I love this place! So many good finds and unique items. Theres a Korean boba & sandwich place. Its good, but kind of overpriced.

A GREAT store!I found everything I like here (Korean primarily).Definitely, the best place to go for international stuff.They have some Latin, Asian obviously, Mexican, even some eastern European foods.Everything is nicely stocked, super clean.

I have been to a couple of Asian supermarket in the Charlotte area since moving here last year and this one is by far the best. It is on par with any Hmart in the NY/NJ area, I was pleasantly surprised. They also have a good hall, a bakery and of course sell bubble tea.

I stopped here because I received an ad so I was curious about the store.Its an international grocery store so you have to know what youre shopping for.Most of the employees dont speak English; but it was fun just looking around to see the different foods, spices, and drinks.

Super G Mart has a wide variety of Korean and Japanese products, and a decent selection of other Asian produces such as items from Vietnam and Thailand. We found a large selection of pancakes (pratha), steam buns (bao), and dumplings. Vegetables freshness needs improvement, but the selection is adequate. One star off because the shopping carts are relatively old and quite rusty. Given that carts hold foodstuffs, they are crucial to the hygiene.

Great for international food/pantry items & produce. I come here to get dish items I would not be able to find anywhere else, & because their stock is consistent I am always able to get what I need. But don’t expect service with a smile, or help from the staff, you won’t find it here. I also do not buy meat or fish here because the smell tells me everything I need to know, properly stored meat & seafood shouldn’t stink.

Love this store! I come for the Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Korean products. Great customer service. Wish there was a similar store in S. Carolina

This was a nice find while commuting down Independence Blvd. today with my spouse! We wanted to find a specialty store for packaged noodles and Korean specialty foods. This is the place! Priced right, the store was well stocked. Recommend for those looking for foods that cater towards fish, seafood, and noodles, and specialty baked Korean goods. 🍜 This is worth the occasional trip from South Charlotte.

UPDATE As of 10/1/21: Dining area in the restaurant section is still close. Orders are generally take out.-----------It was great to see the protocol theyve set in place. There was a lady by the entrance monitoring the number of people going in to control overcrowding inside the store. We had to wait outside to be let in until it was allowed to do so. It made for a pleasant shopping experience since youre not constantly fighting your way around especially in the narrow aisles.

Good Asian store, nice and clean aisle. All the aisles are well stock. Customer service was great. Will definitely come back.

One of my favorite places to shop! My family and I have been coming here for YEARS. We would use to travel over an hour just to shop for essentials. Love their wide variety of products and I love how much they’ve expanded. Good service as well. Don’t forget about the food court and grab yourself some steamed buns!

When you first walk in it smells like a seafood market due to the fresh seafood they sell in the back. There is a variety a regular and exotic fruits, veggies and packaged products. You can also try freshly cooked meals from the mini restaurants near the rear of the store. They usually have items that I cannot find elsewhere. Prices are reasonable.

Ive been going here for the past few years since I found it, and every visit has been excellent. The variety of food and goodies to buy is tremendous. I like visiting the Honey Buns restaurant and buying delicious buns and boba teas. Everyone there has been polite. Just make sure to bring cash as backup payments!

I think the Korean owners of the company employs illiterate and illegal employees from South America. The employees are unfriendly. They never smile. They never talk to you!! Rude Rude Rude. Why are employees so quiet and RUDE? Never get assistance as they ignore you and stock shelves. Ask a question to a store worker? No response!! Employees in the fish department especially good at ignoring you and making you shout to get the most basic request received.

I DO Not Shop Here. Integrity Questioned. ???My financial payment card was Compromised Here, 2 times.(1) Once for a airline ticket to Korea. This was Confirmed by my bank.Koreans own the store, from my knowledge.(2) Then at the postal store inside of G Mart. Once again, Confirmed.Those type of transactions are Not in the best interest of the consumer Nor the owner.

Great selection of groceries from around the world. They also sell everyday things like pots and pans. Awesome seafood selection. Bakery is out of this world.

Great prices for caribbean items, fresh seafood, assortment of nuts and dried fruits. Plus exotic edibles that are hard to come by. Cashiers are the friendliest Ive come across.

They have pretty extensive collection of veggies and fruits. I love to shop veggies, fruits, sauce and noodles here. We love the collection on all these items. As we are vegetarians I am not aware of the sea food and meat collection-it seems to be extensive as well. I would recommend Super G mart to anyone.

G-mart is an Amazing place to go when you cant find items youre looking for at the regular groceries store. Lots of European stuff and Chinese stuff too. Being Romanian i love having items from back home. And this is the place to go!

