So here is my story, when my car was first painted it was completely the wrong color and they sanded my chrome and over my recently restored headlights, they even painted the exhaust, and the color was like a greenish pollen gold??? (Supposed to be granate metallic silver pearl) That being said... I contacted their headquarters in Florida. The regional manager Scott Deveitt apologized for my trouble and assured me that this was to be fixed. After my respray, they did a much better job than the first time. They fixed the exhaust, and are going to reimburse me for replacement chrome trim and restore the headlights back to normal, more importantly the color was correct. Im satisfied now. However it was way more difficult and problematic than it should have been. Im not sure how I feel about returning for future business. Just know that your experience may vary but if its done right, its hard to beat the price.***The photo is of the re-spray***

I am very pleased with the service at Econo, Im not going to lie I was apprehensive at first reading all of the negative reviews. However, after getting my Lexus SUV painted here for $570, my concerns were quickly laid to rest as they did a good job looking at the final result. I had slight body work and a complete change of color paint job done for the whole vehicle and Im pleased with the work and also the good service from the manager. Great value for the work youre getting.

From a distance, their basic Enamel Deluxe paint package looks pretty good but definitely not showroom worthy or anything (which is expected). Up close, The gloss shine is muted and the orange peel effect is present. Over-spray was not too terrible in my case.The worst part is how they sanded over the edges of my headlights (that I had replaced months ago). When they removed the emblems, they never bothered to fully remove the old adhesive, they simply painted over it and did a sloppy job gluing the lettering back on crookedly (I had instructed them to leave them off).They taped over the windshield washer nozzles and left the tape on (There was actually a lot of tape around the car I had to remove myself). When I removed the tape, the area around the nozzles were left unpainted. Other issues includes: rough textures in certain areas, over-spray of the windshield (came off easily), & sanded over parts that shouldnt have been.Customer service was good, and they had the car ready in just 2 business days. Regardless, the work looks rushed and done without care. Overall, for $249, 299, 325, or whatever special is going on (plus fees & tax), you get a simply decent result for the price.

I received my vehicle dirty! Masking tape still on certain parts of the vehicle. They couldnt complete what they quoted me for! I will have to take my vehicle somewhere else. After paying these people!

The receptionist seemed nice & very eager to take my car in promising to do an excellent job on repairing my car. Long story short I was called there to pick my car up on Four different occasions & I still wasn’t pleased with the outcome! The first time they only repainted my car, without replacing the bumper or repairing any of the body work but still demanded full payment. I refused to pay for the repairs because they weren’t done. So they promised to correct the mistakes only to keep my car for Three weeks total & it came out worse than it did the first time. The color of my car had changed at least three times & the last time it hadn’t even finished drying by the time I arrived to pick it up so of course I had to unwillingly leave my car there again & wait to pick it up. I finally grew tired of waiting & paying for a rental car while waiting for the “repairs” to be made & just picked my car up. They neglected to wipe the paint dust from the inside of my car so it was completely white, left the rims filthy like my car had been driven thru a snow storm, caps for tires are All missing, the letter X from the word Maxima is missing not to mention they glued the letters back slanted & left glue visibly on some of the letters. I was told that they would fix the lettering & replace the missing X but was then informed by the receptionist that “her workers” were claiming my car came in without it which was a complete Lie so there’s nothing that she could do about it. Then proceeded to demand the full amount in payment so I asked would there be any discounts given for my inconvenience of waiting three weeks on my car & my missing letter she replied that they do not offer discounts the best that she could do is to give me a warranty on my paint job. I will never do business with this company again. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you would like to keep your car in great condition instead of having to spend additional funds on cosmetic repairs & replacing items they’ve “lost/stolen”. Paint job already not top of the line and I understand that. Went in to have my wife car painted dark purple. Get it back and its red. Take the car back and pointed out the purple color for the second time, they paint it back to the original burgundy color. Will not use anymore.

