I was sent to this company by my insurance, for a windshield replacement. When I called the day before my drop off appointment (which was a Wednesday) to find out if our car would be ready same day (we had 8am drop off) or if we would have to wait until the next day, (I needed to know this as I have to pay for my own rental car.) I was told that they wouldnt even be ordering the glass I needed replaced, until after my car was there. They did not even look at my car until the next day, to order the glass. When I called on Friday, to get a pickup time for my car, I was told that the glass wouldnt even be in until the following Tuesday. After I extended my rental to Tuesday I received a text saying that my car would not be ready until the Wednesday. It is now Wednesday 10/20/21. I called today to get a pick up time for my car and was only then informed that my glass did not come in yesterday as I was told. But, that it should be there today and ready for pick up by 5:30pm today, and that I would be called as soon as it was ready. My husband called them again a few minutes later, (because he had a couple of questions) and was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes, we received a new text message that our car would not be ready for pick up until some time tomorrow. (Which will cost an additional day on our rental car, that they are aware that we are paying for ourselves. Bring our rental car cost to over $900 before taxes and fees.) It has been more than an additional 30 minutes, and my husband is still, at this moment, on hold. He is still waiting on hold, after more than 45 minutes. I would not recommend this company and will be contacting my insurance provider to inform them of the lack of service provided by this company.
By my surprise appointments are required. They are very busy. Kind and professional. I walked in an dud get all my answers and receive a email on the details. Just waiting on pricing. My car is an 06 Mustang and its my ride and pride. So getting details and small things done are just normal ware and hair. A bump here and ther from parking lots is not what I want.This company is one Ive used many years ago and retuning for quality and professional services keeps people coming back.Will update once things get WORK done.
Service King did a very good job repairing my Ford F-250, updates on the repair and communication with the experts was outstanding throughout the process. They took extra time to make sure the job was done right. Overall the repair experience was outstanding.

This is my third time using Service King. I trust Mike Kame and his team, including Bianca and Garrett to make my truck beautiful and operate right. The paint looks smoother and better finish than the factory. They gave my truck an exceptional detail before returning it. They kept me informed so I was confident the work was progressing. They delivered on their promises to me.

Ive used Service King on two separate occasions to repair my Tahoe and Cadillac CTS V. On both repairs, Service King did a phenomenal job in terms of the repair, customer service, and being right on time. My cars were cleaned and detailed after the repairs and I couldnt have been happier. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Pretty awful place. High churn body shop. Do your due diligence. If you are filing a claim with somebodys insurance and not your own and they recommend service king, avoid. However, avoid in general. Call your people and take your vehicle to a body shop of your choosing. Here, they skimp to please their corporate insurance clients, not you.
Was in a collision that affected the right passenger side fender and wheel area (someone backed into me in a parking garage). The other persons insurance company instructed me to take the vehicle to Service King for repairs. Informed Service King when dropping off the car that I feel unsafe driving the car in its current state since it feels like the steering or something mechanical was affected from the collision. Three weeks later Service King called me to indicate the repairs were complete and the car is ready for pickup. Upon pickup and driving the car home it was clear nothing mechanical was done, only cosmetics. I immediately returned the car to Service King and inquired about the mechanical repairs. Service King and Christian Brothers (the mechanic shop next door Service King) informed me that due to the age and mileage of the car that they cannot determine that any mechanical repairs needed were specifically from the accident or just wear and tear on the car, (I did not have mechanical issues where I felt unsafe driving the car before the accident.) I have a 2003 Toyota Camry with over 220,000 miles. The repairs Service King charged the Insurance company for only cosmetic repairs on the passenger fender was over $3,100. Christian Brothers gave me a quote of over $3,000 to fix the mechanical issues I informed them I was having. Since, these establishments indicated the mechanical issue may not be specifically due to the accident I would have to pay for this out of pocket. I just took my car to Carmax for an appraisal and they appraised my car for $1,000.
I rarely write reviews unless it is to warn buyers; but I am so impressed with how fast, professional and caring this repair facility has been I had to review. I first used them about 6 months ago as a result of an insurance claim. Great work, no complaints; but since I wasn’t paying for anything, including the rental I never really paid to much attention to the time, costs or process in general. Recently my daughter needed some work done that was not through insurance so there was much concern about time, money and being given priority since they are such a big company. But the work was done expediently, looks flawless, she was charged fairly and treated with professionalism and genuine concern. I definitely recommend based on my experience with this facility.
No one ever wants to deal with the inconvenience of having to put their vehicle in the shop for repairs.. but when it came time to. Service King made this process super easy. They took my vehicle in right away and it was done by the expected completion date. They regularly kept me up to date on the progress. Even the transition of getting in an out of the rental was effortless. They handled the return with Hertz! Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend!
I was previously in an accident (almost two years ago) and needed some repairs and my insurance recommended service king! They fixed my car quickly and efficiently and I did not have any issues! This last month I started having issues with my a/c going out and I called service king to see if it was under warranty. While it wasnt they told me to bring my car in and they would look at it for free. Well not only did they look at it, they fixed it for free (I only needed some freon) and had my car done within 30 minutes. Now almost a month later my car is still running smoothly! They have the best costumer service and communication! I would highly recommend bringing your car here as they treat you and your car like family.

