So this place really surprised me. The prices are actually affordable. There are big box grocery stores that dont offer prices this low. 24oz of dates, pitted? $4.99 Tomatoes? Less than a $ a lb. Then theres the international foods, theyre all reasonably priced as well, in line with what I would expect if I got the domestic version. Great customer service also. They have a shop for desserts and let me sample some before buying. Cant recommend enough. Will definitely be adding them to our regular grocery store list.

The price of Kankoda in Patel Bazaar which was spoiled was 699 and if it is too much to calculate it is bad then they should sell cheap Salman and the price of some items has gone up many times after the virus. But some of products are reasonable priced

This store is maintained well and carries everything you’d expect in an Indian grocery at reasonable prices. Vegetables were very fresh, and had a variety of vegetables.I liked the store, and would recommend.

Good store for Indian groceries.Their prepared food is good too. Only problem with chicken or mutton prepared food is there is not much meat. The goat items have pieces that seem to be the throw-away pieces when they cut the meat in the butcher section. Wish they could improve on that (it is ok to charge more for better cuts of meat in the prepared food).Otherwise all good

Great place for grocery. Various Indian and asian items for competitive price. They carry good variety of vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend their meat section. Specifically goat meat is expensive and mostly meatless-bones. It used to be good when they started the store but now its really bad. Also I wouldn’t recommend their cafe foods.

Don’t buy their ice creams(specially Amul). When we opened butter scotch and chocolate they were hard and refrozen.

All in one Indian store in north charlotte. Grocery, Fresh Produce, Meat and Kitchen. Nice location and Spacious. Majority of the leading brands groceries are available. Staffs are friendly and competitive price. Meat and Kitchen are yet to be opened.

Worst customer service. They dont even want to listen. Arrogant store manager.The kitchen sells unhygienic and foul smell food. If we call them and answer, they reply if you want eat or throw but no replacement or any other customers solutions. I never ever experienced such a indian grocery store in US like this store.

Avoid the food in the cafe, its a food poisoning disaster in the making. The packaged food in the cafe is sitting in the shelfs with no sell by date. You ask the staff and they will gladly tell you the food was made this morning, but no reply when you ask them how they made it when the kitchen is closed on Monday.The mutton biryani can win the award for the most dry biryani ever. Gobi manchuria according to them is boiled gobi coated with chilli sauce.

This review is not reflective of Suvidha grocery, but more so of the service we have been lately receiving in the meat store located at Suvidha of Charlotte, NC.The usual dark skin person who services the customer ahould not be working with customers. Today my wife went there for Ground Chicken and he would not give ground chicken stating its not available. It takes 5 minutes of work to make ground chicken from Chicken breast. This is laziness at its core and absolute disregard for what the customer needs.In other occassions, we requested whole chicken breasts and the guy would not bring whole chicken breasts from the back, instead asking us to buy the packed cut chicken cubes. We cook thai food, those 1 inch square chicken cubes dont work for us, we need whole chicken breasts.This guy should be transferred to Suvidha or ElPaso, TX, where he will be met with polite customers who can appropriately deal with him. For the rest of us, we will find places which earns our business and heard earned money.Suvidha Grocery : Let the owner of the meat store know and show them this review.

Around 5.230m The floor was mopped in the row where rice puffs were and i didnt know it was, nor was there a WET FLOOR SIGN which is the law to put up. When i told the employees that i fell with my 5month baby in my hands, she was yelling at me and told me that we just cleaned there. I understand but u must put a wet sign up. No sorry or nothing and they ignored me.

Stay away from the boxed sweets or food (not branded) which they sell in the cafe area. Those foods are not healthy and very old. I bought jalebi (4 pcs for $5) today, it smells bad and not eatable. This is my second bad experience in this store, I am going to stay away from them. I have to end up trash the unhealthy food.