I was hoping I would be able to rate them 5 stars and write a great review because their prices for auto paint jobs are affordable. But unfortunately as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I was advised a 3 day completion which ended up being 2 weeks. The first paint job was awful, the color was totally off, so they re-shot it. Which ended up being not much better, they completely change the beautiful silver color of my vehicle to a now dark grey. I was so over it I just accepted it. The paint has numerous flaws and imperfections. I would only suggest using them for older vehicles that you want to maintain and upkeep. I would definitely not suggest them for your main vehicle their work is not custom, they are unable to match cars previous color (I was not the only one that week with that issue), and the work has many flaws. I am so disappointed but its a lesson learned. Sometimes affordable is not always the best option.

RUN DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Head man doesnt have an ounce of integrity he say onething and does another, he is deceptive right in your face, half sand my vehicle over spray every where broke a window visor said they arent responsible for it no trim painted, when tried to talk to him about it he went in back or sent someone else out my paint job suppose to be the 2 year deal but their attitude is so what you only paid X amt. of $ but watch business from this day forward ¡

I had a great experience with Econo. The paint job that was done looks amazing, the time that it took was appropriate and the price was affordable. Ed agreed to have his guy look at my door, which would not close properly, In addition to my paint job, and he did. Water no longer leaks inside and I am more than grateful. I would like to have had the option to pay with my card as I am trustworthy and would never cancel a payment after paying at the business. However I understand that some individuals mess it up for everyone. Word to those that dont read (like me), READ THE SIGN inside. Great business, I would definitely recommend to a friend!!

You cant even get inside the driveway. I got an email for a paintdeal. Little did I know that the place looked very run down in person. Maybe their paint job would speak for them if I was comfortable enough to let them do the job.

Very pleased with the service ! Lil panda had minor issues they fixed it no problem now my car is good to go. Got to let them fix big blue and well be done I am very pleased with customer service the manager (Edwin) is cool undertanding .What customers need to understand if you want to rush them you will get a rush job patience is the virtue .

I had a good experience with Econo on my old Explorer that I keep as a second car. The guy at the front that helped me was really nice and professional, and the car came out looking great! Of course there a few minor things that Ill need to get touched up when it has time to dry, but overall very satisfied for a $600 paint job. Thanks guys!!

Went just to get the bumper replaced! Because bumper got cracked on the interstate 2 months ago! So Once I got the part in and took car to them. They called and said car was ready! upon getting into the car realized hood sensor was on and door wouldnt lock! So the guy said bring car back in the morning and they we will get it taking care off! Get there guy looks at and say its probably the senor but not sure! Kept saying it was only 5 screws!! I told the manager the car only came in with a cracked bumper issue and there were no other issues and hood sensor light was not on! Obviously something happen while replacing bumper! He told me take to the dealership he dont have the the tool to test the sensor! How is that my problem! A car should come back the way you left it or better not worse! Not to mention bumper needs to be touched up and you can visible tell something not aligned because there a huge gap of space from hood to bumper! I will never go back there! Because manager do not understand its obvious his tech messed something up! All I wanted was the problem to be fixed! Not have to deal with another problem that occurred during repair! I should of checked the reviews before I took car there!! And had I done that! I wouldnt had went to this bad reviews business establishment!

They did a great job but didnt clean the excess paint dust off different parts of the car. Otherwise, good job.

I have taken the same car to them 4 times now and each time it was an issue getting them to paint the car right...every time I came to pickup the car it looked worse than the last time. Either it had ashy spots or they didnt do what was covered during the estimate... which resulted in a lot of time wasted and inconvenienced on my part which I was never compensated for...also the last time it was there my vehicle was broken into and my car stereo system was stolen and damaged during an attempt to steal my car. I was only able to get money for the stolen items which took forever to get and still all damage wasnt attended to. The end result was to once again bring it back a 5th time to correct the damages and to repaint the car which aslo once again ill be inconvenienced and never to be compensated for and hopefully my car gets painted like I was told it will be and also hope the car doesnt disappear. And be prepared to be treated like everything was your fault!

