I was told they had availability on a Friday. They lied just to get me in there.Took them almost all day yo mount them.I got charged 300 dollars for mount and balance.All I got was mount...The pictures show there was no removal of the balancing weights.

I came to get two cars tented, once, a Nissan Versa and ONE BACK WINDOW in the back. I got here at 4:15pm and was there til after the store closed. They are over priced and Lazy! Although the staff was very nice, they are liars and over charge their customers. Do your home work because I was charged $475 for just window tinting! Way too much, but lessoned learned! I will not be back here for any kind of service.First time coming and last time coming all in one visit!

I got my 1974 Lincoln Mark IV painted at Dirty South Custom I got it as a Graduation present to myself. They did a Great Job!!!! They even did repairs that I didnt request and didnt charge me. I am thankful to Dirty South for helping me with my Classic. The owner even called and asked did I like the work that was done Now thats customer service. I called MONDAY to schedule an appointment for Wednesday at 2 pm. I get there today EARLY for my appointment thinking I may have a chance to get in faster only to find out they took three WALK IN cars before my appt and I’m told they want work on my car until probably 4 pm. I drove all the way from South Carolina to be told my appt would be TWO HOURS late. The receptionist was rude and didn’t have any knowledge. I was so disappointed and wasted my time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL but thank goodness I found somewhere better faster && cheaper !!

I had a Great experience on my very first visit. The team was professional. Shem is the greatest he picked out the rims I wanted and gave me the look I was going for . Unprofessional.......they dont honor the work they do or the customer.i took a brand new car for a radio installation and they broke some parts on my car...and I got a screw in the tire there and the shim didnt want to fix it.i can never recommend anyone there.

I was in town visiting my son and decided to stop by and window shop some rims and tires. The owner was very nice and helpful and ready to assist me in what i wanted for my 2018 nissan altima. We was able to pick out some very nice rims and tires and he also shipping my order to new york. If my order is what i aspect from the dirty south custom wheels family, i will send them alot of business trust me, stay tune.

This was the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever dealt with. I paid my deposit March 19th and have called to see when my car would be serviced and every time the answer was “we don’t know”. Finally dropped my car off today and now they don’t know if they’ll get around to it today because they dropped a key in someone’s hood and they were struggling to get it out. Never again. And the receptionist has the worst attitude. She has the worst customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to ever spend your money with them.

Scratched up my freshly powder coated expensive wheels installing some tires, tried to cover it up with some type of grease or compound over them but when i wiped it off it was all deeply scratched up, also took forever to install them, said they would call me when they would be ready & never did so i had to call and they said they were ready after 5 minutes on hold from them trying to figure out if they were ready or not they said it was going to be $80 … when i arrived to the shop they were trying to charge me $110, i really do not recommend this shop lol save your money & time & go elsewhere.

Do not spend you money here, my bf bought tires and rims here was up there for 4 hours and they broke 2 of his sensors which they said they couldnt fix and had to spend extra money and take it to dealership to fix!! They split one of his factory tires and they are not doing anything about that!! Last but not least he had an appointment and still was up there for hours and had to come back more than once!!

I have to start with a disclaimer, I have a long history with this place. Theyve had their hands on pretty much every car Ive owned this millennia. Why do I go back? Because not only have they repeatedly done outstanding work, but they make me feel like family. Whether the job is large or small Ive never been shuffled to the back of the line. Have a vehicle that youve had no luck finding a rim/tire combo that fits your dream? They can make it happen. In fact, they have a knack at finding anything hard to find in regards to your vehicle customization aspirations. I know some complain about wait times or misconceptions about the surroundings, truth is art takes time and the owners of Dirty South Customs were pioneers venturing into a formally underserved part of town. Im proud of them and will continue to always brag about my experience.

I purchased rims an tires here. BIG MISTAKE!!! They gave me mix match tires an one of them was damaged. I took the rims an tires off because it caused my car to shake. Went back to the shop an was told there was nothing they could do for me. I thought I purchased a set of the same tire. Luckily the leasing company upheld my warranty an will be sending me 2 tires to match the others. The owner is rude. I will not refer anyone here the lack of professionalism, an selling me cheap mix match tires. Horrible customer experience.

I called in to order a dash kit. Lady answers the phone and didnt even let me finish what I had to say.. she was rude and unprofessional.. she cut me off and said IM TO BUSY and she hung up on my face.. I ended up spending $2,500 at car stereo warehouse instead.

