Today I went to buy some loc oil and gel.I was happy to support a small business but very disappointed in the customer service I received. After not finding the oil I was looking for, I spent over $38 on products.Preparing to walk out the store, I was asked which oil I bought… I verbalized it and was told he made a mistake and charged me $5 instead of $8 for the product and I owed him $3. Following checking out the person behind me, I asked him to explain what he has saying. He said I should return the oil or pay the $3. Repeating that I don’t have cash and it is inconvenient to run my card again for his mistake, he responded it’s only $3.Uhhhhhh that’s how I feel sir.I was extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this store.

Aldan Beauty Supply has ALL the best products and the workers are definitely knowledgeable about ALL of their products! I would highly recommend!

Was hoping for a better selection of braiding hair. They dont carry Free Tress! But the 5 in 1 pack I got did the job with beautiful results and is a VERY nice silky quality hair (box braids). Its called EZ something and its prestretched. Prices were a bit high.

I dont give a bad rating to any establishment if its not in need of one.I have been a customer @ this beauty supply store since they opened.I saw the owner changing hair out of packages.The relaxers are outdated i purchased one & the relaxer was so old it had chunks in it & discolored.I called to inform him & he wouldnt make it right even with my receipts.The store dont have a big selection @ all.I found another beauty supply store which offers rewards & love their customers.They keep up with the latest accessories etc.I noticed a lot of people dont visit this beauty store much.One lost customer.

My daughter recently purchased items from this store. She needed to return one of them and was told she could not return the item. When she purchased the item, she was told one thing but when she attempted to use the product, it did not do what the owner told her it would do. Thats bad business......we frequent this store because it is the closest one to us. Moving forward, we will visit the store near Sams Club......Hope Beauty Supply. The selection is much larger and the customer service is excellent!!! Sir, when you first opened your store, you were nice and professional, Im not sure what has happened, but you have lost another customer......good luck!!~

The owner/salesman is quite helpful and courteous. He knows his stuff. Its not a very big store and its a tad cramped but its always heavily stocked and Ive always found what I needed.Im really thrilled to have a local hair/beauty supply shop thats not part of a large chain in the neighborhood.

I purchased a few things for my 1st time. I went to use my Amex in which I was informed they do not take. Luckily I had cash on me and I gave $44.64 in which I was informed by the clerk but when I received my change back it was $3 so I informed that it was not correct; he the clerk then informed that it was $47.64 in which he forgot to let me know the tax. It was a bit strange . I did not like how that Transaction went for my 1st time but the store appears to be ok. I will try again at another time and see from there.

This store is small but very clean and well organized. The customer service was great. Im thinking that because of its size there are a limited amount of items, but they had what I was looking for. I will definitely return because of the great customer service.

Great customer service by the gentleman who runs the shop. I do agree that his shop is a bit cramped but I was able to find what I needed and had his help. Will return soon.

Never buy hair from this store. They had synthetic hair packaged in a 100% human hair package. This is the second client of mine this has happen to. The guy there there is very unknowledgeable.
