Cant get enough of these donuts!!! Doesnt matter the flavor, Im there. Their truly made fresh and warm and melts in your mouth every time! A must for everyone on the planet!

The coffee and donuts here are good. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I wish there were more variety of types of donuts. They have a variety of toppings, but they only have dense, cake-style donuts. I.e. different than the more airy donuts (think Krispy Kreme glaze donut texture). But, even though they’re all dense, cake donuts, they do have a lot of great and constantly added/changing flavors for the donuts themselves. They are all made fresh to order so they’re always warm when they get to you, which I like.I find the lattes to be too sweet for my liking, but I often get a caramel iced coffee. You have to add milk and sugar yourself, but my perfect blend that I’d recommend is 2 sugars and 3 creams.

A unique donut experience! Each donut you order is custom made for you! Of course they tasted delicious. The best part was getting to see them make your donut in front of you. The automatic donut dispensing machine was fun to watch too.

I had moved away from the area (and miss it!), so when I was in town for a trip and saw this place, I just had to try it! When I was done, I was like “I wish they had been here when I was!” So many choices and warm donuts cannot be beat! You will have to go back multiple times and try something different every time. The staff on that day were very friendly and courteous! Nice job!!!

These are great donuts. They are made fresh to order, and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Personally, i love the one with bacon on it, with maple icing and salted caramel, its so good. The French toast one is also deceptively good, as is anything with their peanut butter icing. They are dense but light and fluffy at the same time, i know that doesnt make sense but sometimes fried goodies dont need to make sense.

So excited to try these. Based on the reviews I read, I couldnt wait to get my hands on these. The Custom Order section was so much fun too.

Good donuts and coffee. Service is slow. Could be cleaner. I didnt like that I had to get into the cooler and handle the creamer carton that everyone else handled. They did have hand sanitizer, though.

Friendly and patient staff, everything is made to order fresh, affordable and some of the best tasting donuts around. Because this is such a fresh product and get boxed up warm, I would highly recommend eating them there if you can or hopefully you dont have a long drive since the warmth from the donut can melt the toppings a bit. Honestly, even if the whole box was a hot melted mess, I would probably just take a massive spoon and have at it since it would still taste incredible.

I specifically ordered donuts online the way that I wanted. The one donut, they told me they didn’t want to put one of the toppings on because they didn’t feel it would add anything to the donut. The second one was made incorrectly. Just not a good customer service

These are.... adequate doughnuts. Im not a big fan of cake doughnuts in general, and these are all the same basic vanilla doughnuts, designed more as a blank canvas for toppings than to be excellent on their own.The point of these are to be a novel experience, and in that they certainly succeed, but they tend to be very sugary, and very messy.For some people these would be an excellent experience, but they arent for me.

Husband and I love to get donuts from here anytime we visit CVille. I do wish they came with a menu so I could think of what I wanted before I got there so I could try new choices. They have a menu on the wall and a paper to look at on counter but when there is a line I dont like to hold everyone else up trying to find something new.

So my first time hearing about duck donuts was in Charlotte, NC. I heard how amazing they tasted and how they originated from a town called Duck in North Carolina. I even googled the damn town. Anyways my first time experiencing the place was here.I LOVE the whole concept about this place. Donuts made to order… Im from the North, We barely see Krispie Kreams where I live and Dunkin Donuts is the only other franchise around. After having one of ducks donuts I feel like I cant ever have Dunkins ever again 😂. I had their French Toast with maple frosting donut. It was so warm and sweet. It didnt taste like French toast to me but I was ok with that. I cherished every last bite of that delicious. Its definitely a decadent, too sweet to have more than one in one sitting. And it was at a decent price about, 50 cents more than a lame dunkin donut, donut.

Very unhappy. I ordered a seasonal decorating kit. Which was supposed to be 8 donuts, 2 icings and 6 small containers, easter sprinkles, 2 oreo cookies crumbles, Graham cracker crushed, cherry & 1 store choice. Thank goodness I checked my order. They only gave me 3 of the sides and one icing. Spoke with the manager and was told that is all they were aloud to give was 4 items. Well i went outside and grabbed my phone to prove what the order should have been. Then I am already late for my party. This why i ordered them so they would be ready. Then it took them 10 minutes to get me those items.