I called to set an appointment for window tint...I were told its ok to come the same day. I traveled 30-40 minutes to my appointment. When I arrived, I made it known that I purchased this tint job thru their Groupon advertisement. I was then told, Come back tomorrow, we dont do Groupon on Mondays! I shared with them how far I traveled, but that didnt matter to them. Lets just say I will NEVER. I got a refund immediately. Not a great business.

DO NOT GO HERE . If I could give 0 stars I would, this is one of the most unprofessional custom shops I have ever been to or worked with .They quote wrong completion times and estimates. Took over 3 days of back and forth trips for simple things to complete . The tint job is okay at best.Only thing custom is the low level of customer service you get from the staff and OWNER included . They can’t even do what they say right, like even issuing a partial refund to a client after they agreed to. I will never go back to this shop. Too many better options that aren’t going to try to get over or rip you off.

I had went to this location for a tint job and asked for 15% tint. Not only i had to wait 3-5 hours past my appointment time to get my tint done, they gave me legal tint instead. Customer service really lacks here and business here just seems unorganized.

Work completed was good, customer service was just acceptable. Failed to call when work was complete resulting in a week of my wheels being ready without me knowing even though I called to check several times, calls went to voicemail during business hours. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Our son a recent Class of 2020 grad was gifted a Tint job on his car from a relative and during picking up he lost his wallet at Dirty South with $600 in it. Owner found the wallet held it for us and returned it. Honest Shop

Came in for a last minute dismount, remount of tires and sensors on new wheels. I was on a time frame and shop made sure I got to the event on time. Not a single scratch on either wheels. Even Let me come back to grab the old wheels I left there so I didn’t have to go home to drop them off and be late. Staff was real with me and followed through with the service.

I called before coming up asking about speakers and radio was told to bring my car up the there the lady at front desk was nice, but the owner is terrible. I wait around on him for over 45 mins and nothing was done but him taking care of other people that walked in after me and he kept looking at me. Called around other places and got in and got taken care of. If you looking for audio work done in Charlotte I highly recommend Street Concept in Nation’s Ford Rd.

Kind of disappointed in Dirty South wanted to have a system installed but not everyone has more than 1 car and they want me to drop off the Car and call me when it is ready and cant give a time frame on how long it takes to install. I cant just drop off my car and have no transportation. Was really counting on them

My bf came for rims. They rushed to put them on and caused shaking when he drives. He couldn’t get the tire off or go back to his factory tires because they never gave him the key to get the rims off or his tires back. They also left the sensors off so his car kept telling him there was an issue. He called and they asked him to bring it in but he couldn’t because he lives 3 hours away. So I had to pick up the tires, sensors and key and drive to drop them off to him. He reached out to a Dirty South closer to his home and they fixed the shaking but he woke up with 2 flat tires. Seems like no one knows what they’re doing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Seemed to be the only place I could find in the area to get my tires mounted (35x12.50 on 20x12 wheel) a little bit pricey at $45 a tire but they got it done quick and seemed to be balanced properly. Friendly service.

They lost my car key 🔑, then I was told to wait to make a appointment twice. Long story short I do not recommend doing business until they correct their service problems.

I took my car to them on a Friday for a lift was told it would be ready that Thursday it w as not. I went to them on that Monday to check on the job and and the car was not even pulled in the shop it was sitting in the same place I parked it. So he claimed it would be ready on time like he quoted I went by there everyday still nothing done when I finally got my car back also 2 weeks later job was not complete he used my old parts and painted them and the back of the car was not even done. I paid them 700 00 should take them to court. They had very bad customer service would not recommend them.

I thought they only sold rims, but I was delighted to know they could fix my rim and they even put a new tire on it! Friendly, punctual, funny and fair priced.

Made an appointment for 3pm and was here early. It took 5.5 hours for a remote starter to be installed. Waited in the waiting area and asked the cashier did she know how long it would be at which her response was nope....when theyre done they come tell me. Customer service at its worst. She went on to tell me that the starter I purchased could not be programmed with my existing key fob even though the person who sold me the unit told me that is what this particular unit suggests. She debated with me that theyve never sold a unit that could do that. Totally fed up I let it go. Thirty minutes later she asked for my extra key fob so that out of a courtesy because of our long wait they would program my extra key fob.Ive done business with them before but this likely will be my last patronage of this company. I expect when I spend my money that I will receive good customer service, the delivery of my merchandise in a timely manner and respect as a customer that the lines of communication will be open. None of these things did I receive.Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever having windows tinted. I Was told come in now and it will only take 2 hours. Five hours later I pulled out at 9:30pm.As I looked the work over i found the tint on the drivers window was lifting up. They also forgot to put the strip on the front windshield which they charged me 60.00 extra. They said you will have to bring it by tomorrow. We will fix it. I asked to compensate the 60.00 strip which they declined. 5 hours of my time is worth more than a 60.00 strip I talked to 3 other people while waiting and they all had a horrible experience with this company. There are too many other companies out there to do business with. Do not waist your time and money here.