I live in Tucson and had my car fixed early last year by them and also paid for some things out of pocket to be fixed work was pretty good fast forward...7 months later had a collision decided to give them the car because last work was good. Towed my car to Phoenix from Tucson because it was not drivable. I dropped it of and was given a deadline of 3 weeks for completion, well over 5 weeks later I drive down to pick up my car and they left parts off the car, didnt repaint numerous panels that were damaged and said they would correct it. 2 more weeks later now at almost 7 weeks they say car is done its just at dealership for a fault code then itll be ready for pickup. Went to dealership to get car because I was told it was done only to see the car was still very poor shape even someone at the dealership pointed out how bad it looked.Nathaniel and Keith were very rude and basically said here is your car bye after driving 3 times from Tucson to pick it up.Now the car is at body shop in Tucson getting everything repainted they did poorly and getting work completed they charged for and didnt do correctly. They were extremely rude during this process and Im just a little confused how they think its ok to do half the job and call it done. Luckily my insurance is going to get this all taken care of just a 3 month process...Lets not leave out my car is a newer Audi S3 that is modified and was left with almost FULL tank of race gas and was returned with a 1/4 tank so yes they drove it as well and thought by putting mileage on paperwork as current mileage would go unnoticed well kind of cant because you drove it to dealership and I saw with my own eyes it was driven to dealership and back so that doesnt even make sense it wouldnt have some mileage but definitely not 3/4 of a tank.50/50 SHOT WITH THESE GUYS BEWARE...

With nothing but issues after we got the vehicle back for the 3rd time from a second location Im not happy and Im not changing my review again just to make them happy. I did not like the fact we got phone calls about our review and how we need to change it even though the office I reviewed was the office that held my vehicle at the time. we did not get any conversation we didnt get any information about our vehicle it took over 2 weeks and they want to blame us for the conversations we have proof of phone calls on our call logs the voicemails they left us are still there I am not wanting to deal with this anymore and will make sure my insurance uses another company from now on. I am pretty sure they still did not fix the vehicle from the collision it now feels like the motor mounts are now even looser than before like no one checked it during the alignment. I am going to be taking my vehicle somewhere else and paying to take care of this problem. I will be giving my instruments all information.
I came in for a car repair after being rear ended, as my insurance had a lifetime guarantee policy with Service King. Samantha (at the front desk) was incredibly nice and helpful my entire visit. Tom was very honest about the work that went into the repair, and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and how long it would take. There was even an Enterprise right inside, so I was able to get drop off my car and pick up my rental at the same location. Repair work was just beautiful. Amazing place, great people. They stayed in contact with us regarding status of repair over the projected two weeks. We had an issue with being called that it was ready, drove in (50 mile round trip) to pick up to find it needed to be kept longer to fix, which they did. The final job was beautifully done & flawless once the problems were corrected & we were totally pleased with the results & quality of the workmanship. Our contact representative Nathaniel, at the Chandler location was polite, concerned with our needs & did a great job of resolving the issues that came up during the process.
I thought the service here was excellent !!!My car looks perfect!! I called them after I got backed into and the whole process was really easy!They set up my car rental, and they explained everything in detail. They called the car rental place to pick me up. I received a text message or phone call each day with an update. When I picked up my vehicle I was allowed to leave my rental car there. My car was cleaned and vacuumed and they fixed my rear side panel perfectly it looks brand new!!!
Three cars in my family came out with damage and missed repairs. Excuses but never got the vehicles fixed. Absolutely stay away.
Julio took care of business. My repairs were done flawlessly, and the paint matches so well no one would know an entire body panel was replaced. They also got out more of my huskys fur than Ive ever been able to on my own. Great cleanup after a great repair.

