I had a great experience at lash lounge. It is clean and everyone is friendly. I unfortunately am one of the unlucky people who have a sensitivity to the adhesive and I cannot get my lashes done. I paid for the membership as i did not know until later how my eyes would react and while lash lounge would not refund me, they gave me two options - I can use the money towards another service or I could donate my credits to a friend who is a client there. I am so happy they allowed me to do this instead of me just losing the money. When I had the lashes done, they looked AMAZING - I just must be allergic to the glue - it is so sad! :(

Although I believe the lash product from the business is comparable to other businesses, the sales tactic for their monthly services is suspect. I stopped going to this business back in 2019 because sales people made it sound like it was an easy membership, it was far from easy to cancel which is their intent. And 30 days notice is in the fine print. Read it and understand what you are committing to if you want to go to this business. Don’t listen to the sales pitch. If someone wants to cancel their membership, cancel it. You shouldn’t have to give any notice what so ever to cancel. Also you should be able to call and cancel and not go through the hassle of a special handwritten request. And to be fair the prices are higher than most. I’ve had a few people ask me what I thought and have led them somewhere else because of my experience.

I come to the lash lounge at Waverley time and time again, because I know I can always rely on Tiranda to tint my lashes and brows to perfection. The whole team is wonderful and very professional from beginning to end! I am and will be a returning customer!

Very upset with this place. I’ve used this company in another state, and I was very pleased. But recently just moving to Charlotte I was excited to come here. After 3 1/2 hours my lashes is not what I expected. I got the classics full volume def. not what I got. The lashes were falling off the same day. That made me so upset. Not to mention the total price of it. I was told it was a different not what I got charged. I was shocked, not to mention the hidden fee so bc I used their senior stylist they charged me an extra $25 which no one ever told me about before making the appt. I am never coming back here.

I did a brow thread and tint with Karen and she was amazing! I honestly dont think my brows have ever looked this good. All of the staff was so kind, the salon was very clean, and everyone was social distanced and wearing masks. 10/10, I will definitely reccomend this salon to everyone I know. I will definitely come back, even already booked my next appointment.

I was looking for a way to have long lashes without the effort of putting mascara on everyday! So I decided to try the Lash Lounge and I’m so happy I did. Natalee does my lashes and I get the most compliments everyday. They look natural, but can be accentuated with makeup to look fabulous when you are dressed up. The lash lounge is so professional, clean, and comfortable and Natalee and the staff are above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would give them a 5 star and then some!

3 1/2 hours for a new set is unacceptable!! Finished product also unacceptable AND hidden charges after services are complete. When I made the appointment, no one bothered telling me I was going to have a beginner stylist or that if my lashes were not removed, there would be an additional charge. I have been getting my lashes done for years but a recent move caused me to find a new place. This was not my first set so I thought I knew what to expect but wow....words do not describe the level of anger and dissatisfaction. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

Had an appointment for a lash tint and was informed my lashes were too short so my service was quickly and easily switched to extensions on short notice!

This was my first time at the Lash Lounge (Waverly) and I came in wanting my lashes to be more noticeable so I wouldn’t need to wear mascara, and to simplify my routine in the morning. I initially thought I wanted extensions and then Tiranda suggested I do a lash lift and tint. I’m SO glad I listened. I LOVE my eye lashes and love that it is less maintenance than extensions. Thank you for listening to what I needed and for doing an amazing job!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Besides the fact they are extremely over priced & the poor quality of the lash artists there, the customer service is horrendous. Specifically asked to cancel my membership after being offered to freeze my membership and declined and stated I need to cancel it altogether (I used to work in a salon that offered memberships and I know first hand that a customer freezing their account helps their numbers out significantly vs. cancel which is why they’re so pushy for it). Signed paperwork saying I canceled and thought all was well. All of this took place in February, well I discovered that in May & June they were taking money out of my account. Called to get some info on why this is happening and to get refunded. I then was put on hold for over 20 mins and then they hung up on me, called back again and the receptionist told me she couldn’t find any document. Then coincidentally to find out they had me sign a freeze form instead of cancellation- she blamed it on the employee but wouldn’t give me corporate’s number or the employee’s name to try and find a resolution. To sum up- bad quality & bad service. Highly recommend avoiding this business.

BE AWARE - the front desk has a light concussion. Aside from asking the same question 3 times, she books the appointments at the wrong time with a wrong person. The business needs to hire someone with longer term memory then fish.

My lash stylist, natalee, is the sweetest human alive! she’s absolutely amazing and very professional. every time i see her, she ALWAYS goes above and beyond. natalee also makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the outcome of your lash extensions. if you plan on getting a membership with lash lounge, i definitely recommend doing so and use my girl natalee! she’s always on time and never disappoints me!

