I love shopping at this store, one of my favorites in Charolette. Customer service is fantastic. I just go and look around and always find something to purchase. This store gets me in trouble😄😄 sometimes. I’m going to miss the ladies they are so nice, when I come to charolette to visit again I surely drop by there.

Unbelievably awesome consignment shop in Charlotte, NC. They turn over items very fast and always have new treasures to find. From furniture, art, eclectic items, antiques etc you are sure to find something to take home. My parents have bought a lot of antique furniture here and I pick up eclectic art and vintage items. Definatley one of my favorite places to visit when I am in NC. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to just walk around and look at all the fantastic stuff.

Not following county and city mask mandates. People coughing and sneezing all over the place. I was so grossed out. Staff even told customer she didnt need a mask. Come for furniture, leave with COVID!

I love this place from an interior designer standpoint. The unique items they have consigned here are fantastic and original.

Donna and her team are so easy to work with. I trust them implicitly. Their guidelines give a consignor several options when leaving items for consignment. They are as flexible as they can be if necessary. They are easy going and cheerful at all times.

Packed store with lots of goodies inside. We always love walking through the store and seeing what we can find. Great customer service, everyone is always friendly.

Entered the store there were two employees standing in the front talking to each other. Neither one of them greeted us or asked could they assist us. Other lady was helping someone else, when she finished with them she walked away and went to another part of the store. Saw a few nice things but I will spend my money at a place that appreciates customers. As we walked out no one bothered to say anything. Wouldnt recommend.

One of my favorite places to shop for our home and for unique gifts! The owners, Donna and Richard, love what they do and are people people. That being said, here’s a tip: This is a business with a lot of moving parts—literally! If you are greeted upon entering, consider it a bonus, but don’t expect employees to give you a “Chick-Fil-A” greeting as they are in the midst of moving new pieces into the store, moving items out of the store and into customers’ vehicles, or answering customers’ questions and completing sales. This has never bothered me, understanding the nature of the business. It’s not a restaurant! I have ALWAYS been greeted pleasantly at some point, while browsing, and they don’t follow you around, pressuring a sale.All items are thoughtfully and tastefully arranged, enabling customers to easily picture the various items in their own intended spaces. Prices are fair, and are even reduced after certain, labeled dates on the tag. If you wish you to consign items, Donna keeps busy arranging all of that, and does a wonderful job! You can get information how to consign on their website or Facebook page, as well as their hours, etc.Every time I have visited, I always get the impression the owners and employees have a good working relationship and there is a “family” type of atmosphere. It makes your shopping experience all the more pleasant! Oftentimes, I have gone there just for an “escape” for awhile and end up leaving with a truck full. Other times, I have gone hoping to find a particular, “perfect” piece and the timing may not be right. If you do see a piece you love, you better get it because items move quickly, here! I’m hesitant to post this review because I’d love to keep this as one of my fave (secret!) finds!

Best place in town for quality consigned items. Their inventory rotates, unlike other shops. I check in monthly and rarely see the same items twice. I Christmas shop all year at the shop. Never I have I been disappointed with an item.

Donna and her team do a great job marketing and getting the most for their customers. They only consign what they feel is on trend so you don’t waste your time taking furniture there for it to sit. We always use them to sell.

Rude owners ruined visit. Never spoke or made eye contact. Totally ignored fact I was in store till I questioned prices. The things I was interested in were not for sell??? Why are they in your store? Went back forsake of second chance. Nothing changed. DONT waste your time.

I was really impressed with the quality of furniture. Great selection and the store is laid out really well. It almost feels like a high end boutique.

I shop here often and never had a problem til today. Woman working the register was rude and refused to honor pricing error that was a difference of $2. Yes, thats right, $2. It was not the price amount, but the fact that she was so adamant she couldnt do what was the right thing to do. Whether it was $2 or $20, its the principal of the matter and not standing behind the error they made. I guess retailers are getting just as bad as politicians. If you see the older woman with the dark bob haircut, steer clear.

