I used this repair shop after some research and my experience exceeded expectations. The manager, Andrey was very thorough in his explanation of the repair process, which I found to be quite helpful. Andrey also worked efficiently with my insurance company, and I was able to leave the car with the initial claim and the rest was handled without my involvement (but I was kept informed at every step). The finished product was amazing ! Even to the point of priming some scratches and chips not related to the claim. Count me as a satisfied customer !

Wow - impressive. At first I wondered if the estimate would be low and they would add to it for unseen damage. However, I tried one other, trustworthy body repair company and the Carolina Collision estimate was $400 cheaper. I was still unsure, but they did exactly the work I needed, did find a small bit of other damage, and still charged me the exact amount of the original estimate - the other damage was repaired for free. And the work was incredible. The repair looked better than it looked before our small accident; plus, they washed and polished the entire car, including the tires, and it looked fabulous. Andrey was knowledgeable, personable, caring, and accurate. A pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend Carolina Collision.

Had a very positive experience here, I dealt with Andrey and he was very pleasant and came through at literally under half the price that I was quoted elsewhere. He also threw in some free parts, and took care getting a needed car emission inspection done for us. He was very attentive and did excellent work (the car needed a fair amount of body work after getting rear-ended). I strongly recommend this place.

Came here for a front bumper replacement, I dropped my car off on Friday June 18 and got it back completely finished on Thursday June 24. This was including the team having to do a diagnostic on the work, order parts, do the work, and also fixing paint within that timeframe. Andrey and his team did wonderful work, kept me in the loop on the process, they were professional and prompt. It was good quality work and the cost was right around what I expected it to be. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Needed a place to get my car fixed. Was fairly new to Charlotte and didnt know any places. Saw them online and saw they had very good reviews. My son went there with my car and Andrey helped him. He was very professional. When my son tole me about his experience there, I knew this was where I was going to bring my car.They repaired it timely and it looks as good as new.Would recommend them, highly. My son got a minor dent on his car. Andrey looked at it and gave us a ballpark price. Will probably bring his car in, in the near future and get his fixed.

I brought my car here to get some body repair done, and I was impressed by not only how quickly they finished the work, but also the quality and that their initial estimate was spot on for final cost. They had the courtesy to inform me of potential complications but let me decide if I wanted any extra work done or not. Highly recommended.

Right before Thanksgiving, someone backed into my car. Because nowadays cars are made of plastic and paper mache; it resulted in over $1500 worth of damage (headlight, bumper, undercarriage, paint etc.). On 10/22, I was involved in an auto accident where I was hit from behind while driving in early morning rush hour traffic. I had damage to the bumper area and back of my CRV - but my car was drivable. 5 days later, my car was hit while parked. Thankfully, the woman who hit me did wait around for me to return to the car.My mechanic recommended Carllina Collison and I immediately contacted the manager, Andre, who was extremely helpful and informative. He walked me though the the entire process, and assured me that he deals with insurance companies all the time and that he would deal directly with them and take care of all the details.Long story short - after a little over six weeks after the 1st accident, my car was completely repaired and looked better than it did before the accident.This was my first (and hopefully last) time having to take my car to a collision shop and Im grateful for the professionalism of Andre who answered all of my many questions and explained everything to me.If you are in a collision, dont settle for a merger payment from the insurance company - get your car checked out thoroughly by a professional. The insurance company initially valued my damage at $445. Welp, $8000 later (YES - $8,000), my car runs properly and looks like nothing ever happened!I highly recommend Andre at Carolina Collision!

What a fantastic service experience. Andre made everything easy and clear. We were paying for this damage ourselves instead of filing a claim so every $$$ counted. He kept in touch with me letting me know the parts were in and fixed it while we were traveling- no rental car needed! I cant say enough- the paint is beautiful and our car was detailed without extra charge. I would never go anywhere else for collision damage repair. I have been meaning to write a recommendation for some time. I initially found this Autobody Shop from a recommendation from someone in the Auto Repair business who I trust completely. And I have now had 3 vehicles worked on by CCC and have referred extended family and friends to this business. When you walk in, you sense it is well kept, professionally run and just a quality shop and when you leave you realize it is far more than that. They do Outstanding work and are reasonably priced. So many times I have used shops that have left me feeling like I am an inconvenience and in many cases feeling like I overpaid for what seems like minor work. This is a business that you would recommend to your family and best friends. They have a beautiful facility, hire professionals who are very experienced and the business is very well managed by Andrey, who gets you in and out as quickly as possible and who treats you like he is family, provides great service and is a genuine professional!
