Avoid the place at all costs !Only one guy does the oil change and if hes busy doing other things, forget it!Also, I hey have about 5 cars that costumers havent paid to pick them up after service .Thats not how you do business!

I came because my car was making a weird noise in the engine. Mark was very helpful and the mechanic was very knowledgeable with detecting the problem. I will be coming back here in the future!

Lyall Bros. Collision Center took care of my car in a quick, and professional manner. They helped me work with the insurance and took their service a step up by replacing a part they did not have to but made my car look better. They also helped me with a loaner vehicle while they took care of my car. I’d highly recommend doing business here.

I own a silver, Honda Civic and was involved in an accident. I went to several body shops and got estimates. Lysol Bros gave me the best and most fair estimate. In addition, matching silver colored paint is extremely difficult. Lyall Bros was able to match the repair body damage perfectly with the original paint of my vehicle. These people do great work. I was super impressed with how my car came out. They gave me a free loaner car since I did not have another vehicle in which it was super clean and drove great! I did not have to pay for it which I was super glad. My husband will be bringing his truck here next week because we really trust these people. We know they will do good work.

I’m overly content with the job Mark and all the staff at Lyall Bros. performed on my vehicle. They restored my truck and it doesn’t shake or do anything it’s not supposed to. This place did an excellent job on my truck. I was in an accident about a month ago and my Ford explorer was a complete wreck! It was ALMOST a total loss but Im so glad I brought it here. They helped me out alot with my deductible so I ended up paying way less than what I thought I would. I was expecting to wait a long time for my vehicle to be ready since it was really damaged, but it only took a week to get it fixed. I was very impressed with the customer service and Ive already recommended 2 of my friends to come here since I know they will do great work!

I been going to this shop for a year. The ladies in the office are kind and will meet all of your needs. The mechanics does exceptional work. My car came out great!! Everyone was super nice and took extra good care of my vehicle. I was in a very bad accident and needed my whole front end fixed, it came out looking better than how it looked before my accident, very impressed.

Im shocked to see so many reviews on how good this Collision Center is but unfortunately the experience Im currently enduring has been nothing but a nightmare. FROM THE TOP SHALL WE: My 2013 Chevrolet Malibu was originally brought to this shop for bumper repairs on a recent incident. I was advised this was the place to be. My car would be repaired in no time and even provided a loaner car until services were completed. Upon completion on original repair services Mark contacted me in regards to a vandalism that left horrible key scratches around my vehicle. I informed Mark that i had not filed a claim but did file a police report. Mark insisted yes INSISTED (through text and over the phone) i file a claim immediately so I could also get a new paint job while my car was already being serviced. I explained to him through text message (that I still have as proof) that I DID NOT think it would be good at this time seeing that I DO NOT have the extra financial support to cover the deductible or any other cost because its more maintenance that needs to be done before coming out of pocket when its so close to christmas. Mark stated the deductible would be waived and even stated the shop DID NOT have to make as much money off the second claim just FILE IT!! I wont have to pay a dime. Long story short. MARK LIED!! They are currently holding my vehicle for $700. When the insurance company stated that the check has been APPROVED they just cant guarantee when it will be issued out due to them going under liquidation. (I also have an email with proof showing its been approved just on hold until new company takes over to issue out payment) I even tried to set up some type of payment plan to where I would pay the balance just to get my car back. THEY DECLINED! PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL. They didnt stop there though. Two days before Christmas I was told I had to return the loaner car or face a $70 daily charge which is more than the price for a luxury rental. I returned their vehicle as instructed and the owner had one of her employees take myself and two younger children back home. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST!!!! The owner herself Olga has NOT reached out to me at all. This all could have been avoided if MARK had not insisted I file this claim after sending him a message through text not to do the paint job but please finish the original repairs. Im highly disappointed with this repair shop and I would not advise anyone else to do business with them. My experience has been very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They have NO UNDERSTANDING AT ALL!! This is the most DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE Ive ever had to endure. If you still decide to do business with them thats fine just make sure to keep a record of EVERYTHING AS I DID. Legal action will be taken going forward. Whether its a year or 2 from now this deceitful business practice WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED!!!

Olga and the gang did a terrific job fixing my AC. They noticed a belt that needed replacement, called me first. I added an oil change, and they even washed and vacuumed my car. I hardly recognized it, it was so clean. (My gray carpets were suddenly black again--like having it detailed free!) Affordable, honest services and on time to boot! Highly recommended.
