I loved my experience at Bella Bridesmaids! A lot of my bridesmaids lived out of state but their staff made it really easy for them to pick out their dresses to match the rest of the group, plus add their orders to my group one here in NC! Jenny Yoo is my all time favorite designer and they carried a huge selection of her gorgeous dresses. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience quick and easy!

Bella Bridesmaids were SO SO wonderful to work with! They always were able to fit me in for an appointment even if it was a last minute request. I had bridesmaids all across the east coast and they were all able to order easily through their online portal. They have a huge selection to choose from with multi colors and patterns! I would highly recommend getting your bridesmaids dresses from Bella’s! You won’t be disappointed.

We got our bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding and they had a wonderful variety to choose from! Im recently engaged and cant wait to take my girls here to get their dresses I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dresses.

Take a look at the actual measurements of your dress before ordering—They generally advise people 5’8” or taller to order extra length, however, my dress was significantly too long when I ordered it with extra length. (I’m 5’8”.) That being said, the customer service was excellent and they refunded what I paid for the extra length and have taken the feedback to improve their processes. The dress is also very high-quality!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I would advise you to never come here. My sister and I received two different days for our dresses to come we both ordered at the same time. Hers ended up coming ahead of mine, when mine finally arrived a week later 16 days after it was supposed to arrive they offered my nothing off my dress. All they said they would do is pay for alterations which I didn’t really need and couldn’t do because I didn’t have time nor would my dress be ready in time. They didn’t really seem apologetic nor care I would never come here again not even for my own wedding.

Bella Bridesmaid has been a lifesaver! At our first appointment Carly helped me pick a color / style dress for my bridesmaids and was kind as well as attentive during the whole process. Then, I decided to add two girls to the bridal party TWO months before my wedding. Carly again came to the rescue - they were able to measure both girls and pull from their stock the same color / designer so my girls would have them in time for the wedding.I have nothing but glowing reviews for Bella Bridesmaid in Charlotte!

What we asked for vs what we received. My bridesmaid is petite and normally wears a size 6 in a dress. We asked for the same size dress she tried on in store. They sent us a 12. This looks like a totally different dress. I’m not upset about the mistake that they made, because we are all human. My anger comes from the fact that they refuse to take ownership. They obviously ordered the wrong size dress or mixed up her measurements. The least they could do is have the dress altered at their expense. Especially since this dress cost us $250. If you’re curvy don’t shop here. They “recommend” a dress 2-3 sizes too big. Whether you agree or not!

Selecting and ordering my ELEVEN bridesmaids dresses fro Bella Bridesmaid in Charlotte was such a great decision! I am lucky to have had vendors who made my wedding planning so easy and Bella was absolutely one of those. My bridesmaids live all over the country, literally, and not one girl had an issue getting fitted, ordering and having their dress delivered. Additionally, every time I walked into their shop, Carly and Caroline greeted me with a smile and had so much patience for my many questions (and 2 of my girls who changed their dress choice!) Working with Bella Bridesmaids of Charlotte was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day. Bella Bridesmaid did a fantastic job with my bridesmaid dresses! They let us try on so many dresses and helped make a great decision on dresses that would look good together (all the girls wore different dresses). There was no pressure into buying them at all! When we got the dresses the color was beautiful and the dresses were great! Also a HUGE shout out because when one of my girls dresses didn’t fit with a week until the wedding, they did everything they could to help me out! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!We also used them for my sisters wedding a year before mine, the girls in the Charlotte store remember helping my sister and were so incredibly nice when we went in. While I’m not from the Charlotte area, but it really made me feel at home!

