My SUV did not get fixed, I dont believe they put it on the diagnostic machine!!! SUV broke down at a gas station next day had to get towed to FORD dealership to be repaired!!!!! NOT HAPPY SPEND $97 FOR NOTHING!!!!!

My experience with the shop was nothing, I found that they are true too their word, if they find a problem theyll let you know ahead of time before they start on it. Another thing about the shop waiting area its always clean. So I found no problem here, in which I been here a couple of times.

They had our car from November 2018 until March of 2019 and every time we call they would say they was trying so many things. We would go by there every week and our car would be parked where you could tell it had been sitting for a while because it was full of pollen and dirty. And we finally got the car back and it still wasn’t working and they charged us 1200.00 we was ripped off bad company

I would just like to say that I had mechanical issues with my 2012 chevy impala. First issue I have encountered since over the 7 months driving it, and I must say that not only was the service at the counter amazing but the time frame it took to complete the job was same day service. Just leave the keys and trust them! Clearly knowledgeable people, and very professional! Thank you!

I needed a headlight replaced on my Chrysler Pacifica. It took less than 30 minutes and was at a great price. There was even a convenient waiting room; nothing fancy, but clean. I will definitely use Statesville Ave Garage again.

I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from this shop. Larry, one of the family owners stated the original owner had the motor rebuilt by Statesville Ave Garage and the owner could not for the expenses so they were selling Chevy Traverse to cover the work expenses.I purchased the traverse from them and less than 10 miles from driving it off from the shop, the check engine light came on. I had the codes red and asides from an exhaust code there is a reading for crankshaft sensor. Which would be a motor component.I would not recommend this shop for motor work obviously. I would also not recommend purchasing a vehicle from the shop ti my worse enemy.guess the technicians dont know what they are doing when it comes to motor work, he never did any more work, or theyre just backyard mechanics who dont know what they are doing

I picked up a bolt in a tire this week and needed help fast. I did a Google search and found Statesville Avenue Garage was only two miles away. I called them at 6:20PM. The woman who answered the phone said they closed at 6PM but she still had a mechanic there, so come on over. Everyone there was friendly. They plugged the tire in no time and I was on my way. What could have been a real problem was a no problem at all because they let me come in after hours. I was grateful for their help and would recommend them highly.

Trailer hitch broke off my company truck on I 77. Stopped by this place which was the closest shop in the area and asked if they could help out. I wasnt expecting them to actually have time to help right away but the two techs spotted what they were doing and went to work on the truck and had me going within 15 minutes. Stand up business!

Fast service!

Took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with no other work going on in the garage. Broke a parts and charged me for it. Will not be coming back here.

Worst Experience Ever!! Took my car took get serviced and The Master Mechanic put the wrong oil weight in my car and now my car is acting crazy. Took the car back and they had NO Intentions on FIXING IT!!!
