These guys are great. I have been there once to get a patch and then again to get a slashed tire replaced. Both times I was up and running in 15 minutes at very reasonable prices. They found a knife in my tire!!

I decided to try this tire shop by its great reviews. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly husband and wife team who got to business real quick with no wait. There were several customers there during my tire change and it seemed they got service equally as fast. I also requested 2 tires because the last tire mechanic had told me to purchase two. I realized I only needed one. Satto Tires was honest enough to confirm that only one tire was damaged and needed to be changed. As a woman, I appreciated the truth considering many mechanics would take advantage of the situation. Satto Tires is also providing a mobile service! Make sure you pick up a business card so that you can avoid paying a tow truck next time you get a flat. I give this business and the ownership a well deserved 5 stars and I will be using this company for all my tire needs in the future.

This place got me out of a jam when I was in town for a short time. Hit my tire on a curb and was not going to be able to drive home. They got me in and out in under an hour for $50. There guys are awesome.

This is the place to come !!! I was definitely in a panick. Two nails in my tire and unfamiliar with the area and anything to do with cars, lol. I started off with just 1 nail in my tire just to find out I had 2 and a bent in rim that was causing it to deflate. Thank God I was kept safe. Everyone here was very helpful & HONEST! If you are looking for affordable tires look no further. Satto beats any price Ive come across. They also have a shop in the back if you need tires changed, rotated or even non tire related work done on your car. What stands out most about State compared to other car shops though is how quickly you will be in and out of the door. No more sitting in a lobby for hours or having someone come pick you up for half the day. You will be in and out within the hour, maybe even within 30 minutes if theyre not too busy. This was a random find, but totally a hidden gem.

The service was completed accurately so I gave 2 stars, however, I do not endorse this place for several reasons. 1. My appointment was booked the day before but wasnt honored and I literally sat an hour and a half for 4 tires. 2. The price that was quoted at the beginning of service was not the price when it was time to ring up. When I asked I was told it was taxes. But thankfully I can do simple math and knew that the extra $46 was not taxes as my service was only $160. So when I reiterated that it is impossible for that to be taxes when the tax rates in NC for sales tax in 2020 is like 4.8% then she changed the price stating oh yes its $185. Still more than the tax on $160 (shouldve been $167 roughly)so I inquired what else I was being charged for and she said it was a $16 disposal fee for my old tires. Which is fine, however not disclosed prior to service (when I was told the$160 included everything, balancing and all) or even at checkout. I hate doing business and having to ask multiple times for the price breakdown. The money isnt the issue its the principal. As a business you should be upfront and able to explain your pricing without being asked several times and changing it multiple times as well. It makes it look like they are trying to take advantage of people. If I wouldnt have said anything they would have gotten me for an extra $30 in taxes. Just imagine how many people dont pay attention or arent good with math. SMH

BUYER BEWAREIt is apparent that no one is checking these used tires to make sure they are in good condition. I was given a used tire around 6pm; by 7:30am the next morning, it was COMPLETELY flat, and I was late to work. Satto offered no assistance to me for selling me a FLAT tire but instead said that I should bring the tire to him WITH my original receipts. Luckily I still had those.... but this gets better!After waiting 3 hours on a Saturday, I finally got my second replacement tire put on at Satto location #1. While I was there, they lost my air cap and the Mazda decal that’s supposed to be on the middle of my rim. They then told me that because I changed my tire when it was flat, I must have lost my decal! The lady kept telling me that I had lost it, but what’s funny is she actually found it just laying on the shop floor after I insisted several times it MUST be inside the shop. Is that how little attention to detail this place has??? And you accuse the customer of losing something when in fact YOU are the one who lost it?!This second replacement tire started going almost flat every other day (About 10psi).So the first tire they gave me went completely flat in about 11 hours, and the second one was going basically flat every 24-48 hours.... Despite this, Satto doesn’t offer refunds!!I took my car to AAA and firestone today, and they both told me this tire is ROTTING, is almost 10 years old, and is absolutely NOT SAFE.As a general guideline, you should never put a tire that’s more than 5 years old on a car. To protect yourself, I’d recommend inspecting your tire and checking the date on your used tire prior to leaving this place. All tires have one.I will NEVER be returning to Satto, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for used tires. It’s evident that attention to detail is severely lacking, and no one is checking these used tires to make sure they’re safe.Satto, you should be ashamed!!

I literally just called and was told that the oil change is not done at a mobile spot.it has to be brought in.my car wont start and Im told something that is completely different from what your ad says so if its not true you need to change it!!!!And after I called them out on Facebook they tried to call me on messenger. If theyre trying to cover up the fact that their employees are misinformed and I can still get Services done at my home or job I dont want it.This is totally unacceptable. This is my first car, I dont have a reliable mechanic and Im calling around for help and Im being told something totally different from what you put online... NO I dont want to hear it.