Just got back from here and was SUPER impressed. They have a little of everything you can imagine. Their produce section is extremely diverse. If you love international food, this should be your go- to place. It was also very clean and organized.

This isnt just an Asian market, they have Latino products, as well as European products. The selection is incredible. The vegetables were okay, with the leafy greens quite wilted, but I was there mid-week. Interesting selection, as well. They have a vast selection of pork, beef and poultry, as well as fish and seafood (both fresh and frozen). Prices are just okay, with some items on the higher side. Do wander to the back of the store and visit the food vendors. I purchased some wonderful fresh (still warm from the oven) rolls. Another vendor sells steamed buns with an assortment of different fillings. The bahn mi was very fresh and delicious. I will definitely return.

Very nice market! Have everything you need!!! But only bad part is becareful where you park your car. I witnessed the man that does the cart pick up he do not care about customer cars he scratch people cars with the carts he would go between cars with the cart thats is not nice at all. So when i go i would park far away just so he wont scratch my car up!!! He just need to be trained better and be more considerate of people property.

Place is huge! Will find items have never seen before but willing to try. Best Asian market have ever seen. Prices are excellent. Staff will help with unfamiliar items. Definitely going back. Come out with a lot with a little bit of money. Highly recommended.

This place is so spacious but packed with so much compare to one in Greensboro. Was it worth going? Yes, and no. Prices were ok not too high neither too low. Staff is fine i mean you know how some of the staff is at every asian store lol sometimes there is no point in asking a question because they don’t understand you 😂(Don’t get me wrong im an asian myself lol). We bought a lot of noodles, halal ones they had pretty good collection which they don’t have in greensboro super g mart. Fish department dudes are better in GBO super g. They just looked at us while we were there and didn’t bother asking what we wanted or if we even wanted anything at all. Anywhoo, we got some fish and it wasn’t so fresh after all. Produce department was nice and well presented but not everything was fresh there. I could take more pictures but lol with kids somethings are just too hard to be done.😏

An amazing place. They have foods from many different cultures and countries. Frog legs to fresh oysters. Trays of nothing but chicken hearts. Many different meats and seafoods of ALL kinds.

If you enjoy Wold-Market then you will no-doubt love this place. They have anything and everything. They, of course, carry thousands of unique Asian import goods. Not just groceries, but also cooking equipment and even warm food prepared in-store. Plus they have imported goods from many other parts of the world too (eg: Eastern Europe, etc...)The low prices and massive selection make this store truly second to none other.

The items are stocked very well so its always easy to find what I need. Plus the variety I mean you cant beat it. I definitely recommend this place to ANYBODY.

I went in for the very first time after hearing great things about it for years! I drove almost an hour to get there. I was beyond impressed with the selection, and the prices were very reasonable. I only ended up getting a few things to try, but I will definitely be back soon!

So please make sure to check expired date before leaving or paying. Some in store discount is always good deal. I found a korean flour that I needed to make noodle and really like it. It was on sale too! Fruits not really fresh as well. Plenty of vegetables option.

Super G Mart is by far the most diverse food shopping experience in Charlotte. It is a gourmet chefs dream! I counted 7 types of bananas, three types of tamarind and diverse offerings of squash, peppers and oranges. They had various types of fresh fish that Ive not seen offered in Charlotte and the prices were competitive or better than other stores

Second super G grocery store in NC. This one is thw beyter of the two we have visited. The small food court here has a good variation of food available and seating.The grocery store well layed out and carries a variaty of food and ingredients for all asian and east asian cultures including Russian and turkish. The cleanliness of the store is good, the fish market at the rear of the store could use some clean up specially near the drains for the fish cleaning area. All in all it is one of the better ethnic grocery store in NC.

Super G Mart, or something like it, is a place every city needs. Though its focus is on Korean products and food items, they have some of pretty much everything. Its a great place for people with interest in international foods, or people who want food that reminds them of home. Theres also a food court in the right side of the store with a few restaurants. They even have Boba. (Pictures are from the food court)

It had what I need, some bait for fishing ( shrimp,calamari, mussels) I asked an employee for help about a price on a item and he just nodded and didnt know what to say because he didnt speak English. Other than that the store has all kinds of foods. Better than most international stores in the area.

I was totally taken aback by the huge store I walked into. We went towards the left. Wow! A Korean restaurant on left, right beside a smoothie shop. Then on to the cakes! 😬The fruits are also in this section. The aroma of all the fresh fruits were intoxicating. I grabbed a Dragon Fruit because I had never tasted one. We walked every aisle in the store and browsed through the Seafood section. Don’t hesitate, go there now!A+++++

Super G has items from all over the world. They have fruits and vegetables you cant find at other grocery stores. Reminds me of a market up North. When you go in there it feels like your in another state.
