Customer service could be much better

You can find some nice wigs and I feel they have reasonably good prices. I been a customer for a while now. But havent been there in a while since I went natural, but decided I wanted a wig. You earn points that you can save and use toward your purchases. I love that its always clean and friendly staff. David the owner always nice to me if hes in the store. Keep up the good work 👍☝☺

Its just as any other beauty supply store. It is a little on the pricey side for somethings ( no more than other places).

Prices are good, but they dont always have what you need. Need to check often if there is something specific you want.

The Ladies at the I beauty 210 were exceptionally nice and helpful today. I enjoyed my shopping because of that. You didnt get 5 stars because you let yourself run out of the specific cherry blossom eyelashes that Ive purchased from you since you opened. I would be grateful if you would maintain the specific lashes that Ive always purchased from you. When I come to get my lashes each month I always look around and if treated like Im welcomed to be there I spend money on a multitude of other little things. Today you were out of my lashes but the Ladies were so nice I looked around and found things that I liked so I bought them. Ill make my usually visit to your store when I come through next month and will look forward to seeing my lashes and the two nice Ladies.

One of my favorite Beauty Supply stores. Very organized and the service is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy going into this store because they have attendants who are always available to answer questions. They are truly knowledgeable on the products

Rude woman. Guess she has so many customers she can afford zero customer satisfaction. Wont return plus extremely low selection and poor quality of items are not worth the trip. Tisuns is right around the corner. Go there instead.

So I found some hair marked$14.99. (same brand/different lengths) I asked the manager what was the difference? Thinking the shorter hair might be cheaper. 🤔 She proceeds to explain then says. Oh someone changed the price. I asked. Who does the pricing because this tag doesnt look tampered with to me? She replies. WE DO!! Lets go look at the others. WE saw 10 packs of hair marked the same way!! I stated: So youre giving it to me for the price on the pack right? She replies.. No thats $25 hair. I can give you 10% off 😲. Then she walks over to the cashier and begins to fuss and tell her no one can price items anymore! Smh... #LostCustomer😤

I like this place way better than the beauty supply store its next to! I can find items easily and if I cant there are ladies there that can help me n also relate to my needs. No one in the other store can show me what hair is what, n know theyre stuff. I just get a nod n smile or an IDK. iBeauty 210 is my go to store now!!

The lady overcharged me ! She charged me for extra hair i didnt recieve. Calculate yourself, dont trust them when they tell you your total. I am very upset about this matter.

I love this new beauty supply store off of Eastway Dr. Its smaller than Tisuns but its sooooo much more reasonable. They have great hair care products, again at a reasonable price! Their wig selection is awesome and AGAIN all reasonable! Oh an the staff is extra friendly N super helpful as well as honest!