Its a great indian store the owner/manager isnt that friendly. He is rude to customers. Which is why lots of customers shop another indian store. He couldnt disclose on the price of food court over the phone. Even when you are checking out he wont say a thing. Sometimes their scale dont work well so they do a manual weigh. The ad is like so weird says you have to buy a specific pound to get it at that price. The only thing i like is the reduce produce $1.19. I wish the location is elsewhere like where rite aid use to be so much easy access

This review only for Country Chicken. other than I like this shop for other meats like Regular Chicken, Mutton, groceries and veggies.Country chicken was not good. Chicken pieces are so hard and tried long period too. Finally chicken flushes are like rubber. Thrown whole chicken into trash.

Had a bad experience when I bought veggies. The weigh scale at the checkout counter was inaccurate. Same veggies when I measured it on my weigh scale in home, it is half the weight less. I request management to please check their weigh scales at the registers to ensure customers are not duped.

Ordered online today. Got 3.9lb of meat instead of 1 lb. peanuts I ordered were replaced with a bad quality brand which cannot be used. Missed 3 items in the 11 items I ordered. Online ordering is not worth. Very upset. Wasted almost 20+ of dollars on meat I can’t use.Also I emailed before they could deliver but no response.ThanksShanthi

Such a bad experience with Naveen new manager last week who came newly who always arrogant and don’t listen to the customer. If we ask something, he won’t answer and look up others and won’t bother if customers are in line for long time and always busy in put the items in stocking instead of handling customers.I never had this kind of bad experience previously.

Meat section -Goat mix what they sell @$7.49 is full of bones and very less meat. I have bought 3 times the goat mix and all the time it’s full of bones and less meat. Next time I am not gonna buy from here for sure.Please aware before buying it from suvidha north Charlotte store and make sure you get what you pay for.Other alternate stores are Alsalam, zaytuna and triveni @ north Charlotte..

They don’t have a return and process and policy. If you want to return something, person at the register calls the owner. You have to wait until the owner arrives. Finally he comes and gives you a response at his discretion. With this approach and model, they aren’t here to last long.

One of the best grocery mart in Charlotte area. All the price is less compared to other store in Charlotte. Other store name are Patel Brothers, Around the world, Triveni etc. Also a vegetables are fresh over here. Employees are very helpful, when you cant find any of the item they will help us to find items. Good neat and clean store. Lets talk our discount, store has every weekend has some offers on items. Store also provide discounts for some people like students.

They started off with unbelievable sale during Diwali for 10 day with fresh vegetables at lowest possible price. As expected, soon after Diwali I found it more or less same compare to other Indian groceries stores around. They dont have many Indian Brands product which are available in Patel or around the world market.

Beware of their so called offers... Its a way to trash all the old Items... always look at the expiry date and buy.. Some are about to expire in few months time!

If you need spices, go here!! I didn’t necessarily find the produce too appealing, but everything else was pretty top notch (especially the spices).

This is the most inefficient places of all. You see the owner with a constipated face all the time. His attitude and facial expression feels like hes distributing groceries for free to the customers. He doesnt know how to interact with the customers. Do not ever visit this place. If not for anything else, avoid visiting this place to teach a lesson to the owner.

Their vegetables taste bad and quality is too low. I bought onions 3 times so far and always are spoiled inside and beautiful outside, tomatoes, chillies, leafy, mint and all others don’t give the taste at all and I would never go to them again for vegetables and other groceries maybe good. I would always have PATEL BROS my first priority unless i don’t have an option.

I went there yesterday (may 5th 2020 ) to visit for the first time . i live all the way in Matthews, so it was quite a journey, but i heard they had a great variety so I was excited to see . When I pilled in the parking lot I saw 3 vultures on the roof and I thought that was strange so I pulled around to the side parking lot and when I did I saw at least 50 VULTURES AROUND THEIR GARBAGE AREA IN A FEEDING FRENZY !!!! I was grossed out and never even went in the store!!! They were fighting each other and EVERYTHING !IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NEVER PATRONIZE SUCH A FILTHY PLACE !

Suvidha is like a Dmart in India! I am not kidding, but the aisle placement of Suvidha is same as Dmart in my neighborhood back in India! You will get literally anything that you need anything Indian. The prices are okay. Suvidha started off with a bang in 2019 October with a diwali sale which was literally a big hit around the neighborhood. I wish they have another sale ;).They also offered student discounts but stopped that due to COVID - 19.Nonetheless, recommended for all your Indian grocery needs.
