t going to replace it, he surprised him with a replacement bumper.The total repair was under $1,000 and Gateway has now earned a customer’s family business for life. What a true, honest, and caring business.I’d recommend them to anyone.

I’m deeply disappointed with Gateway’s repair estimate of the car I brought to him to tell me everything wrong with it in order to decide whether to buy it. Cory looked it all over and provided a printed estimate. I wasn’t very impressed with his customer service attitude and ended up taking the car to four other highly rated body shops in Gilbert. Every other shop quickly noticed significant key indications of issues that he completely missed. Two shops even stated that anyone who did body work should have immediately seen these things and what they indicated was wrong on the car. Cory, from Gateway, however, did not. There are better places to go than Gateway.

This place is legit. The owner Corey is a straightforward no bs kind of guy. They did super nice body work and paint matched up perfectly. BRAND new car too. Job was done right and they communicated with Geico so I didnt have to which was nice. Hopefully wont have to go thru this process again but if I do Ill definitely be returning to Gateway. Had to get my company car repaired after a parking lot incident. It took a little longer than expected because Corey rejected the junkyard hood the insurance company wanted to use. It was done right with OEM parts. Even a critical eye would never know it was worked on.
