This place is awful. The guy never showed up and I had to take another day off work and drive to Beckley to get it done. Let me miss my appt. And see what happens Im gonna be charged for missed apt and have it recalibrate. I know the people who used to run it was on point and on time. A friend of mine was on it and said Jim and Lisa were great.

They do a great job. Even if I didnt if you know what I mean. Im getting back on my feet with it and thank you all.

Third time in a row I have been here at 8:30 when they open and sat in my car because no one show. I need to know how to open one in Charleston so I can put these jokes out of business!

Oh if I could give this places a negative amount of stars I would!! HORRIBLE. Absolutely disgusting the place Is filthy and the guy working at the place was so unprofessional. Go to smart start in charleston not here. Please dont waste your time like I did!

Would not recommend anyone using this place, the 2 guys working there now are crooks and The owner is also, my fiancé had 1 more month to go before his interlock came out and these guys seriously was trying to find a reason to disqualify him and they sure did and tried blaming it on the dmv and the dmv didn’t even know really what was going on, we have had several problems with there equipment and I have talked with other people who have dealt with this also and even the dmv themselves said they have heard several bad complaints about this place. It’s sad that they think they can get away with this, im Sure they have several times before, we are currently in the process of fighting this, this is a piss poor company people ran by a bunch of crooks.... please if you have the option do not use this company try smart start heard good things about their company.....
