I purchased the Pure Collection as recommended by my hair stylist. The hair has shed since day 1. More shedding than any other hair that I have used. I had to vacuum daily due to the amount of shedding and it tangles easily. There is no way I can get another wear out of this hair so I am trashing it.Not worth the price at all. Terrible hair. I would not recommend.

My husband and I ended up staying at the Hilton last night to break up our trip from Orlando to Virginia. I went for a walk this morning and notice the Indique Boutique. I’ve seen this shop online for years ago and always said I would love to visit. I had no idea the hotel we picked to stay at was in the shop’s location. The hair boutique was beautiful, neat and everything was displayed so nicely. I was greeted by Akilah who was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the hair extensions & products. I just went in to look but was so impressed with Akilah and the Indique hair extensions & products that I ended up buying a front lace wig, clip end extensions & some hair products!! So grateful to meet Akilah and become a Indique customer!!

My coworker came in the office and I asked where’d she get her hair from. We stopped by the shop and the options and quality of hair is superb. In addition to the options they have they also have some discounted bundles you can buy. I purchased 2 bundles at an amazing price. Purchased some clip ins and they are so nappy every time I turn around the hair is so matted and unmanageable you can’t even run your finger through. When I was using them every time I woke up it look like a birds nest this is the most tangled hair it ever used. I’ll start by saying, indique charlotte has a great location, it’s a very clean and welcoming environment, the staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is impeccable. The hair on the other hand is horrible. I’ve been wearing extensions to bundles to whatever the latest term is for years this hair is 3x the worst purchases I’ve ever made and buyers beware. I’m a firm believer in, you get what you pay for and when I spend my hard earned money that’s what I expect. I was cautious about my first purchase because indique is very pricey and I know several other local vendors with quality product but I decided to go with them because they had exactly what I was looking for opposed to the others. The first hair I went with, was a zen straight bundle deal, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible. Secondly I tried bounce natural roots along with their heat protector that was extremely heavy and oily and did absolutely nothing for my hair and closure that I spent about $800 on. Nevertheless I loved how it looked but the hair sheds to no end! I’m surprised the the tracks still had hair the way they shed all over the place and tangled. I let the staff know but all they could say was, “I’m sorry!” Charlotte is a place with not a lot of options and even with the shedding that deep part on that closure is a force to be reckoned with. I prefer a 6x6 closure but there’s no way I’m accepting a 4x4 from anybody! I found myself back at indique hoping these were just bad experiences and I was hoping for a brighter future. Over another $800 later during this year and a half journey, the day still has not yet came. I thought I was getting that Oprah, Forbes 30 under 30, Lala Anthony weave but this CANT be it! Pretty much everything important they guarantee about their hair is a lie! It tangles, sheds everywhere, has different lengths all throughout the closure and bundles, all the things that would make you pay them more because that’s what they advertise, opposed to someone else offering the same thing or better at a much lesser price, lies! Tangling, shedding weave is embarrassing and an insult to the woman wearing it. I work to hard for my money, so to throw it down the drain and be quiet about it, I just can’t do.Buyers Beware!!!
