I want to give a huge shout out to Callaway Collision they took their best time to work with me I had many problems electrical and in my lights and they tried all different ways. we couldn’t find parts and they looked all over town, Texas, everywhere to find parts and I finally found a part and they put it on it didn’t work, I took the part back got another one put it on. This is just a great crew to work with and they are very patient, very kind, very thorough. Miguel the mechanic is awesome, Joey, Trish, Lee, Johnny they’re all great people! More reasonable rates than competitive towing companies. They were very helpful when i totaled my work truck. I had a 500lb job box and Eric moved 6 cars to get my box with a fork lift.

I took a persons truck here for a friends family member. They have since given a bad review even after the owner paid out of pocket for part of the repairs, waived their deductible, and being told how happy they were with the repairs. They posted this comment. “ Just dont. Thats all I can say about this place”. Really? Beautiful work. After they waited 3 weeks to go sign the paperwork for work to be started. The insurance fought the work tooth and nail and lee Callaway still found a way to get it done. Be truthful in these reviews please.

This towing service has stolen a black 2013 model CTS-V from my buddy today Sunday feb 7 2021 around 3pm in the surrounding houston area it is headed up north I-45 should be in the Conroe/Willis area as I am making this around 4:50pm it is being lead by a grey Tahoe and a follow car the follow car is a black Escalade, I would advice everyone not to use this company as they are stealing high performance vehicles from others, the vehicle that is stolen is paid off so it was not repod, must be a horrible company evil people they need to rot in jail

Frenchy is a Picasso. One of the few that can match paint and custom airbrush work by sight. U can hand whatever you have over and trust him. Price is competitive, little above, and absolutely worth it.

This was by far the experience best dealing with a body shop/ insurance...Trish was so polite and helped me more than she even knew...i just bought the car and had an accident but callaway got it to better than factory condition.They stay in touch with me through the whole process...if your on the fence tryin to decide on a body shop, do yourself a favor and get it right the 1st time..

Callaway Collision, fixed my moms car after an accident. Joey was very nice, honest, professional and definitely trust worthy. Not only is my moms car fixed and running smoothly he also made arrangements out of his own work hours to accommodate our schedule. Very pleased with the quality of his work. Callaway collision has some of the best employees working for them. I was treated with respect even after showing up late to my appointment. All of the documentation and paperwork that needed to be done was done so properly and rapidly. The wonderful young lady in the office was very polite and explained the whole process to me very well, she even offered me hot chocolate while I waited. And as for the body work they preformed on my vehicle, it looked much better than expected, and they detailed it too!

During the summer I was involved in a wreck and I took my car to callaway collision. Everyone in the office were very helpful and nice. When I picked my car up, it was fixed perfectly & had no further problems! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I was involved in an accident caused by the other driver. I called Callaway Collision, they picked up my car, contacted the other drivers insurance about the claim & took me to pick up the rental car. Joey Johnson dealt with the insurance company 100% and my vehicle was repaired with quality parts, in a timely manner. They even returned my rental car!I have had to deal with insurance companies & body shops in the past & it was a complete nightmare! Not at Callaway Collision! Got my car serviced here after a hit and run nothing major but I got the run around from my insurance and Callaway. A month goes by and my car hasn’t had any work done on it this was all when hurricane harvey had hit then there was another delay because of the hurricane I was understanding enough but still doesn’t cover the fact that all the parts were there at Callaway and no work was being done to my car. I finally come to pick up my car and there is over spray on my front driver side fender I have orange peel on my hood and paint on my windshield. Little blobs of paint are on my car I counted about 6 to be exact and honestly it’s the last time I trust a repair facility like this. If you live in the Channelview area and a tow truck driver convinces you to take your car here please do yourself a favor and just go with your insurance.

I wrecked my 2006 Chevy Impala SS on the January 24,2016. Took it to Callaways Collision to get the Repairs done. They did a Great Job and they helped me out tremendously. Took my truck after a fender bender and they fixed it up real nice! Kept me up to date on what was going on and even detailed it when it was done.

The worst experience ever!! Thank God the insurance is going to pay for the alignment my car needed after my wreck or id have to pay out of pocket since this collision center FAILED at fixing my car properly. hood was also put on crooked, as well as other parts falling off within days of picking my car up from this place. LET me not leave out how disrespectful the ladies in the office was. NEVER EVER WILL THEY GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AND I WILL FOREVER WARN OTHERS.

I honestly cant say enough good things about the people at Calloway Collision!They where recommended to me by a friend after someone side swiped my Cadillac Escalade.The owner Lee instantly made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire repair procedure and my insurance claim. Once my insurance was notified he took care of everything from there on out including updating me as the progress went on.They are very profesional and their quality of work was outstanding.I would recommend them to anyone and would not take my car anywhere else should I ever need any type of body work again!

I was in a car accident back in October of 2018. I have had to come back multiple times for them to fix certain parts in my car that should have been fixed the first time. I don’t recommend leaving your car here. It is a waste of time.

They charge me 1600$ for a week that my car was there they stole my rims cap and they said the car had came with out them do not take it there they just want youre money they dont care about youre peson bad shop !!!!!!!