Im not sure about what changed but it wasnt good!! I have been doing business with these guys for years and everything was great up until last week.I encouraged my lady to get her tire plugged there for $10 because the customer service and work quality had always been great in my opinion.We showed up, asked for a plug and they told us to return in 30 minutes. We came back in an hour and the tire was all ready to go. While making small talk with the owner, I visually inspected the tire for the plug location because I wanted to know where this hole was that required us to air up the tire every morning. To my surprise there was none. No plug at all.I asked the owner was the tire plugged and he replied yes. Thus, in a polite manor considering what I felt was a healthy business relationship; I asked him to show me. After inspecting the tire himself; he still claimed it had been plugged when clearly there was no plug. I instructed my wife to hold off on the credit payment until the technician could explain what had been done with the tire.The owner spoke spanish to an employee and he came into the office. They exchanged more words in spanish and finally the technician told me he had filled the tire to 60 PSI and seen no air bubbles. I asked the technician then; so did you plug the tire? and he responded no because he saw no air bubbles.I then turned to the owner and asked why are we being charged for a tire that has not been plugged?. He turned back to the technician and spoke in spanish again in a slightly angry voice and the technician told us that he had changed the core in the tire. I then said What core!?. He replied trust me bro, everything is fine now....Given the great work they had performed in the past; i told my girl to just swipe the card and lets be on our way. The owner had a very condescending vibe as we walked out. I was very disappointed to say the least. However, I left open the possibility that they might be speaking truth because there is something in the valve of the tire that can be changed. Our litmus test would be waking up the next morning to a fully inflated tire. Next morning comes and there you have it folks; flat tire. 😒😒😞At this point, I wanted to be done with the company and just find someone else. However, my wife (the penny pincher) wanted her money credited to two new tires for her front end and suggested we ask them for a discount given the prior lapse in work. I told her specifically that if they did agree, alls they would do is increase the normal price by the amount they would claim to discount you and bring the price back to the original cost while thinking we would be stupid enough to believe it. To prove the point; we called the store and asked the price on our tire size and was quoted $35 a piece. Later that day, we came in, voiced our concern and asked for the discount. The guy agreed. Then, when i said so how much will this all come to?. He said 85 for the two tires plus your $10 discount comes out to 75 dollars approximately $15 higher then what they quoted us on the phone. Any person with moderate intelligence at this point Im sure can understand. Not only did they initially charge us $10 plus tax for airing up a tire, lied to us about plugging it, got caught in their lie and concocted another one to cover the first, claimed they would rectify the whole thing by discounting the $10s only to overcharge us even after the nominal price would have been received but absolute worst of all; INSULTED MY INTELLIGENCE!!!!And as much as I believe in unity and I hate to even consider it given our overwhelmingly positive history. Im pretty sure it was because we were black. SmdhTaking my business and all others with me, ELSE WHERE.

This is a great place for money saving used tires to add to a older car that isnt used that often. They had quite a few tires in my size and let me select the ones I wanted. The only drawback is most likely you will not get complete sets of the same brand. The install the tires on your wheels and onto the car for the price of the tires so no extra installation cost like the new tire places, also the do sell new tires if you want to go that way.

I have been going to this business for all of my tire needs for two years. I absolutely love them. They have quality used tires that I am happy with every single time. I drive clear across town about 30 minutes evwry time and would not even think about going somewhere else.

I had a slow leak from a screw in a tire with only 15,000 miles on it. I brought my car in with low expectations having been told by another shop that the tire would have to be replaced. I was greeted promptly and when I explained my situation was met by Williams to take a look. While he could make no promise, based on an initial look, my car was pulled immediately in the shop. Within a couple minutes, my car was done. They were fast, honest and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I had two tires (used) put on a few weeks ago, they even balances and rotated them for me. I also got both my front and rear break pads installed. I was able to purchase the breaks myself and they just charged for installation. Saved me a boat load of money over what the dealership wanted to charge. Very professional staff and I was in and out of there in about an hour. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place, their costumer services is excellent. The mechanics that change my tires were really friendly and knowledgeable. Once I walked inside to wait for my service I was blown away by how clean and organize the store was, will definitely be coming back!

Their staff is usually pretty great, but one guy in particular who works the register charges more than the price quoted for service over the phone. He tried charging me over what was quoted to change my brakes on one occasion. I went back two weeks ago after work to plug a flat tire. He came back claiming he plugged the flat and rang me up for $20. Woke up the next day and my tire was flat again. Would not recommend.

1st tire had a knot on the side very hazardous they replaced with 2nd tire that was very soft and about to blow taking it back will Update. Took the tire back salesman did not replace he just put the soft tire on the back so I didnt feel the wobble as much and yes I did save my receipt after twice of arguing with the sales lady at the front desk. I decided to just count my losses and buy for brand new tires else where. Dont ask too many questions. Very unfriendly.

I bought four new set of tires, had them put on and everything was good. The next day one of the tire was losing air. So I took it to firestone, they inspect my tires and said whoever put it on, did not put it on right. So i took it back to the Satto, and they said wait for the manger i can’t do anything and told me to leave my wheel there. So i waited 3 days and i kept calling them and they keep hanging up on me. Now there telling me there a scratch on a tire ?!!!! What does that have to do with anything with the bubble on my tires? So they say they can’t do anything but send it back to the company and wait 20 business day!Also while I was there a customer brought his truck in and they walk away and they was reviving it like it was there car.I do not recommend this place. Horrible service and customer service!!!!

I bought 2 tires out of 4 same brand here and they told me to wait outside and brought the tire ; I checked the tire, they keep the 2 which I bought and brought the wrong tires . I asked them that I need 2 more tires than they bought out which I bout they did not know that I mark with pen. They did not know that I know they try to chit me. So be careful and make sure you got what you bought . Let this people not fool you. Honesty is the best policy. This workers are not honest that is why they work here.