I took my 2002 Dodge pickup to them and they gave me an estimate. I was satisfied with the amount they told me and left my truck with them on Monday, August 27, 2018. I got it back today, August 30, 2018. Prior to taking it to them, I had done a little sanding and applied some Bondo and some primer. Hey, it’s an old truck, and I just wanted it to look good. The paint had oxidized in places, that’s why I did the sanding, etc. it had a few dings on it, here and there, as well as a couple scratched places. I knew it wouldn’t be perfect, so I didn’t EXPECT it to BE perfect. They did exactly what they said they would do and I am completely satisfied with the job they did! For an OLD truck, it looks great to me!! Thanks Econo!

Great customer service

Worst paint job ever. Should have listened to all the negative comments than the few positive. This is a warning do not take your vehicle there or you will be sorry. Tape marks on the hood. Paint ran on many places. Orange peel look on a lot of areas. Now Im having to pay someone to wet sand the entire car and buff and wax it to get it looking good. Now Ive paid out 950. 500 for the paint job and 450.00 for the extra work I wasnt planning for. Please dont go there. They will tell you they will take care of you and do a great job. Go to Maaco. Much better work and results.

Regarding W.O. # 605920 for A Roofing Treat LLC, we are extremely disappointed in the level of service that we received on our truck which was repainted white due to a pending wrap job. It took them 10 days to finally get the truck painting completed & that was after I had to make repeated calls to find out when our vehicle would be ready. We were told that the first paint job had paint runs on it so they were having to go back & repaint it. The manager did state that they would do the 3 year guarantee work (instead of our 1 year guaranty special) for no extra cost. When we went to pick up the truck the first time, it had over-spray in numerous areas of the truck including the tires, black rubber seals around the doors & hood + paint dust on the interior of the truck. Also, they had not sanded & painted the trailer hitch (which we paid extra for) & had to put the rear mud guard back on the drivers side nor the bug shield on the front of the truck. So, we were told they would fix all of these issues. Then, when I picked it up yesterday they hadnt put the bug shield back on the front of the truck. When the gentleman at the front desk tried to put it on the truck, it was discovered that whomever took the shield off had yanked it out so none of the clips will work. So, now we have to wait an additional 3 - 4 weeks for the paint curing to go forward with our wrap job. And, we didnt have use of our work truck for this entire time which has cost us potential work orders for our business. When I asked the manager for a significant discount on the payment price, I was told that they couldnt change the price of the original quote since this figure was already given to the corporate office in Florida & they were expecting the full amount paid into their system. I have placed a call to the corporate office so lets see if someone will actually address our concerns & give some of our money back due to this poor workmanship.

Econo Auto Painting has painted two of my cars. They did a wonderful job on both cars! Everyone there was very friendly. A great place to go for good service and good work for a good price!

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. They got paint on the interior of the car, the bumper is missing spots where they didn’t even paint, my key hole is painted over, looks like they painted over dust on the car, and the lady ensured me that it would “buff out” but it never did and it looks even worse now. I paid over $1000 for my car to come out looking good not worse than it was. Wouldn’t never recommend this company to anyone. Now i have to spend even more money to correct all the mistakes. Take your vehicles somewhere else to be painted, save yourself the headache.

They brought my old car back to life,and wasnt that expensive

I was very happy with the job they did on my car. The service was great. They had my car finished when they said it would be.

This is the worst paint job I’ve ever had. And the “customer service” is a joke. You can see the bondo repair/patching throUgh the paint. There are drips and drops all over. They paI yes over my keyhole. They painted over my exhaust pipe and my license plate light. Didn’t repair a dent that we discussed at time of drop off and estimate. No effort made to remedy and don’t take credit/debit cards. I’m guessing this is about getting cash so no dissatisfied customers can stop payment or make disputes. Stay away! A good deal isn’t a good deal when it costs more to re-work the poor work they do. I’d do a better job under a shade tree on a rainy day in my yard with a can of spray paint and some putty.

