This place has everything you need. I almost want to keep it under wraps so y’all don’t buy everything up! But they deserve their shine, especially since they’re the only African market I know of in the C’ville area. They have frozen meats (oxtail, goat, salt fish, etc.), fresh vegetables, and lots of different seasonings. They also have hair packs (braiding hair), a few wigs, and a variety of hair products too. I definitely recommend stopping by to patron and support.

Good African grocery store. The has lot of good African food such as Yams, Fufu, Banku .......I drove 2 and half hours all the way from Radford VA to get some foods here and I didnt regret.Good customer service

Definitely one of a kind in Charlottesville... We love the freshly smoked mackerel, it goes quickly! They have some clothes and imported beauty products as well as foods for little a taste of home

I don’t know how this guy is still in business 🤦‍♀️ Customer service at this market is terrible 😣. The old gentleman has attitude issues it’s unbelievable. We don’t demand to be treated like Royals however, a bit of good customer service goes a long way.
