Great variety of products, 100+ wigs to chose from.The only issue I have is there is never anyone on the sales floor to help assist.But I love that every time I go in there is gospel music playing. It keeps me uplifted.

It was great! A large selection of synthetic and human hair wigs! Store restrictions prevented me from trying on the wigs, however I did purchase one! I also found dry shampoo which I have been trying to find for awhile! Although I did not walk the entire store, it appears that they have a vast amount of beauty products! I think it is worth a look! The person that assisted me was pleasant and helpful!

Nice employees and owners. The elderly woman in the back with the wigs should not be there, she is not helpful except when you need something from the back. Right now you cant try on the wigs. Very large selection of everything from bonnets to wigs . They have a rewards program as well. Not expensive or over-priced.

I visited this location about a week ago and I was blown away by the staff and the customer service I experienced!They were very nice and helpful. For the first time I didnt feel like I was just being watched for no reason. They helped me find my wigs and never made it an inconvenience to do their job.I had a very different experience coming from Tysons hair store right before coming here. I bought 2 wigs and I loveee them!I seen at least 5 more that I will be coming back for! They definitely have a new returning customer!

I like the tools they have for barbers they have top of the notch clippers and trimmers. I give it a two stars because the clippers that I seen that they have are way to over priced. I can buy a clippers that cost 240 from another company or barber shops for the price of 160. I only disagree with prices but besides that great place for barber if you don’t want to orders.

Very poor customer svc. They are very selective about who they want to help and if you arrive 45 minutes prior to close theyre trying to get you out of there like nobodys business very disappointing experience based on the amount of money that I spend at that establishment

Over all this is a nice beauty supply store, but I am very disappointed that they didnt honor the price that was clearly marked on their packaging of hair. I pointed out to the owner that they had several packages of hair marked at a certain price, but I was told that it was marked wrong and if I wanted the hair that I needed to pay $11 more than what was on the packages.

It was my first time in their store, and I was greeted and given assistance with setting up a rewards membership as well as where to locate the products I was searching for. First time going here and I will go back again. I saw alot of things that I havent seen in other beauty supply stores around Charlotte.

I go here because its big. But they policy on no exchange on wigs is not right. Especially if you cant try it on. I get covid but just take the precautions or at least let you exchange. Its Korean own anyway but black people is the one buying the products. They need to rethink they policies before more complaints come in. Believe me it only takes one.

I went here with a friend to find a wig and hair products for a trip. And though they do have a nice sized collection of wigs and products, their customer service is terrible. I was followed nonstop with no shame. Every aisle I was in an older asian lady would stand at the end of the aisle watching me or would literally be standing directly in front of me in the adjacent aisle. My friend and I even openly had a conversation about it to give a hint and given her proximity I’m sure she heard, but she continued to aggressively stalk us anyway. Keep in mind I had on leggings and with a wallet, so where I would shove a wig without it being obvious I have no clue. Either way, we both decided not to purchase anything here. I’d rather drive across town than give my money to profilers.

Best in Charlotte! I havent been too many other places, but I found that Id just be wasting my time if I went elsewhere. Best selection, prices, and service! Dont feel like youre being stalked like at other ghetto stores with bars on the windows. Its very CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED and spaced out.

I would give5 stars but the ladies in here at the front are very personable and nice ! the older lady in the back with wigs could have better customer service and less talking about customers in foreign language this is why there are 3 stars. I didnt buy a wig, I ended up just getting a bundle and I get my natural products from here !

I like it…they don’t have a large selection but it’s decent!

They have a decent amount of hair care products with the exception on hair. I have bought from them twice and they never have anyone to assist with purchases on the floor and do not have more than 5-7 packs of hair for most colors. Not though to complete most crochet or braid styles and they will only do store credit or exchanges even with the receipt. So I suggest them for quick items you need but not if your trying to do more complicated styles. Staff is friendly but you need to know what you are looking for before you go in.

I shop here every week! Love this store, they have everything I need. They never run out of nothing, that’s what I like since I’m a hairstylist. I just want to get in and out.

This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. I was immediately greeted upon entering. Didnt feel as though someone was watching me the entire time I shopped. Clean store, items neatly organized and spaced out. I was able to find items on my own without assistance and I feel as though everything flowed well.

Beware! There is a chubby woman of Asian decent working here who is racist and disrespectful towards people of African American decent. You can be treated fairly, like a human being, and with respect elsewhere. ZERO stars if it were possible.

I purchased an amazing wig from Hope Beauty for my photo shoot, another one for my competition. The customer service is excellent! The store manager, Katrina, is one in 1 million. She took so much time with me to ensure that everything was perfect, and that I feel comfortable when I walked the door. I live in Concord. It’s worth the drive

I love the wide variety and prices of wigs. They have the latest and most popular ones. DO NOT BUY THE LASHES IN THE FRONT FOR $9.99! They look appealing but are cheap, and come apart easily. The ones for 2-3 dollars are better quality I promise. They must be making a killing off those mink lashes. I was highly dissatisfied with them. They were hard to put on correctly and I never have that issue. IT RIPPED THE SECOND DAY. If I do go back Ill just stick to the wigs.