Wow. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service at the Service King in Chandler. I had my wifes car repaired here, and they did an excellent job, so when i had a front fender get detached from my other car I stopped by for a quote to get the fender repaired. I spoke with Nathaniel Finch, a service advisor there. He came out, looked at the fender, and had it reattached in 5 minutes. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will bring my future business here because of Nathaniel, and send my friends here also.
I took my 335xi BMW here after getting the backend hit and then two days later another person hit the front end... Yeah I know. My service technician worked with me and both sides of the insurance companies to come to a mutual agreement. My beautiful car was fixed (at no cost to me) and Service King not only kept me up-to-date with emails of what was going on with my car but my service technician also emailed and called me too. My car was returned to me washed and beautiful as the day I bought her! Thank you guys!!!
Excellent customer service. Theu have an auto system that texts the status but the staff is so friendly and helpful. They girl at the front desk always smiling. Weve used them 2 times. Each time the repair looked great. There was one small piece on our lexus that needed to be popped in. I could not do it. I stopped by and they fixed it asap.
This is an honest review coming from an Automotive Technician that has been working in the Automotive industry for 12 years. My insurance company recommended this place and had our vehicle towed here to get repaired. The vehicle was hit in the left rear and had significant frame damage and probably should of been totaled. Service King had such a low estimate for the repairs so insurance decided they wanted them to fix the vehicle instead of totaled it out. Repairs took about a month to completed, the full amount of days we were allowed to keep our rental car. When first picking up the vehicle I started to perform an inspection, found my front fog lights not plugged in, and the front fog light wiring not secured in the correct location, grease fingerprints all over my headliner from the mechanics that worked on the vehicle. This is just the first couple of issues, they took the vehicle back and plugged the fog lights in, frustrated I took the vehicle home. Once home I found my back up camera not working, second row seat release lever not working, I could pull the left rear part of the rear bumper off the vehicle, front and rear bumpers where not fitting correctly, body filler dust all over the vehicle, and a couple other small things. My insurance company also sent out someone to perform a final inspection on the vehicle and they forgot all these items including the body shop. Took the vehicle back and had a meeting with the manager about the issues, he made a list of things that needed to be corrected, he also pointed out that some seam sealer in the hatch area was not done correctly and they would also fix this. After picking my vehicle up again, the seam sealer issue was not fixed and this is something the manager of this so called repaired facility pointed out and wrote down on his list to fix. I just want people to know how bad of an experience I had so that they dont get a vehicle back in 100% of the condition before the vehicle was in an accident, some people dont makes me wonder how many people get there cars back from this place and dont notice how much stuff is still wrong with the vehicle. have the knowledge to look for these items, . Till this day my bumpers still dont fit correctly, and they wont do anything to fix them. I do not recommend this place, customer service is a joke, not willing to help with a vehicle till it is fully repaired till the customer is happy with the work that was done. Please have a well known Automotive Technician inspect your vehicle always after getting it back from a auto body repair facility to verify that the repairs where done correctly, its bad in this world you cant trust anyone anymore for proper work on most expensive item that most people own. Cant believe that the Automotive technician couldnt get my bumpers to fit correctly and missed just general repair inspections after the work was completed, part of being a technician is verifying your repairs, not just shipping the car because you have been working on it for a month.

