Very quick service. I had been waiting a month from another serviceman to receive my replacement windshield because of supply chain issues. Clear vision had the windshield in-stock and installed within 6 hours of my call.

My back windshield shattered as I was driving my kids to school this morning, and I called Clear Vision right away. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule today, came to my work, replaced the windshield within an hour, and everything looks and works wonderfully now. Clear Vision Auto Glass was excellent to work with! The windshield on my new Chevy Tahoe cracked and when I reached out to the Charlotesville Chevy Dealership, they recommended Clear Vision. The prices were very competitive and reasonable (half of what some of the competitors were charging), they were easy to deal with and schedule the replacement, and they came right to me and did professional, excellent work.I would highly recommend Clear Vision to anyone who needs auto glass work done on their car. Do NOT waste your time with these scammers. Pretty sure they bought my windshield from a junk yard and charged me $530 for me to find a crack in the windshield that they tried GLUEING back together and the crack spread across the windshield within a couple of days. I have tried to get in contact with these people for 2 months now but they send me to voicemail every time they see my number pop up. Taking legal actions now. DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

The gentleman I spoke to was friendly enough. However, when they replaced the glass in my truck, they left broken glass (from removing the other 2/3 of my window) in my truck bed, interior and all over the parking area at my apartment. Needless to say my apartment manager wasn’t at all happy and neither am I. I had a cover on the truck bed that I had to remove, so there was absolutely no glass there until they did the work.Really? What glass shop doesn’t clean up the broken glass from their install? I won’t be using them again. I had to call the insurance company (they are the ones paying them) to see if they could get someone out to clean up the glass.

BEST BUISNESS EVER . The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and had my car fixed and ready to roll in NO TIME .

Its hard to rate a business that doesnt really want to do business, but here we go. I called on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment. It went to voice mail. Someone called me back shortly after and asked me to text them my address. They said that they would be there after 1PM. I hadnt heard from them by 4PM, so I called and texted them to see if they were still coming. I got no response. I called and texted them again the following day. I got no response again. In fact its been nearly 2 weeks since this incident, and still no response. Dont waste your time with this place. They have no respect for your time.
