I use Town and Country for all of my collision needs. I have had 2 accidents since Feb and Town and Country has taken care of both of them. Shannon is very professional and knowledgeable. She can answer any of the questions and get you on the right track. Frank was also very nice and knew exactly what he was talking about. They dont make you feel dumb or less than them. Bryan is the tech that has done the work and needless to say he is amazing as well. He explains everything down to the t and makes sure you know exactly what is going on. A few weeks ago my wife took her car Ford Fusion through a car wash, & the automatic brushes cracked her driver side mirror. Once we go approved to get it fixed, we took it the Collision Center and it was a great experience. Glenn was my point of contact and from the beginning to end he & the staff was great. My wife had to bring the car back after the part was ordered and even she was talking about how great the service was. Thank you so much for making our experience a great one. Took my car in for service - had nothing to do with collision. Very satisfied, nice waiting area. If you have an appt (which I would recommend), how long you have to wait depends on whats being done to your car.
