They’re salesman has attitudes badly at times. This one little old lady turned me down on a almost brand new trombone with no damage or dents at all that’s so beautiful, because she said that trombones stays in pawn to long before someone buys them. Now here’s the kicker. The store now has new ownership from over a year ago, and it’s pretty much empty. They lack merchandise so shouldn’t they be accepting peoples pawn to build the store back up? This store looks deserted, it’s not the same anymore. Shelves are seriously empty, lol. They have certain employees who are killing that business, and I mean badly. Ownership has to be losing money. They just have to be. That’s why they don’t have many workers anymore, because they barely have items to sell.

They give you every single excuse not to buy something.

I hate this place with a passion. Ill give one example out of many: I had a trombone I wanted to pawn due to some hard times. I brought it in once and they rated it at market value, $2500.00, even with the minor dents in the bell (the slide was perfect). I brought the same horn in 2 years later in the EXACT same condition. They rated it as being worth $50.00 (a Conn 52H). Why $50? Because of the same exact minor dents in the bell. Ive had to come up here for other reasons outside of pawning and I hate every single visit because it is always something.

Bunch of crooks....I dont know who keeping this trash open,but needs to be burned to the ground...The whole franchise

I took a engagement ring there that I had legit paper work for in perfect condition!! Nothing wrong at all. Tried to find every excuse to give me the least money possible. 1 carat diamond ring that was 3,000 but wanted to give me 200. Had rings in there way smaller for way more than 200.. rip off place don’t go!!

Worst customer service. Prices always high, never want to negotiate past a certain point. Last time was the last straw, black lady manager behind glass talked to me like if she was in the hood. You dont want my money, i went to National Pawn in South and got a great deal on two laptops with a smile. Its a shame because the main manager is actually nice, but that lady doesnt need to be a manager.
