Glad to know your bike shop has a Pantops location now. Even if it is by appointment only, it makes my life much easier since I live on that side of Charlottesville. And I prefer appointments anyway so that I know my time is being valued and I will not have to wait in line! Ill have my sons bike back soon for a basic bicycle tune up. I am disabled with MS and my rollators brakes needed adjustment, or so I thought. The Ace repair took the time to explain that my rollator is only for indoor use where inclines arent an issue. When I use this outdoors, it wants to roll out from underneath me. He suggested a specific brand of rollator designed for outdoor use. Im new to all this and didnt realize there are different types of rollators. He didnt charge me despite spending time with me. Its rare to find that level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Ace.
