Its now Wednesday 9/1 - no call, called and spoke to Jim. No one can help me. So why would I purchase a mattress here again??????? I may even cancel the order I have now. This is unacceptable, as I Logistics professional having worked in the industry - I know how this works and this is NOT IT!

After a great experience purchasing a queen mattress from this location last year, we returned today to purchase a king mattress for another room. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable regarding back issues and helped us identify the best mattress for our particular needs and comfort. We appreciated that the employees were wearing masks at all times and made it a point to let us know the pillows had been sanitized. Knowledgeable and personable.Long story short, i got a good price on a good mattress - and if i don’t like it, he explained all the return/exchange policies.I told Jim that mattress shopping is a lot like car shopping - lots of little details that can confuse the average consumer. But Jim did a great job explaining.Highly recommend.

My wife and I visited the Mattress Firm location on Sharon Road today as the last of three stops on our tour to shop for two new mattresses. We had tentatively decided to purchase our new mattresses from a well respected furniture store in Charlotte before entering the Mattress Firm store, and we decided to drop by the Mattress Firm store just to double check our preliminary decision. We were completely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of both Jim Downey and Doel Fuentes, who were the sales representatives we dealt with. The wide variety of products -- in terms of manufacturers, features and price points -- and the deep knowledge of Jim and Doel made complete believers of us. Within fifteen minutes of entering the store, my wife and I decided we would buy our new mattresses from Mattress Firm. We purchased two new high-quality mattresses, a box springs, an elevated electric bed platform, two mattress covers and two pillows before we left the store. Jim and Doel were extremely helpful and informative without being pushy in any respect. We had a phenomenal experience purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Mattress Firm SouthPark. When we first arrived, they immediately greeted us with friendly smiles and were attentive to our wants/needs/questions. After our initial visit, we shopped around and even stopped by the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store across the street in the mall, but we did not think the Flagship store provided the same level of service or deals that Mattress Firm was offering. When we returned back to Mattress Firm later that same day to purchase the mattress, they made the process extremely easy. Our mattress was delivered on the day it was promised, except for one item from the delivery that was missing; however, we did not realize it until a couple days later. When we called Mattress Firm to let them know, they accommodated us right away with options for getting the item delivered that week or picked up that very same day. We have been loving our mattress ever since and are pleased with the excellent level of customer service provided. Highly recommend Mattress Firm SouthPark for all of your sleeping needs.