Duck Donuts is a fun place to go. The donuts are not cheap but they are tasty. Create your own and give your taste buds a treat.

I highly recommend Duck Donuts and especially this Stonefield location. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their donuts. I recently visited to pick up a random assortment of donuts for coworkers and the staff were extremely helpful with selecting some of the most highly recommended flavors that were a huge hit! I will be coming here more often and would recommend to anyone seeking an enjoyable sweet experience to do the same.

The manager on duty Kevin Bennett took my order first off! My number was 62. #63&64 leaves the building, so I go see what the problem is half my order just sitting there cooling off on the counter. I was told she started my order but didnt finish. After I got an apology, & my order remade I ask the manager, is this a normal practice, his response was sometimes .

Love their donuts. Great variety however we got 2 and half dozen and several were not complete and others were wrong. We ate them anyway. Lol

If your from Houston, TX and you like Shipleys, youre not going to like this place. The donuts are too cake-y. They need to soft and light. I mean, the workers were SO kind. But, the donuts do not make the cut

All the donuts are more like cake (and need cooked just a minute more) but we all liked how they serve them hot and put the toppings on while you wait. Super sweet... yes, even for donuts.

It was so nice to place my order and have my donut made fresh right in front of me! There is a field in front of the establishment with several tables to enjoy the food outside.

You will not find a better donut in this world. I like this particular store because it’s always super clean and the staff is simply wonderful. If you have not experienced Duck Donuts before, keep in mind that they are made fresh to order so expect to wait a little bit. Trust me when I say the wait is totally worth it!

You always get freshly baked donuts with a wide variety of toppings to choose from.

We have visited here before as we pass through Charlottesville and it is usually crowded but today we came in as two others were leaving, so it was fast and sooo good. These cake donuts are in a class of their own - slightly crispy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside, covered with one of many icing flavors and optional toppings and drizzles. Made to order so they are warm and fantastic. Chocolate icing with caramel drizzle is one of my faves. Only had one today but have been known eat several 😀

It is simply a choice of taste. We found the place clean and the people nice. The donuts of course were fresh and hot. We simply prefer raised donuts rather than cake type donuts. If you prefer cake donuts, this is your place.

Excellent. Donuts are freshly made right in front of you. Tried the bacon donut for the first time. Tasted like pancakes with a side of bacon. Delicious! Theres one in Atlanta as well. I will be on the lookout for it.

The doughnuts themselves are pretty good. I personally think they taste a bit like funnel cake, but that might not be everyones opinion. Probably not worth driving a long distance to get, but a nice treat if youre in the area.

Great gourmet donuts! Small shop with a friendly attitude and freshly made and topped donuts. A wide variety of flavors are available. The only downside is the price, however, this is not a chain store looking to sell bulk. If you like lemon and pastry, grab a Sunrise! Lemon frosting with raspberry drizzle.

Delicious, creative donuts with infinite flavor combination possibilities. We tried the Signature flavors box, and loved them all. It does take a little while for them to custom make each donut, but you can call ahead and place your order, and then swing by and pick them up. Definitely worth the wait!

I called to place an order of a dozen donuts while on my way to work. I stated I wanted no coconut due to a severe allergy. Once arriving to work, I opened the box to find a coconut donut leaving me uneasy in fear of contamination. I immediately called back to report what had happened and Stacy kindly said she would assist in finding a solution. She passed the phone to Jason, a manager, who said he would be driving a fresh batch of donuts to my workplace. I am thrilled with the level of customer service offered at this establishment. Theyre dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding... Plus, the donuts are always fantastic. I couldnt be happier and Ill definitely be back.

I went to Duck Donuts the other day and was promptly greeted by the cashier Dominic. This was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through my whole order. He was very professional and seemed to give all this customers the same genuine care he gave me. This level of customer service alone will make me return consistently for the excellent donuts and unparalleled service provided by this cashier.

Awesome donuts. First the donut was fresh made and then you get to make your own creation! I made mine with a Blueberry coating, topped with Vanilla and then a Hot Fudge drizzle. I was a bit worried it would work BUT it did and was excellent. So I call it The Todd! :-)