Then those didnt even fit ..took another 3 weeks to get my right rims..they take your money an hold it give you the run around..on top of that i ended up getting another sit of rims because all of a sudden they dont have what i ordered months ago..good people poor service

Facility is a total mess customer service is lacking. I called to get my two from windows tinted. I called to see if they had any openings and they did. I expected this to take no more than a hour maybe two. I was there for six hours and the tint was in bad shape and was full of dirt between the tint and glass. I was told to bring the car back the next day I would be first. It took four hours to get the problem fixed. Ten hours to tint two windows is not get. I will never return to buy from this company again.

I havent had any work done here but had to pull over because my bumper had fallen off and I was trying to reattach it with shoe laces to get home. I had already pulled over several times to fix it and the bumper was still scraping against the wheel. One of the employees here, Julio, came over to assist me and free of charge reattached my bumper using zip ties. There was no reason to help me other than being a good person, and I do not know what I would have done if he hadnt offered to help me. These are clearly very upstanding guys and Ill be recommending them to my friends in return. Thank you so much Julio!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever encountered. I bought a set of rims February 2019 and damaged one rim due to a pothole months later. Contacted Dirty South Customs for rim repair. Never did I think that it would take 4 trips back to the Dirty South Customs to have the rim repaired properly. Their one man mechanic claimed it was a bad tire, however, he never submerged the tire in a tub of water to determine if there were any leaks! Tire repair 101 right?! The rim was eventually repaired, but not properly...the car shakes now when exceeding 35 mph. I returned in February 2020 and purchased another set of different rims. I was told at the time of purchase that the rims would need to be redrilled to fit my vehicle (5x120). This was to be done 3 days later. I received a call from Matt/Oscar asking when I’d be available for install. We arranged install date. I get there, only to be told “Oh, there was an error and the rims haven’t been redrilled. By this time, the shop has been open for over an hour and no one bothered to call and advise me prior to taking the drive. We set up a 2nd install date and it was suggested that I call the Saturday prior to confirm rims were sent out to be redrilled. I called, only to be given another excuse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I will be requesting a refund in full...the service SUCKS!!

I like my rims and tires but at 75 mph my car shakes. Also, my steering wheel no longer sits at the right orientation, steering pulls to the right. They did an alignment. I took it back to them to do a 2nd alignment and no change. I will have to go somewhere else. May even put my regular Chevy tires back on. So disappointed...

I came into Dirty South Customs and purchased the Dirty South Edition package in order to get my car completely customized. The wheels and tires look amazing and are a great compliment to the brand new audio system they installed. They also tinted my windows with precision and added a remote car starter which has come in handy with the cold weather weve been having. Hisham and his staff really took care of me and treated me like I was part of the team. Knowing how long this process would take they made sure to take care of me while waiting by providing me with drinks and snacks the whole time. I would highly recommend Dirty South Customs not only for the professional and precise work but also for the wonderful customer service and great deals and prices.

The manager is awful. Ill call him several times to receive an estimate on how much it would be to get certain things done. The girls gave me a reasonable prices that you can expect with having rims. I come and pick up my car the manager tell me something completely different thats too expensive for a rim repair and one tire... Peep this I came to them to have one rim repair, one tire from them, and had them to put the wheels on my car. My total all together is almost $1000. $800 to be exact, and thats bc the girls gave me that discount bc they didnt have my car done when they called me to pick it up. All this for some rims that I didnt even buy from them. If you try your luck with this man, make sure you have all your prices written out and make sure all your service is done. After they put my tires on I had to go somewhere else to have my wheels balanced and my wheel sensor hooked back on. So I basically just gave this man money. Very bad business will never return to this property.. dont say I didnt warn you ✌🏾

Was going to bring my Mercedes for tint also, but I wouldn’t step foot in this establishment ever again! The owner Hesham...he was great at getting me to come to his shop, but he’s an absolute jerk. I hate I even gave them my business.

They were okay. They werent so eager to help us find what we were looking for but were more than happy to try to sell us what they wanted to sell us. Nice variety but the experience wasnt the greatest but it wasnt terrible either. Not enough parking and it is not easy to get into either.