Great place to shop for unique decor

This is the best consignment shop in Charlotte. Quality merchandise at great prices. I try to visit often because mechandise changes all the time. Donna the owner has excellent taste and an eye for good quality. I love this place! It is mostly household items but that doesnt mean you wont find jewerly, purses, poncho, etc. Everything I have bought there I love

This place is great! The staff is super nice and they always have such a super variety of such quality items at incredible prices.

Please, please, please NEVER sell anything in this store. I knew from the moment I met Donna, the owner, that there was something I didnt like. She was a bit short and snippy with me, but I decided to try selling with her anyway. I took in a lamp that she said she would price at $60. I went in a few weeks later and she had it priced for $10 more. What does this mean? This means that she would get more money and you, the consignor, would get less than stated on the contract. When I confronted her about this, she immediately got defensive and told me that she added the amount as a consignor fee which was stated in my contract. On my contract it clearly states that Consignments on Park charges no consignor fee, no initiation fee, no monthly fee, no annual fee, and no storage fee. She told me to take my lamp back which I gladly did. She also told me that I was a sad individual and to never come into her store again or that she would call the police. I told her I was not a sad individual and that she was cheating people out of their money. A $10 difference may seem insignificant, but think of how she might inflate the price on a very large item, such as a nice piece of furniture. She would get more money, and you, the consignor would lose! Watch out for Donna!!!!!!!

Love this store! This place is packed with beautiful, high quality things and the prices are way better than what youd pay at Ethan Allen or Bassett. Consignments on Park is one of Charlottes best kept secrets.

Great Store. I bought an italian full grain leather chair and ottoman at less than the bi-cast leather chairs sell for in other stores. Worth the drive!

I really would not call this a consignment shop. Just go to Home Goods. Its cheaper.

Nice organised store! Road traffic could be a bit difficult, Id have you know!

My mom and I decided to visit this shop for the first time today. My mom had major ankle surgery, so she walks slowly with a cane. As we were shopping, the employee comes up behind us saying that somebody is bringing in a table to place, and we need to get out of the way. So we moved out of the way. The table went by, and we backtracked to where we were looking before we moved. This same employee continued to flutter around us and saying incredibly rude things to us such as, Well, were in a traffic jam and other incredibly careless comments. She wouldnt shut up. No matter where we walked, tried to get out of her way, she would come up behind us and say rude things because my mom walked slowly from her surgery!!! Finally, my mom said, Lets just leave. We did, and then my mom cried when she got to the car. So thats our impression of your store. You are rude and extremely inconsiderate of those with disabilities. We definitely got out of the way when people were moving furniture in, but then to keep hovering around us and saying such rude things, that was enough. I will never step foot in this store again, and I will definitely spread the word about how you treat your customers. I can see why your store had so few customers actually buying items, just people dropping off items to sell.

OMG everything you can imagine is for sale here. It takes a truly dedicated shopper to go through whole place.

Kind, good hearted people run this business. Took several of my items for consignment, offering reasonable prices ng, and a simplified process, would highly recommend .

Ive quit visiting this consignment store for a few reasons: 1) The loud Christian music is intolerable! I find it to be borderline offensive for shoppers who may not be of Christian faith. 2) The vast majority of items in the store are dated or overstock items. It feels like Im shopping at a cheap estate sale. 3) It was better years ago but its no longer worth the visit. If youre under the age of 50, I doubt youll find much to like.

This clean store carries high end furniture, solidly made, at excellent prices. This is the quality, real wood furniture one cannot find any longer in chain stores. I purchased six well upholstered dining room chairs, very well made, for the same price as the flimsy versions in the popular chain stores. I also bought a slender solid cherry wood, carved secty desk for a few hundred dollars i.e. same price as an IKEA desk but oh so much more beautiful and well crafted.The owner and staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about what is available in the store. Highly recommend this store!
