They took really good care of my car, made sure everything was completed and taken care of. After the repairs, they clean the vehicle and make sure customer is 100% satisfied. 10/5 stars !!

I was in an accident and I went to Gerber collision through my insurance, they fixed my car and then called me and told me I had to give them the check my insurance gave me for medpay, which my insurance told me was for the doctors. So I called my insurer after they told me that and they had no idea what Gerber collision was talking about, and made it 100% clear to not give them that check! So they pretty much tried to scam me out of money that THEY KNEW FOR A FACT I wasn’t suppose to give them. Im very glad I double checked with my insurance before they tried to steal my money👍🏼

Shoutout to my boy Gabe for hooking the truck up for me. Fixed all the dents and paint chips. Added all new TRD Pro Front Grille, TRD Pro Black housing headlights, Fender Flares, TRD Tow Mirrors, OEM White Door Handles, OEM Bed Step, Toyota Factory Black Emblems, and fixed my pillars. Spot on service! I was dreading this truck versus yellow parking lot pole insurance claim. Im new in town and didnt know where to go. I was skeptical when State Farm reffered me to one of the shops they work with, but was pleasently surprised time and time again by Gerber I took my truck in Monday morning and was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon! Absolutely amazing place. I got into a hit and run on 9/26 on 485 at 630am leaving CLT airport. Gerber was suggested by State Farm and it was extremely close from where the Collison occurred. I had to work 7p-7a in Charleston SC which is approximately 3 hours away. Being that hurricane Florence just occurred ALL of the Enterprise car rental places did NOT have vehicles to rent because they were required to have backup vehicles handy for hurricane relief. Paige and the receptionist understood my pain and the bind I was in and contacted a Enterprise and got me a car. They constantly sent me text messages updating me about my car. I cant thank them enough. Im so appreciative! My car looks better than when I purchased it lol. Thank you! Recommend to ANYONE!

O.k. let me correct my post!!!! When I got to my totaled vehicle the tag was missing, and the battery I brought was not in/ on my car. Informed the lady at the front desk. And dont call me AGAIN!!! DONT LIKE MY REVIEW?? CHANDLER AND MCDONALD, PLLC ARE MY Attorneys!! TALK MORE WITH THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT!! P.S. the battery was dead. IT was at another lot BEFORE YOU RECEIVED IT! Gheesh!!!
