Vert unprofessional business! When you call the store you get an automated message that the person youre calling has a voicemail that has not been setup, please try your call later, then disconnects your call.Perhaps this is why the business is so poorly rated on Google...

I purchased a rechargeable battery pack approximately 6 1/2 months ago and for some reason they would not hold its charge. I went into the store at terminal D next to Johnson & Murphy. I explained my situation to the manager and the were very accomdating. Thank you very much for all of your help!

Bought a charger for my phone from this store as per the recommendation from their staff but did not check if it was working in the store itself. Finally after i reached my destination tried to charge my phone and the charger was not compatible. it was very hard as the charger even ruined my phone by causing a battery drain.On my return i went to the same store and told about the charger not working which i bought just 4 days back. They initially stated to sell me another changer which cost twice more and also would not return or refund for charger that is not working.The staff then pointed me to the manager in store and he was a really rude guy. he just said as per their policy they can not accept return of a charger. his final words were. We sell it and forget it.. Now its your problem.

This is the only store in the airport (that I could find) that carries the gel pieces that surround most in-ear headphones. One of mine came out, and that’s a horrible feeling on a long flight. For that reason alone, 5-stars.

I needed an SD card & was able to find one for a decent price. Mags was super nice!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!An Employee at this store (Charlotte Douglas International airport location) stole my credit card # after I purchased a pair of bluetooth headphones and subsequently tried to charge $75,000.00. Luckily there were insufficient funds to allow that purchase however they then charged a Verizon bill and several other smaller charges ranging from $100-400.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

The store is always updated with the latest gadgets from industry leaders in portable power, phone cases, headphones, speakers, and chargers such as Beats, BOSE, Mophie, Speck, Shurre, B&O etc...By far one of the best places to grab a pair of great sounding headphones, and charge your phone while you wait for your flight.