I would highly recommend not taking your car to this company, I took my truck to them and it looked worse after then when it came in. So I rescheduled to get all the issues replaced once again got the truck back and the paints chipping off around the windows, dull in some places. If you want a half way decent paint job DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY for it.

Not for new cars they destroyed mine and now its a total different color a yrs and change later still dealing with them 😥

I absolutely enjoy doing business with this shop and their prices were very reasonable and they were thoughtful and considerate enough to leave me with a touch-up paint just in case I had to do any touch-ups along the way that my paint job has held up and it looks marvelous.

I took my car here to get painted it was done Friday and Saturday my front bumper fell off on interstate 77 and was destroyed along with my fog lights. I will be up there Monday morning cause they got a lot of fixing to do. Oh let me not forget what ever they did to my drop to it no longer works either and everything was fine before I brought it to econo painting. So either they honor they warranty and fix everything that went wrong with my car that broke less then 24hrs due to there service or a law suit will go into place immediately. I advise anyone to never every bring there cars here. Your best bet is find another body shop cause econo painting is terrible.

Without a doubt the worst paint job Ive ever had! And, Ive had a $99 paint job from Earl Scheib back in the day.Ive brought my suv back 3 times for repaint. And, its peeling again. I was told they dont sand the whole vehicle. It looks like they didnt touch mine at all. They tried to paint over the old paint job. Which is why it keeps peeling! There was overspray on my drivers side carpet! I still dont know how they managed to do that!Im really disappointed my $1,000 paint job looks worse than a $300 paint job. But, you live and learn.Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere professional.

Just left econo paint worse customer service Ive ever encountered. Take your car to professional painters that will provide you with accurate information. The employees if you can call them that are uneducated ignorant people,there is obviously a lack of communication in this business as well as ownership. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. ,**BEWARE**I came to This location on July 20th 2018 I pick my car up on July 25th 2018 when I picked my car up it was obviously not the correct color and the body work was horrible. I came back to them told them about my being unhappy. I was told to bring it back I brought it back on 8/6/18 to fix what was wrong they painted the car the painted as close to the oringal paint they could but forgot to paint the door jams the correct color and the body work was still horrible. I called them back again and brought my car back for the 3rd time this time they fixed the body work as best they could but now when they repainted again it was back to the WRONG colorm. I called them the 4th time. The person at the front desk Stephanie took my vin # down and told me they were going to get the correct paint from GMC I agreed to let them try once more I picked my car up today and looks like nothing was done the person Eddie at the front desk also said the color was off he spoke with someone I am assuming was a manager and he told eddie that was the best that could be done. I now have to go to another paint and body shop and have to pay $700 to get the job done the correct way. I paid Id company $599.69 for horrible work. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK.**update as of 9/5/2018 there has not been a follow up I will be contacting the news next a BBB complaint has already been filed

I just picked up my car today from the body man who fixed a couple minor dents and replaced my fender. I couldnt believe my eyes, the body work was horrible. But most of all the paint job looked like it was sprayed with a can of paint. Runs everywhere, paint on my tail lights, headlights and every window!!!!!!!!!! They painted over my door handles!!! Including my key hole??????????? WTF the body man said he even paid extra for clear coat.?? There is no clear coat on there anywhere. I dont even want to go there and try to get them to fix it because it will only get worse. Im so disgusted with Econo, this is the first time I have ever reviewed any business on the internet. But If your reading this, take this warning!!!!!! Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!1

Just a bad experience twice

Would not recommend this place they do not know how to do body work or paint my car went in one color and came out another color the body work was bad had to get fender flares to try to hide the body work they had my car five weeks still had to pay for work that was not fixed

Had my car painted there years ago.. paint started peeling after a few months. and the a-holes cracked my windshield when they took the molding off.. if you have the money please go somewhere else