Bella was my one-stop shop for my bridesmaids’ dresses! After several online purchases from other retailers that ended in frustrating returns and feeling like I wasn’t making progress, I decided to make an appointment at Bella. I travel a lot for work, so my free time is scarce, and Bella came to the rescue - within an hour and seeing/trying on several great options I found my dresses and could check one more big task off my list! The ladies at Bella Bridesmaids were absolutely fabulous! I started researching the style dresses I wanted and the color and came across Bella Bridesmaids and set up an appointment for my bridesmaids for them to come in and try on dresses and select the one they liked the most. They didnt have the particular one we got, but they had similar styles and the exact fabric of the dress we liked. But the Bella Bridesmaids in Nashville had the dress so my Matron of Honor lives in Nashville and was able to go by the store and try it on and we all fell in love with it. They were very accommodating, the dresses came in very quickly and we couldnt have been more happy with how wonderful the bridesmaids looked in them on our special day. I had such a great experience with this Charlotte location! As a bride with bridesmaids in 4 different cities it was important to me to create an experience that was easy for my girls. They had every designer that interested me in every color I could hope for.I will say that these girls are very hands on with their brides and bridesmaids and trying to contact them via phone can be difficult but they are on their game through e-mail! I was also fortunate enough to work with a wedding planner that had a good relationship with the store and helped with communication and scheduling.I also want to mention that this location was extremely helpful however some of the other locations my bridesmaids dealt with made it feel like it was a hassle helping us at times. I think Bella is structured so that the brides store location receives the commission which may leave less of an incentive to be be helpful and friendly at other locations.Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this location to any local brides. Thanks ladies!

Bella Bridesmaids in Charlotte was so amazing and helpful! They were fast with responses and appointments. It was a nice, cozy, and private spot when my maid and honor and I went to look at dresses at our initial appointment. I had some idea of what I wanted, but she helped make it a reality and pin point my ideal bridesmaids dresses. We found one that worked with all of my bridesmaids shapes and they turned out so beautiful. And they matched the colors of wedding exactly how I envisioned it would. We only had a hiccup in my junior bridesmaids dress size, but that was fixed very quickly and efficiently. Every step of the way Carly Ann was so helpful and kind. I purchased a bridesmaid dress for a wedding of a friend marrying in Charlotte. I was diagnosed with cancer and had to have surgery and was not cleared to travel for the wedding. I attempted to return my dress which was still in the original plastic with the tag on, not tried on and unaltered. The manager informed me they were unable to do so. I was not looking for a full refund but now it will sit in my closet rather than be worn by another bridesmaid.

I had a wonderful experience with Cecily! I went to the salon with my mother-in-law and soon to be sister-in-law this past July to pick out my bridesmaids dresses. Cecily was so helpful and fabulous. She let us take our time and look through all the racks and pulled some gorgeous selections of her own too. My bridesmaids live all across the country, Colorado to New York, but our ordering process went smoothly. I even added a 6th bridesmaid during the ordering process with no issue. Four of the dresses were shipped and have arrive in a timely fashion, the other two I picked up at the salon. Cecily was great with getting back to me via e-mail and made my experience so great!

I just left this shop because of the poor customer service. When I walked in and told the employee what I was looking for and when I needed the dress she informed me that it would be a rush fee to get the dress here and I said no problem. She then stated that she had time before her next appointment (45 minutes) so I could try on dresses. She said you can look around but just know it will be an extra rush fee...(yes she repeated the rush fee as if A) she didnt think I could afford it or B) I didnt understand the first time either way, it was rude) .... there were 2 employees and NEITHER offered to point me in the direction of what I needed or even bothered to ask if I needed any help. After walking around twice I decided to leave because I refuse to spend money in a place that will not even offer to help. As I left, I let them know that their level of customer service was poor and I would never be back. The employee then states, Well we are appointment only. If you were going to refuse service, why not say that when I spoke to you when I came through the door versus wait until I tell you Im leaving because of the lack of service. There are far too many bridal shops in Charlotte that have a higher level of professionalism and customer service to receive this type of treatment.

Poor service. The process was made so difficult for absolutely no reason. As someone who handles events locally I would NEVER recommend dealing with the Bella bridesmaid location in Savannah. Katharine at the store is haughty and rude, she is unhelpful and shouldn’t be in any kind of customer service role. The associates could really use some customer service training. I wish there was an option for no stars because my poor experience doesn’t deserve even one...

The lady was so rude all my matron of honor and I could do was laugh. My grandmother was so insulted by the way the woman working there treated us she cursed for the first time in her life! I would not recommend this shop. I called many times to inquire about their "trunk show" only to find out it was a little hole in the wall that requires "appointments. They never returned my phone calls, didn't have any regard to etiquette or human decency. Don't waste your time on this dump!