Was very pleased with the customer service at Service King, specifically Julio. Went in for a quote for some collision damage on the left side of my front bumper. Come to find out, the damage looked worse than it actually was. Julio realigned the bumper and buffed out the scuffs quickly and at no charge! Definitely appreciate the honest feedback and assistance with the damage to the bumper, even though it didnt generate any money for the business. Will definitely go back in the event of future damage to my vehicle. Thanks Julio!

The manager Daniel Rognstad personally took care of us, handled insurance and made a stressful situation as simple and easy as possible. Weve had three accidents in the past 5 years. Stay away from this place! I took time off to make an appointment over 2 weeks ago for an estimate. The service tech took photos of the vehicle and told me my insurance company, USAA, would get the estimate in a couple of days. After my 2nd call to USAA to check on the status, I was told the service tech told them I did not want to file a claim and no pictures were taken. As I told my agent, besides it being not true, this excuse makes absolutely no sense. Why would I have USAA make an appointment for an estimate and then make the appointment, only to tell the tech not to take pictures because I am not filing a claim. If the service tech will make fraudulent statements to your insurance company imagine what they may be doing during the repair!

Good work done on expensive cars.Surprisingly, the shop caused more damage: there was a new dent. Apparently, someone knocked something against the car then brought it out anyway.Irresponsible!They did fix the damage, but that meant more time in the shop.Its a good thing I noticed the damage before taking possession.They might have denied responsibility!I will not trust that company due to the issue with an employee causing damage and not taking responsibility.
Hello, I had my vehicle repaired in October 2016 and Dec 2017 with Service King. Both times the customer service was wonderful, the staff kept me up to date with my repairs. unfortunately my family and I were involved in a hit and run accident while on vacation this past July, I was unable to go to Service King because they were not in my insurance network. Gerber, who started my repairs on July 23rd, informed me that the repairs from 2016 were never completed. I immediately called Mike Kame at service king and explained the situation since you offer a lifetime guarantee on repairs. He attempted to reach gerber one time and never called again. After almost a month of be going back and forth Service is finally taking responsibility for the aweful job they did in 2016. But I still have no car and will not have my car back for at least another week.
I went to this place, talked to Ashley Wort/Worth/Woort (one of those last names) for my insurance claim she filed, she FAILED TO TAKE ALL PICTURES FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY, she was not helpful at all and did not let me get a word in, I heard many people mention this to me about her and Service King as a company. That is a bad reputation to build, oh and on top of all that she hung up on me mid sentence...never again....She put me down as a self pay quote instead of adding I did want to use insurance LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. So now I can’t get a payment from my insurance company, NEVER AGAIN!
Although the car was in for a month, due to part shortages, the service and the communications between Brian and myself was outstanding. Still waiting for two additional parts to compete the repair.

I had body damage on a fender (hit by another driver) and I wanted some extra work done on my 2006 Rav4 with slightly faded paint (it been in AZ for 10 years). Mitch was my service adviser and did a great job of explaining the pros/cons of doing more/less to match the paint. I went the cheaper route and they still matched the paint perfectly (same color, same gloss, same metallics) and it ended up costing me less than his initial estimate (how often does that happen these days??) Im not sure if they fixed the fender or replaced it but the alignment is every bit as good as the day it rolled off the assembly line. Excellent job by the techs and Mitch kept me updated every step of the way, excellent customer experience. This is the 2nd time that this Service King has fixed this car, both times have been great, absolutely no complaints.

Worst place to take your car. I was hit from behind and had rear bumper damage. I went to Service Kintg on an appt, the appraiser was 1/2 hour late, took 3 photos, one of rear bumper, front of the car and speedometer. I asked if he was going to look under the bumper, Shawn said no its only paint damage. He gave an estimate of $470. The car that hit me left 12 feet of skid marks and upn impact pushed my vehicle 8 feet forward. I took it to another body shop, the appraiser to photos, crawled under the rear bumper took multiple photos, opened the trunk 3 Xs and closed it to see if there was body alignment damage. I had them fixed it, they found impact bar damaged among other things. Glad I did not have Service King fix my vehicle...that appraiser was just too lazy....
Basically forced here by insurance. Mediocore work with non oem parts.