Mary is absolutely the most talented, detailed & sweet lash artist Ive ever met. Shes a master of her craft. Ive been getting my lashes done for the past 5 years and I can honestly say shes the best! She goes above and beyond and the way she shapes my lashes is gorgeous. The glue she uses and the way she uses it is fabulous too- incredibly comfortable on my eyes and they stay on very well.Ayo, Bella, and the front office staff are also incredibly welcoming and friendly. I love that they always remind me a few times before my appt too and theyre always so helpful with everything. Theyre awesome at their job! Brand new location that opened June of 2018. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (even when I was taking pictures 😉). I was offered water while I filled out my forms, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.My esthetician, Ingrid, was amazing. Answered all my questions and gave me tips on making my lashes healthier. This was my first lash extension experience, and I felt my comfort and at home lash care were top priority. I was so at ease, I almost fell asleep during my session. The beds are super comfy. I was offered a blanket and had the option to listen to relaxing music.They are still in their soft opening phase and are working out all of the kinks of opening a new store. The decor was chic and cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. Cant wait for my next sessions.

My experience at the Lash Lounge Waverly was simply AMAZING! The space is so cozy and elegant. The staff are extremely welcoming and informative. They are very knowledgeable and walk you through the entire service. I have had several services at this salon from lash extensions, lash tint and microblading. My stylist Candice is exceptional. She explains everything and is extremely talented. I can not count how many complements I get everyday! THE LASH LOUNGE WAVERLY is more than a salon it is like a second home.

My wife went to the waverly location in person and signed the cancel form, the employee tried to convince her to just freeze her account in case she wanted to come back, but she specifically told them she wanted to cancel. They stopped charging my card for 2 months. Then randomly in may they charged my card 169.00 then again charged my card another 169.00 in June. Very unprofessional when she talked to the employee over the phone.

From start to finish, every person I had contact with was friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. This was my first time getting lash extension, and the whole process was such a wonderful experience. Melinda was my lash tech, she explained everything I needed to know for my first time during a quick consult, then proceeded to get me comfortable on the table with a pillow and blanket. She explained to me each step of the process as she was doing it. It was so relaxing, I think I even fell asleep for a tiny nap! When the appointment was completed, she walked me up front and helped me pick out the correct lash wash for good aftercare. I booked my lash fill for 3 weeks out, and Im very much looking forward to seeing these girls again! I highly recommend The Lash Lounge for newbies and even lash extension pros. I doubt youll find a more professional, relaxing, enjoyable company to work with.

Very friendly staff! I’ve been going to Carmen for 7 months and I always leave beyond happy.

Disappointed. Spent three hours for a full set and I can clearly see an entire section of lashes in the corner that weren’t even addressed. In addition to that, I received an email that prompted me to schedule this appointment with a deal that the receptionist did not honor (I showed her the email as proof) because and I quote “the email was old” even though I received the email 5/13 (the day I booked the appointment) for a 5/15 appointment. Will not return.

My lashes fell out after day 3. I went back to fix numerous times and used a few different “specialists “ the result was still the same. Owner suggested “it’smy eyes” and we discussed a cancellation of my membership. After that, Lash Lounge preceded to continue to charge my credit card for 12 months! $1,530 total! And refuse to refund! Their reasons are that they can’t afford to give me my money back... Covid... Their policy which clearly is an excuse since they were NOW able to cancel charging me after I caught it and called them out on it .Their membership policy is a rip off ! Please don’t fall for it. Their lash technique is also questionable as anyone I have spoken to has said that there is no such a thing as someone’s eyes being the reason lashes do not stay on.

Had a Lash lift and tint today by Karen in the Waverly location. My first lash lift and I’m in love! It looks like they’ve been perfectly curled! Karen was very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable and safe with their covid protocols.

I’ve been coming to The Lash Lounge Waverly for a couple of months now. The facility is clean and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. BUT! Corey is why I keep coming back. Corey is meticulous about her work and how she does lashes. This isn’t just her job- it’s her calling. She is friendly and makes me feel comfortable- we can talk continuously for my hour long appointment! And she doesn’t judge or laugh at me when I fall sound asleep and start snoring! 😊

The worst place! Natalie had an attitude and canceled my lash extension appointment the last minute. I made an appointment for day before going to Italy, now I have to go without any extension. Bunch of unprofessional, careless, irresponsible, rude people!!!!

Had a wonderful experience here after having a not so good experience at the amazing lash. They were so professional and welcoming and even had contact cases for my contacts (the other place made me put them in a cup). The stylist explained everything. I was told to wash my own lashes at the other place with no instruction from staff and my lashes were washed here by the stylist as part of my service! I will definitely be returning to this salon for all future appointments.

I went here to get my lashes done. The place is beautiful and clean. My lash technician was great. But I couldn’t relax because the manager is so loud when she talk and invades your personal space. I could feel her hovering over me as I try to calm my nerves to get my lashes. Getting lashes should be relaxing but I didn’t get it here. My lashes are amazing tho. I would only return if she not there.

On my first visit to Lash Lounge, Karen gave me a full set. The location at Waverly is so convenient and the cleanliness & professionalism of the staff is top notch. I have been going to the lash lounge for 6 months now and I won’t go anywhere else! I keep coming back to Miranda!! She is seriously the best I’ve ever gone to. She has never rushed, she is so precise and an absolute perfectionist! She won’t let me leave unless it’s exactly how she wants it and how I like it. I honestly have never been to anyone better. I’ve tried numerous places before and have never had results like Miranda’s. I get the most, THE MOST, compliments on my lashes than ever before. If she ever retired I would seriously cry.

