Always a Great selection at this location, my reasoning, for the one star, the second star is for the cleanliness of the store, always perfect. However, hunny boo, boo was following a sister around, lol, she tried to play it off, but I saw her following me. Judge ye not; For only, One, Can be the Judge of me. I got my receipt, stay Blessed ;)

Always enjoy shopping here. Wonderful selection of bath and body products as well as a large selection of hand sanitizers. Ataffis friendly, attentive, and helpful.

They make shopping during the pandemic easy and distant with items in shopping bag as you make selection and prepackaged gift bags and ties, lots of inventory and seasonal sales especially hand soaps, candles and more

Associates were a little pushy, no one was six away, and there were police all over the store dealing with a shoplifter who was handcuffed in the corner. I hope its not typically like this.

Was there today on black Friday.. They did a great job limiting customers and had like 5 registers open checking people out.👍👍

Apparently if you have coupons from the app. They scan them. But sometimes they don’t apply. A manager I’m guessing she was Ronda came up. Expressly rude. Impatient. Raised her voice when asked questions she answered with irritation. Very unprofessional. Will not be back at this location. Being yelled at in front of people was embarrassing. I felt like a 3 year old. Good job on hiring Ronda.

Great sale prices, sales rep went in the back to get what I needed. Everyone super friendly. Easy access to store front. I will never go back to a mall location.

Best Bath and Body Works location around!

Made a trip to this store specifically this morning at 9:00 for the promo announced at 7:57am this morning. They were supposedly out of all the candles and hand soaps in the promotion. Had to drive all way back home to order online. Wont make that mistake again - wont trust that store to have advertised products.

THEY THE LIP GLOSS HERE! The in in Pineville, our lip gloss went so fast and I worked there and just couldnt get one in time.

The semi annual sale was happening when I was at the store and many of the over priced items were reasonably priced. The store isnt a large store, but seemd to have a descent number of products and scents. The customer service is very good and the store employees were very helpful and attentive.

I love Bath & Body Works. Always have. But this store was very ... different from the mall stores. Usually when an employee is with a customer, they will great you and say that they will be with you in a moment. These employees went on as if you were invisible. I mean, at least smile if you are going to walk right by a customer. I wasnt greeted at all and that kills the experience for the customer. I went over to their sister store, VS, and it was the exact same there. I am beginning to think that the entire Blakeney area is full of employees who are clearly too busy to be doing their jobs, which is helping their customers and being friendly. I left and purchased my items online. I would rather buy from the website and pay for shipping, that give my money to a specific branch of BBW that doesnt deserve it. This ruined the love and high quality I always associated with BBW. A smile, and being greeted would have changed all of this, and made the experience pleasant.
