I really have to say I was impressed with these guys. I shopped around and got quotes at a few different body shops but after reading other good reviews, decided to come here. The service was fast, they were willing to work me into their schedule when I had conflicts, and they were honest and fair throughout the entire process (even deciding not to charge me for a couple small things that they were able to fix quickly). They recognized me each time I came back and were quick to get me back on the road. Top notch!

Kenon has been such a great help to me with the entire process. I was rear ended by an individual. I am not from North Carolina and not familiar with the area yet. I was in need of a good body shop that can fix my car to what it was before the accident. I was going through a few body shops. Reading all the reviews and seeing the images of the before and after of the vehicles each one had done. Custom Paint & Body just stood out to me. Each time I had a question or any concern Kenon was quick to reply either by email and phone. After almost a month and a half, i finally got my car back. I am so impressed and happy with the job they did. It’s like my car wasn’t in a accident at all. Thank you Custom Paint & Body. I would definitely refer to you to ANY ONE that asks.

What customer service is all about! I had a great experience with Custom Paint & Body. They picked my car up while I was out of town, made sure all repairs were thoroughly completed to my satisfaction and ensured my rental car was returned so I didnt have to miss work. They were great communicators every step of the way and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs paint or body work!

Excellent. Needed tail light replaced in and out within a couple hours. Nice, friendly and great work.

In short, Custom Paint & Body was simply fantastic, in every single regard. A valet driver side swiped another vehicle when parking my brand new Toyota Camry, which had roughly 4,000 miles on at the time, so you can imagine my disappointment. Throughout the repair I worked with Kennon and another gentlemen, both of whom were not only absolute professionals but provided what I believe to be an incredibly rare customer service experience these days. They genuinely care about you as a customer and constantly convey their appreciation for your business by the way the treat you in every interaction. While the art of customer service is important, of course their quality of work is of the utmost importance and they are just as impressive in that regard. Their workmanship is both top-notch and prompt and they went the extra mile fully detailing the car inside and out. The end result, my Camry looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot, if not better.