I went to lash lounge when it first opened and the whole experience was amazing! I just wished I lived closer. First, the lounge is decorated in modern glam style and is very clean. Second, the customer service was top notch professional and efficient: they called to confirm my appointment, when I arrived they were ready for me and then when my lashes were done the customer service triple checked if I was satisfied. Third and most importantly-the Lashes! The lady inserted mink lashes that looked so real and great in pictures! I didn’t need mascara to enhance my appearance so it’s totally worth it!! I would highly recommend The Lash Lounge!

I recently visited this location for A Lash Lift and Tint! The place was very clean and the service was very relaxing! My lashes look fabulous but next time I think I might consider lash extensions because I would love a fuller look. I do think this was a great service for someone that wants something low maintenance which eliminates the need for mascara! The place is very professional and skills! I loved the blankets which were cozy and warm!

The Lash Lounge is one of the most clean & professional beauty boutiques I have ever been to. The estheticians are all friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. I had a full volume set done and receive compliments daily - they really are gorgeous! It was helpful to learn aftercare instructions and I love that the staff was eager to give me any tips/tricks to prolong my application in between fills. I’ll be back, highly recommend!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I scheduled 2 appointments online for me and my daughter at 4:00 & 4:15 as new clients for eyebrow threading. We arrived 10 minutes early, filled out our paperwork and then waited for 45 minutes for nothing. The receptionist told us several times that it would be about 5 more minutes. Then another client with a 4:30 appointment walked in and was taken straight back. We left at that time and WILL NOT be back.

I wont go to anyone except Candace Lee. She has guided me on what would work best for my face/coloring. The difference in my look is amazing! She tells you what shes doing, what to expect and what should not happen. She makes me totally comfortable throughout.

I went here to get one set of lashes for an upcoming event. They talked me into a membership costing me over $100 a month, which I really didnt want to do. I travel quite a bit for work and I told them that- they said I cancel anytime hassle free so I did it. 3 months later, Ive only been there twice and Ive paid them over $400. I tried to cancel on the phone over a month ago but they wouldnt let me. My schedule doesnt really work with going in there during their business hours. I finally had a chance to stop in today to cancel & I have 6 unused fills and my next draft for 2 more fills is still going to go through, due to their policy. Now I will have 8 fills and only 60 days to use them. Basically $460 worth of services I will NEVER use. They are scam artists and dont even try to work with clients. 60 days- are you kidding me? And to top it all off, the eyelash services I received were awful. They were painful after about a week and fell our fairly rapidly. Both times I went in for services, it they charged me more, even though was being drafted monthly. COMPLETE SCAM. Unless you can commit to going in every 10 days, this service is NOT FOR YOU.

Went in for a complimentary lash set and I was amazed. Very attentive staff and relaxing 3 hours. Its been 3 weeks and my lashes are still holding up and beautiful. Prices are not bad for membership. Will be back for any of my lash needs.

Broedy did a great job on my lash lift and tint. She was very gentle, attentive and explained what she was doing as she went. It took longer than I expected (1.5 hour) but I would certainly rather someone take their time to do it safely and effectively than rush through it. This was a much better experience than one I had with a lash place closer to uptown. I will go back.

I received a gift certificate to get my lashes lifted and tinted for Christmas. I wanted to get my lashes lifted for prom and also graduation. I went in to get my lashes done in May, it is now June and my eyelash perm and tint is now fully gone.I really loved the look of my eyelashes as it looks like you’re wearing mascara 24/7. However, while getting them done, my eyes severely burned the entire hour and 15 minutes. I told the lady my eyes felt like they were on fire but she said that was normal. I have talked to my friends who also have gotten their eyelashes lifted and tinted and they said it isn’t supposed to burn at all.I know that you’re supposed to get the lashes straight and brush them out in order to have a clean curl, but the lady brushed my eyelashes so hard and continuously, that my eyelash line quickly became raw and the perming solution did NOT help as it burned so bad. I left with my eyelids swollen.A few days after getting my eyelashes done, I noticed a few eyelashes falling out. More so than normal but I didn’t think anything about it. Now that the perm is gone completely, I’m left with my eyelashes thinner than they have ever been before. My lashes used to be long and full (I got a lift and tint so I wouldn’t have to wear mascara) but now my eyelashes are short, thin, and stubby. I even have a small section in the middle of my right eye that barely has any eyelashes at all. I have cried many tears because I went from having pretty eyelashes to hardly any. I wouldn’t go back to get my eyelashes done again even if the service was free! I personally think it’s a waste of money. Especially now that I paid for my eyelashes to fall out.

Went a got a classic set of lashes today for the first time and my experience was amazing!!! Brodie was so attentive to my needs and also made sure I was comfortable. It was such a great and relaxing experience and staff at front desk was great. I will be back thank you ladies GREAT work.