Poor customer service Asian an African women’ who work at this beauty supply store. They walked over me didn’t once ask could they help me. As I was processed out the store. They were asking if I took anything. Poor poor customer service will never go here again or spend my hard earn money at a place like this.

Large store with a nice selection. However be advised that they only issue a store credit for returns even if product has never been opened, hence the 3 star rating. Another review indicated that there is a salon inside with stylist that rival Atlanta and California this is false there is NO salon.

My sister asked me to write this review. She purchased hair for an install and when her stylist added the hair it was nothing like what appeared on the box. Of course they wont let you take the hair out, so she took the word of the store rep helping her after asking if she was sure it was exactly as the hair shown on the box. My sister returned to the store with pictures of the install to show the evident difference in the hair, to at least attempt to get a store credit but was told since the hair had been opened they couldnt take it back because they couldnt resell the hair. Which by the way is NOT surprising because THATs whats most important, NOT the customer. I was disappointed because they are typically really nice and seemingly helpful. She left with no customer service but we as African Americans get that this can be the norm when we go to their establishments. I decided a year ago that I would not purchase hair from them again when a similar incident happened to me. I was able to get a store credit because I noticed immediately after opening the box that the hair was off. But since then Ive been very particular about which beauty supply store I do business with. I suggest we all do.

This place is really big. They have a large selection of hair care products, as well as a synthetic and human hair for weaving or braiding and wigs. The people were friendly but not pushy or hovering. I gave them four stars versus five because their prices are a tad higher on hair care products than other places I have been. For wigs their prices were comprable and I did not check prices for hair.

I visit this place every week. The staff greets you every time you come in. The product selection is great and reasonably priced. This will continue to be my go to place for my hair care products as well as other things like nail polish, etc.

Smaller location for quick hair care pickups. Also, has a great free discount program for cash back as you buy(saving a penny, nickel, and dime is always good 😅). Parking can be a bit tricky at times b/c of the gym and construction.

Plenty of hair accessories like durags, wig caps, weaving/wig making caps, flexi rods and perm rods, etc. Great selection of synthetic wigs, not many of my liking due to the fact that many wigs on display were the last in stock and felt like a lot of work/styling would be required to make them feel manageable.Large selection of weaving bundles. Also carry whole lace human hair wigs behind a counter or in a display case near the back of the store.

I wanted to like this place.. my first visit was pleasant and easy! My 2nd visit however was different. All the other reviews mentioned shoppers being accused of stealing which i figured was an exaggeration but NO ITS NOT!! My first visit I was in and out and easy.. my 2nd i asked the manager for help and was easily shown the item i needed. I was on my way to the register with my purchase when the manager accused my youngest daughter of stealing!! She claimed that another customer saw my daughter put something in her pocket and that she rolled the tape back and saw something. What she saw was my daughter put her headphones in her pocket. She apologized up and down.. but it was too late!! To the owners of this business.. if you want to compete with Tisun.. your people need to stop accusing customers of stealing!! Tisun will continue to get my business, like they did tonight!!

I would give zero stars but I had to rate it at least 1 star in order to write a review 😠! The Asian short older lady followed me and my daughters around in the wig section as if we were going to steal!!!!!!😠 We do not do things like that! Every African American doesnt steal. She was a racist...period....and treated us sterotypically! I was trying a wig on my younger daughter to get an idea of what her natural hair would look like styled that way as she had an appt coming up. She said we needed a wig cap. I said OK. She told me that I could not and should not purchase a wig for my daughter. I didnt explain to her because it was not her business! For 1 I told her that it was not her place to tell me what I can do for my daughter. She kept saying ...shes too young....shes too young. I told her she could not tell me what to do and its my place as her mother to decide. After that conversation I decided to not try it on. I told her I do not want her business. She had no earthly idea why I was trying the wig on. It was not her place to tell me what to do or what she thinks I should do. It was unacceptable and inappropriate. Not happy with this establishment. I have purchased things many times before and this behavior was appalling!!😠

Very large beauty supply store with a in - store beauty & hair 💇 salon. Word on the street is that a couple of the stylists rival Atlanta and Hollywood. They pay attention detail, live hair or wigs. Costume jewelry is all around the store as is many hair products, wigs of all styles, facial, nails, leggs and more. Come early as you have a whole lot of store to cover. Its like a Walmart Hair store.

Seen this place: stopped by finally on a Thursday.Wig selection is great: good options.Was going about my business trying wigs with help of a lady in the back.Then the supposed Assistant Manager came out of nowhere and rudely said something about only being allowed to try no more 4 wigs per trip to the store.That is bunch of BS.The girl who was helping me just ignored her.Rest of the girls were really nice.Assistant Manager needs training on how to talk to and handle customers.Or they will not be in business for long.

You get discounts with purchases when you take part of their discount program. A lot of good prices but some hair products little more expensive then some places but overall my 2nd best hair store with almost guaranteed of 98% of finding what I need
