Queen City Auto is awesome. I have used there services twice and I was pleased each time. The second time I had multiple things wrong with my car. When I tell you they got me back up and running again, and it didnt take too long. They are professional and very reasonable. The work is quality. They explain what was done to make you knowledgeable and aware. They even did extra work to my car that wasnt in the plan. Now thats going over and beyond. Go check them out. Ms. Gloria aint no joke! First ya gotta meet Gloria the women in charge. As other reviewers have commented she is extremely friendly and honest. She calls around to get the best prices on parts wether used or new and helps you choose which part best works for the job and even which brand. I am not mechanically inclined.She has the best price too...I called around to many different auto shops. I like to research and after my first visit knew I found my go to mechanic in Charlotte as I am new to town. I have been back once more already and have zero misgivings. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Queens City auto repair on Old Stateville Road..they are honest, expert master mechanics. I have an Mercedes Benz that is out of warranty and I use them for all my repairs and I never have to worry about being over charged or unnecessary repairs.

Wonderful ppl from staff to the owner who is very efficient, friendly and down to business. Had the brakes and rotors change on my rear tires of my Lexus IS250 and was done in amazing time for very cost effective price. Will always come back.

I had an issue with a valve that needed to be replaced in my car. After ascertaining the need for a new part, Gloria drive out to pick it up herself. Their prices are very reasonable and the people that work here are friendly. The only issue I had was that I was there for a few hours, mostly waiting on the part. I enjoyed my experience and will likely return.

This place is the bomb 💣.Fast, professional, reasonable price, family owned and operated. I wish there were more stars to give them. Rated 10 on my scale. I got my car fixed a week ago. One shop said I needed a starter. I go buy it take it to Q.C. Auto Repair... It was Not even what I needed. it was the ignition switch. Barry fixed in less than 30 mins. Now my truck run like a brand new sewing machine 💪. Im still overwhelmed with joy. 🏆®

I do not live in Charlotte, while visiting my car broke down. I didnt know anyone in town so I used Google to locate a shop. Took a risk (with my baby) I was greeted professionally, the mechanic explained (very detailed) what was wrong with my car. The price was reasonable. I didnt have to wait very long and I havent had any issues with my car since. The shop was clean and Ms. Gloria made me feel comfortable and worry free.

Friendly People. Gloria is very Kind and gives a good effort to explain repairs and concerns.Gave only two stars as Queen City had my car for a week. Dropped it off due to my car cranking but, not continuing to run. My car had to actually be towed. I paid a large amount of money, over 1K to get my car repaired. The Engine light was on in my vehicle prior to leaving it. Although the car does crank and continues to run, the engine light is still on. I have been told that another part, costing $400 or more is now needed to remove the engine light. I am not sure why the Dianostic, that I was told was done before the Service on the vehicle (Volvo) did not show this needed part in the beginning. I was told that the cost would include the air filter. I was, then told the air filter was not placed in the car. They did tell me that an Oil Change was given to me at no charge. That is Appreciated.However, with paying over $1200 for a Fuel Pump Control Modulator, Fuel Sensor, Oring, and Harness expected no engine light.Volvo parts are expensive but, I cant say for sure I should be satisfied with this service. With this amount of money, I was truly hoping the Engine Light issue would have been diagnosed properly, repaired and the light gone.I was told by another Auto Service Business stated their diagnostic showed all was needed was an Fuel Pump kit and fuel sensor costing nearly $600 less. Maybe I should have gone to them. I will will surely take better care of my car to prevent Possibly being taken advantaged of by any Mechanic.
