I went in there yesterday after calling him being greeted by one of the nicest people I’ve ever met explaining my condition of having multiple sclerosis in my hair at times coming out. I’ve never really worn away and I have low self-esteem but when I went in there and I feel horrible for not remembering her name but she was the most amazing patient person I’ve ever met. I am very indecisive so I exhume and show my insecurities but he might’ve patients from both employees was so believing that I am more my style was right purple and colorful because I didn’t realize how hot the wings were and that’s not very good with MS because of overheating. Thank you ladies for everything and you never know who you’re helping especially somebody who is trying to regain their independence and confidence from a toxic relationship going and looking for a job!

The Asian lady appeared to be the owner was a tad unpleasant. She knew very little about what products she did or did not have and she watch me the entire I was there. Shopping while Black🙃

Very welcoming, professional, & knowledgeable employees. Visiting from out of town & forgot my haircare products. They have a nice inventory of products. Found everything I needed & more!

I found a real gem.. the store is clean, well inventoried and lots of light. This was my first visit to the store, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I found what I was looking for, without having to make a minimum purchase amount in order to use my card as payment. I will be visiting again.

Man had a attitude because I didnt want the braiding hair he took my items with a attitude I ask him was it a problem wasnt this is job he starts to go back & forth with me then sticks his middle finger up at me while my 2 daughters was with me very bad experience he didnt have to do all that

I go to this one when I dont feel like going to Tisun around the corner lol. Theyve come a long way and theyre convenient.

This hair store will never ever get my money again neither will they get any of my clients or familys money i used to come to this store everyday or every other day and spend 400$ or more every time i used to come there to be disrespected the indian lady followed me around the store yelling and trying to argue with me over something so simple that i already said Okay and agreed on never again i wish i can give zero stars customer service is trash there never in stock wigs are very over priced dont waste your time or money

I like that they had a sale going on. Most beauty supply stores like these never have sales on anything. The sale was buy 4 Freetress crochet hair get the 5th free. Its usually just buy and pay the n price it is. The only issue I had was when I took what I had up to the counter, the girl said it had to be the same priced and kind items. So I told her you sign does not state that. After speaking to her boss in their language, I got what I wanted because the sign did not state that detail, it only stated the brand was buy 4 get 5th free.
