Car was delivered well past estimated delivery, with a broken part, but its fine. Would prefer to not use them again.
From the first phone call to the the last everyone excelled in customer service. Even to the point after I picked up my car and discovered I had left my garage door opener in the rental car. Not to mention my 2014 bumper looks brand new. Thank you Auto Nation. From the minute I was rear-ended I was dreading dealing with the repair service. I couldnt have been more wrong.

Despite the general census, my experience was fantastic. Shout out to Johnathan Brown for much appreciated communications. He went above and beyond to get me back in my vehicle and on the road safely. Johnathan displayed great teamwork within his organization to accomplish shared goals. I would recommend to family and friends and I will be reaching out to AutoNation if I ever am in need again.
This shop took the effort to go above and beyond fixing our Chevy Malibu I thought might not be salvageable. But Eddie did a great job of working with us and the adjusters to ensure the best possible outcome for us, the customer. I thought the paint and body wok all looked spot on when I looked for body seams that may be off. And then Eddie took the initiative to detail the engine because he wanted it to look as good as the interior and body work that had been done. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, this is the only place Im going.
Talk about making it easy. Fast service, no hassle, looks like brand new, and got it done over a week early. What more can you ask for. While I hope I dont need to use their service again, I would in a minute.

Service was fast for how much was needed, but almost one year later, and after several email chains with a representative, I still am missing a piece from my cars grill and part of my wheel lock set. It is disappointing that after being told that the parts will be sent to me, nothing was done.
I’m all about customer service, and this was also my second time getting rear ended and having to get my car fixed. I called a couple of other places and gave me the impression that they didn’t want my business so I chose to go else where. When I walked into AutoNation, Hailey greeted me with a smile and helped me through the whole process with a guarantee that everything will be great! She took care of everything from start to finish and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Carl comes out to check out my car with me, and he gave me a good time frame of how long he would probably have my car and he was 100% accurate. He was super nice, and very professional! I was 100% satisfied with my services here at AutoNation in Gilbert and will recommend this place to anyone needed auto body services! Thank you again!
After a few hiccups with communication, this is an update on my recent 5-star review that I devalued at 1-star less than a couple of days later. With all hope lost, Kay and Charlie took care of the follow-up issues to my vehicle. I was impressed by their support and service. I would recommend them to any of my friends, colleagues, or clients yet I only gave them 4-stars because of the unpredictable process at the tail-end of getting everything back to normal with my vehicle.
Auto Nation Collision damaged my vehicle in their attempt to repairing it. They initial told me I had cosmetic damage when I had significant structural damage. They left my vehicle in the rain with the hood off for days damaging the electrical components of my vehicle and rusting the headers of my engine. My vehicle was 6 months old. Three attempts to repair my Yukon and it was still not fixed. My insurance required me to take it elsewhere and almost 7 mos later my vehicle is still not repaired to its pre accident condition promised by USAA’ Star Autobody shop. Please take your vehicle elsewhere!

I am extremely frustrated with the Gilbert collision center and the lack of communication. Ive been given 5 different dates as to when my car would ready for pickup. Each time I have to call to find out it wont be ready. The service advisor doesnt proactively call me to keep me updated. I was promised status update calls from my service advisor, but these dont happen when agreed upon. I have to call to find out what is going on. My car is still at this center and I still dont feel confident that my car is going to be fixed anytime soon. This is the second time Ive used an AutoNation Collision center for my vehicle repair needs and both times Ive been left frustrated and dissatisfied. The other was the Chandler center, and dont get me started with that repair process. Sigh..... Both times I was referred to AutoNation by the insurance company handling my claim. Never will I go with the insurance companys recommendation. I will stick to places I trust. Its unfortunate because Ive used AutoNation dealerships to purchase and maintain my vehicles for years. However, the collision centers dont seem to have it together as well.
