I had the best experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center. I had visited 2 other tire places that could not squeeze me in to patch my tire, and Mr. Tire Auto saved the day! From the second I got here they were welcoming, and they patched the hole in my tire in record time. I would definitely recommend coming here for any car needs. Rodney was awesome! I was on my way to pick up my daughter from the hospital just around the corner. She just delivered my first grandson. And I got a flat! I was so upset. I looked for the nearest tire center, and my Maps brought me to your tire center. I can not tell you how blessed I was to meet your manager! He put me in a bat ASAP. HE PUT NE AHEAD OF EVERYONE THAT WAS WAITING! I was in and out in 29-30 minutes! I was able to get to my daughter, and bring her home, with my brand new Grandson! I’m not from this area, but I do know that my daughter who lives here, will go back if she has anything wrong with her car. Thank you again!!!!

Can’t say enough of this company after I went in due to a tire issue from hitting something on the highway. Upon inspection, they found a bent rim that was causing my tire to leak air and steering wheel to shake. The car mechanic was able to fix the rim without replacing it and he said it was free of charge! Wow. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to describe in full detail what was going on with my car to keep me fully informed. I’m definitely coming here for any and all future car issues

Was in Charlotte for the UGA-Clemson game. Woke up Sunday to a flat tire in our hotel parking lot. Called and spoke with Tom Nuccio, the store manager. Tom explained they were backed up, but given our situation and needing to get back on the road to Atlanta, he would work me in. After AAA put our spare on, we headed to Mr. Tire. Tom kept his word - he had a technician patch our tire within 10-15 minutes of arrival, and we were on the road shortly thereafter. So thankful for Tom, and for him getting us taken care of so quickly.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. My oil change was complete within an hour, I have no complaints!

If I could give them more stars I would. They got us in fast and was able to repair two tires and get us on our way. This was very impressive due to being down a person and having a full schedule. They were friendly and they even loaded them in the truck for us.

Unfortunately Ive had a bad experience here. I went into Mr. Tire at 2pm and didnt leave until 4pm. I only needed an oil change and there was only one person ahead of me. Im not sure what was going on... but it was a bad day.

I made an appointment almost 4 weeks ago at this location to have new tires put on my car as well as an inspection. I planned my entire day around this appointment and once I drove all the way there, I was first told that I couldnt have the inspection done because the technician had lost his license and not gotten it renewed yet. I said that was fine, I would just proceed with the tires. They then told me that they did not even have the tires in stock, but that they could order them and they would maybe be here later this week. So instead of ordering the tires when I made the appointment, they waited until I arrived to even see if they had them. Nobody called me prior to let me know about the inspection either. It was all around a bad experience and I drove away wasting a ton of my time and receiving none of the services I had had scheduled for almost 4 weeks. Incredibly unprofessional on their behalf and I will never be going back to this location for any service.

The staff is so friendly and caring - they reach above and beyond, truly a rare sight. Immediately after telling me it would take a while to service our vehicle they offered to give me a ride home since they had an extra person that day. I decided to stay and wait, and they kept me going with conversation and photos of their dogs to keep me entertained. I saw them exchanging casual banter with other customers that were waiting as well. They explained what was going on with the vehicle and why each item needed to be changed and what possible causes there were for the damages. Highly recommend this great location.

I went to Mr. Tire in Monroeville because I live nearby and they have a 5 star rating from reviews. They were amazing. I was helped by several people who were all nice, helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed, the Assistant Store Manager, and he helped just like I was his daughter! I had a rim replaced, rotation and balance for all my tires including the spare, an alignment, tire check for leaks and new windshield wipers. They took care of me right when I came in and kept in contact throughout the service. I was in and out in under 2 hours which is amazing for what they did and the price was very fair. I would happily send everyone I know here for all the standard service needs. I will be back forever. Thanks guys!

One evening after work, I visit this location for an oil change. The owner was the only person there, managing the front desk and servicing cars. I knew I would have to be very patience due to the owner being the only one running the place. However I was surprised when my car was serviced less than an hour! He even went beyond to check my other fluids and tire pressure. I was truly impressed with how the owner remained professional while being in a situation that would cause the average person to become overwhelmed. Great job and I will continue to make this place my oil change stop!

Wanted to share my experience with everyone. Walked out to my car after a long day at work and low and behold my tire was flat-it’s 6 o’clock and all of the shops I knew of had closed. Googled and found this store was open still. Came in and was greeted quickly and Tom, the manager got right to my issue -nail in the sidewall-grrrrr! Tom gave me some options and we agreed on a Goodyear to take care of me. Now they closed at 7 and I figured I was gonna have to wait-nope, they stayed after hours to help me! These guys were super fast, fixing a flat for me on the way to work. In and out within about 30 minutes! They found a piece of metal in my tire, then evaluated everything to see if it could be patched. Luckily, it could be, so I didnt need to replace the tire. Whew! Johnny, the manager, was very friendly & helpful. He chatted with me while I waited & kept me posted as to what was happening. Only $27.58 and I was out the door. Highly recommend these guys for any tire needs!

