Reputable, kind, attentive. Would recommend and use again. The folks who reupholster do fantastic work. Was definitely worth it.

I brought 3 antique chairs of my mothers to Midas Fabrics to have reupholstered. The chairs really meant a lot to me and I expressed that to the sales staff. They were extremely helpful at selecting the perfect fabric for the project. I could not be happier with the outcome! The whole process was seamless and I highly recommend this company.

Went in to store a few days ago. They were 3 associates in the store. One man was checking someone out at the counter. No other customers in the store. There was a lady and a male associate there also. No one spoke to me when I entered nor did anyone approach me to see if they could assist me. I stayed in there looked at fabrics for about 10-15 minutes. Still no one spoke. ( again, I was the only customer in there)I left. No one acknowledged my leaving or said thank you! My last trip there!

I have had a couple of pieces upholstered by Midas.They did excellent work! My pieces were done in a timely manner and I couldnt be happier.The staff especially Regina is so helpful.

After visiting many fabric stores I camp upon Midas Fabric. Andrea was wonderful to work with. With this being my first time reupholstering something it was great to have her expert advice, especially with repeats in fabrics. My chairs went from boring and dingy to bold and beautiful. Couldnt be more pleased.

I am thrilled to have found Midas Fabric! Unfortunately, my last upholstery place held my items for 7 months before they were returned. The items had never been touched. Its important to read online reviews because my last upholstery place was a verbal recommendation from a high end furniture store. Thankfully, the story of my ottomans have a happy ending. Andrea was a tremendous help. From the beginning, she assured me a reasonable time for completion and guided me through the fabric selection. The end results are perfect! When my favorite chair began to show wear, I knew immediately I had to go to Midas Fabric. They have done work for me before and I have never been disappointed. Andrea is my go to person and I know I can always count her expertise. Their inventory of fabrics is amazing and I found the perfect one. Also, ideas for future projects. The workmanship is fabulous. My chair has tufting and nail heads which requires a great deal of skill. I couldnt be happier.

WOW! Great experience at Midas. I needed some decorating guidance which they were great at providing. After working at the store one of their decorators came to my home to get the lay of the land. Then when I went back to the shop they had some great fabrics and treatment styles picked out. They made them in their workroom then hung them in my home. They are FANTASTIC! I love looking at them. Quality work.

Really nice place to look for ones needs.

In 2009 I was thinking about re-doing our master bedroom and bath. I had driven by Midas many times and one day I dropped in the see what they had to offer. That started my relationship with Andrea and David that is still ongoing to this day.I had purchased a comforter and the drapery panels for the master. I needed valances for the drapery panels, as well as valances for the bath. I also needed a bed skirt and a cushion made for the stool at the end of the bed. Andrea helped me choose a fabric for the bedroom valances and we repeated that for the bed skirt. Then we chose a coordinating fabric for the cushion and the bathroom valances. I also had an upholstered stool made for the bath. And of course, lots of decorative pillows. I loved the finished look so much that I purchased another comforter just like the comforter that I already had, so when the original becomes worn, I can just replace it and continue on. I love the room so much that I have no intention of changing things until something literally disintegrates. Ten years later things are in fine shape.When we had been in our home for 25 years, I started feeling that everything was looking a little tired and passe. Our home décor is traditional, but I realized that the living and dining room were more frilly traditional. I decided I wanted a much more conservative traditional look. First David helped me choose a floral fabric for one living room chair and I repeated that in a table round for an end table. Then we chose a fabric for the dining room chairs that we repeated in my new window treatments that are cornice boards. I bought a new beige couch and then we chose fabrics for three other chairs in the living room. And of course, lots of decorative pillows. I did all this keeping the previous color palette, rugs and wall art. There were times that I was thinking a little too conservative, to the point that things would have ended up too bland and too boring. David guided me to much more exciting interesting fabrics, which I am thrilled about. In the end I had a table cloth made for the dining room table which completed the entire look. I am very pleased with the end result. Everything flows together so well. This is a new improved updated look that I will be living with and enjoying for years.Midas has given me 3 things.1. Their undivided attention when I was presenting what I wanted to get accomplished in my re-decorating projects.2. I received their many years of expertise. They took my ideas and made them even better.3. Every item/project that I have received has been of the upmost quality. Everything has been perfect. This is a result of the people who work for them in the sewing/reupholstery areas. They are every bit as talented and professional as Andrea and David.I would recommend Midas to anyone that has any decorating need. Not so good. They lie about them being the ones who do their. They pay someone else to do it at the other upholsterers price and then up their prices. Andrea and her husband do not do any of the work they claim they do.