Never had issues when they were Tread Quarters, but my last experience with Mr. Tire was exactly that- my last.I called early morning and was told they were wide open and to come on in. I dropped off my car at 8:30am, for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I called later in the afternoon and the tech told me they forgot about my car but are now working on it... and told me I needed new struts and tires (only after 2 years of the tires we bought from them before).I declined and took my car about a mile down the road to Kirk Brown & Sons, who said my struts were fine, just needed new tires and not the cheapos I was sold before.Dont waste your time or money.

Whoever worked the front desk today was seriously rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience and the cherry on top of already stressful day. Will never return to this location. Go somewhere else thatll actually work with you and help.

Two times within 4 days my husband ran over unseen objects on the road that caused flats. One was out of town, the second in Charlotte. I googled tire places and saw the great reviews for Mr. Tire Auto Service and the reviews were correct! Johnny greeted me in a friendly and helpful manner immediately. He was able to assess the tire could be patched and said I could wait while the repair was done - less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Mr. Tire and be sure to see Johnny as he will do you right!

The staff was very pleasant, and I felt the team shot straight with me about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. I dropped my car off for new tires, an alignment, and state inspection, and everything was done within 2 hours. Great experience and plan to take my car back for tires / oil changes going forward.

Outstanding service in my Cotswold neighborhood. New tires, balancing, alignment, brakes, oil and filter...all my needs met on a 10 year old car that still has more miles in it and at a good price, especially after the dealer’s maintenance department quoted prices 15-30% higher. A perk I really appreciated: they ran me home with their on site car service and then sent someone to pick me up when all this work was done in a timely fashion. NICE people too. I’ll return.

I had an unanticipated car repair emergency when something fell off the bottom of my car and was dragging on the road. My car was making a very loud noise. Fortunately Mr Tire was right across the street. Johnny and Scott took excellent care of my car and me. Brian and team were extremely helpful and very prompt. I called concerned with an issue late on a Friday before a long trip. Mr. tire was a life saver for me. I had a huge bolt in my tire and didn’t notice until I got home from work. Most places close by 5 or 5:30. Whens the last time you heard of a woman driving a Mercedes Benz have a service shop tell her You need nothing done to your car when the shop wasnt very busy at the time?Brian the manager and mechanics are helpful, honest and friendly. Yep they took care of that for me and I insisted on a wheel alignment which did not come out well and Brian told me to come on back. Sunday I had to get some new tires, so I went to walmart first hoping it wouldnt take to long to get some tires but I was wrong. I waited for about 30 minutes before anyone asked me what I needed ant then they had two different people pull up in front of me when I was in line for a tire change first. Frustrated I found this place and got my tires done in 40 minutes. I only had two tires that needed to be changed. Fast and super friendly. However, this isnt the end. The next day, Monday, I had came home from work and parked my car, I live in an apartment complex, and I hear a slight hissing. One of my new tires had hit a screw. I quickly rushed back to the Mr.tire and by the time I go there my tire was completely flat.They fixed up my tire like new. If I ever have any car troubles Im coming here. They put my mind at ease with everything that happened the past two days. 10/10 these guys are POG!

They always have great prices on oil change and they try to help as best they can with any issue you have. I feel like they are very honest while recommending when other macanical work is Needed. I had a screw in my tire and took it to a shop where they were very disrespectful and tried to get me to buy 4 new tires when my front two tires were brand new. I took my tire to Mr. Tire Auto Service and they were very helpful, and nice to me. I was pretty concerned about my tire based off what the first shop had told me. Mr. Tire Auto was able to patch my tire and told me I had plenty of life left in my tire. I would absolutely come back again!

We were in a jam on a Sunday morning after waking to a ‘check tire pressure’ light while vacationing in Charlotte. We went to a gas station to add air, but their pump was broken (annoyingly, no sign indicating it was broken), which took air OUT of our tire instead of putting it back in. We googled ‘tire service near me’ and happily landed at Mr. Tire of Charlotte. Tom and his team checked our tire—quickly, I might add—and found no reason for a tire deflation. Great news! Even better — at no charge!! They let my dog (who made the trip with us) wait with us in the lobby and COULDN’T have been more hospitable. Great service overall, giving us invaluable confidence that we were ok to make it back to Wilmington (a 3 hour drive in the middle of nowhere). Tom and Joe were fabulous! We’re switching to Mr Tire from here on out!

Sunday afternoon, car won’t start; friend charges my battery. Fast forward and I’m headed home when I see “Mr. Tire” #1204 on Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC and they’re open! “Johnny” at the counter was a calming influence and very efficient. I was on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend this business!

They tried to charge me 2100 dollars to change a wheel bearing and told me the ball joints were good and tight. I went somewhere else, and the guy told me not to drive it because the ball joints were about to pop. Last week I went to get the twenty dollar oil change and wanted aoil leak fixed. It turned into 51 dollars and they said the oil leak was the front seal. Wrong. It was a hose. Im done with these clowns.

I brought my car in to get a new tire put on and the service was exceptional. I was in and out in less than an hour and everything was within my budget and done properly. Great company!!!
