I WENT TO THE DELI FOR THR FIRST TIME TO GET A THANKSGIVING MEAL. I USUALLY COOK BUT CANT THIS YR. SO IM GOING TO SEE WHAT SOMEONE RECOMMENDED FOR ME TO DO SINCE I CANT COOK THIS YR. THE YOUNG LADY IN THE DELI THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS VERY NICE BUT DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE MEALS. SO I HOPE THEY GET IT RIGHT. WILL FIND OUT THANKSGIVING DAY. SHE COULDNT FIND HER MANAGER..

I walked into Harris Teeter this morning and was impressed how fresh and vibrant the store looked. The hit was was magnificent and all the staff were extremely cheerful and helpful. Hood say you start my morning just by walking into your store and having such a great energy. Produce, deli, bakery YOU’LL ROCK!

It is my go-to meat store. You cant beat the quality and when its on sale its even better! They always have some kind of sale going in the meat and seafood department. Definitely worth the trip!

One of my favorite stops to make everyday when I go to work.

Had never been there before I was so impressed by the gentleman who was checking the fruits I asked if he had any CaraCaras he volunteered to walk to go check, I told him just tell me so you can keep doing what youre doing he went anyway, then I walked over to the fresh meat section. I met two gentlemen who was arranging the meats in such a beautiful display, made me hungry also a young lady was there and she was checking expiration dates on the sandwiches and my sister and I went to cash register and TEAGAN I pray I have her name right. I had gotten a warm Dr pepper out of the cooler. She scanned and told me she would gladly go get me a cold one from another cooler I was extremely honored, I asked for directions because she was ringing up my sister, and I went I am so PROUD to have met each of these unique people THEY DESERVE A RAISE AND A REWARD BLESSINGS TO ALL OH YEAH ILL BE BACK CHARLOTTESVILLE VA See yall 👀♥❤💖

I work as a Shipt Shopper and need to find items fast to deliver groceries on a deadline. When I couldnt find an item I asked an employee where it would be and even though she said she doesnt work in that department, she helped me and pointed me directly to where it would be.

First time at a Harris T. We were looking for salmon, pork chops, and a few other things.There was a Wegman’s nearby, and I was wondering if HT was going to be as good. We were impressed! Great service, spacious isles, and great choices in seafood, meat, etc.

When we walked in we were hit with the unforgiving smell of rotting vegetables and seafood. We left as fast as we could. The employees were friendly and everyone was wearing masks.

The only place you can actually find freshly squeezed orange juice. Its amazing. I go there only for that but it is a good place to buy fresh food and always have something that surprises me. a little bit more expensive than Kroger. For day to day shopping I dont suggest it

Harris Teeter is my favorite place to shop. This store is always clean. The associates are friendly and helpful. They are usually stocked up on everything I need.

Harris Teeter has amazing sales! I took advantage in todays grocery run and saved over $100- BOGO Oscar Mayer bacon, BOG2 frozen shrimp (21-30 in 2-pound bags, buy one, get two free!), eggs 77 cents/dozen, and more. Great looking produce with far ranging variety, too. Thank you, HT!

I usually enjoy my time shopping at Harris teeter, but when I went today there was a leak in the ceiling which caused me to slip and fall. The worker there told the manager and they cleaned it up, luckily nothing major happened and it was just a slip and fall.

Use to love shopping at their store when we had one nearby.

Pretty fantastic selection of locally sourced seasonal produce. The cheese department is top notch; as is the bulk-flowers (for home arranging). Groceries are eh...its a chain. BUT the friendly staff makes it worth the trip. Seems they dont mind being there! Debra (front end manager) always has time for a pleasant word.

This is a wonderful store with a great staff. I get excellent customer service, especially by Charles. The store is clean and pleasant to shop in. My only concern is that the prices are higher then I can get elsewhere (Krogers). However, the shopping experience is good, having a Starbucks there is convenient, and being able to have a quick pint makes it worth it.

I occasionally walk from my job over to this Harris Teeter for the salad bar. The salad bar is always well-stocked and clean. I have always experienced friendly workers at this store. My one complaint is that the lines around lunch time are always long and there are never enough registers open at that time. The self check out lines have repeatedly had multiple computers down, so that only a few were open. Overall though, this is a great supermarket.

Great place for grocery! You can Get discounts if you have a VIC card. They also have student discount. Price is slightly high compared to other places but I love Harris Teeter vegetables because they are fresh.

Everything is expensive! I can buy twice more at costco.

Smelly nasty

An absolutely amazing Harris Teeter location with extensive offerings, hours, service, etc. right next to the North Grounds UVA area. It is very well-maintained and run. They often will have lots of UVA-centered discounts too.

With a student discount and amazing VIC specials, I havent found a place to get food for cheaper. its all relatively good quality, especially if you seek out the organic produce, but otherwise, its a great one top shop for cheap and decent groceries.

I was in the mood for baked mac and cheese. It was good, but not great. Im spoiled. I grew up with New York extra-sharp cheddar mac and cheese, which Ive never been able to find comprable locally. Thats on me, not Harris Teeter.A word on their chicken salad sandwiches... They use pieces of chicken that are too large, so the amount of salad they put on the sandwich may normally be adequate, but it wont spread because of the size of the chicken, so my sandwich is chicken salad in the center of the Roll But the edges are bear.

We just moved back after four years and are so happy to be visiting Harris Teeter again! This store is so clean and inviting and they have a fantastic selection of everything! We will definitely be doing all of our shopping here now and in the future.

A nice place, takes EBT, has some tasty pre-made fresh stuff like chips dip you can take for a meal. Their non-food section is well stocked and the whole store is clean. I shop for snack food a lot and found a brand I loved, so Ill probably be coming back to this location as its hard to find elsewhere!

Good place to get your groceries. But one thing I found which could be improved here is to have slanted parking.

Just stop by for MEMORIAL DAY and they have babyback ribs fresh off the grill and they tender and delicious and that sauce is 😋 for $8 you cant beat that. WOW 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Ive never seen any more beers for purchase in one place than I did it Harris Teeter. You can go down the entire aisle and see different beers plus they have a walk in with cases. Its like heaven

Other than having a great store, I wanted to thank the management for allowing me to use their phone when I needed help this past weekend. I come here every other week and always have a pleasant experience.

This store supposedly gives good customer service, which is why they charge twice what other grocery stores charge. What a joke! I have never seen more incompetent, rude, and lazy employees any where! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this overpriced store. The Kroger a block away has much friendlier employees and better prices!

Its like giants but hoity toity

I like Harris Teeter, but Im not sure why people go here instead of Kroger, which is in the same shopping center. Krogers prices are consistently better than Harris Teeters. At HT you pay upscale prices for the same products you can get at Kroger for 10-20% less.

Four stars because Wegmans is better. But Harris teeter is better than Kroger and a whole lot better than Food Lion. Parking lot can be a pain.

Its like any other grocery store. But I will say that their sub bar area is on point. Great taste and awesome price, and their Starbucks kiosk is unbeatable. Fast and friendly service.

Solid grocery store. good selections on: micro-brew beer, vegetarian frozen food, fresh produce (including fresh basil and fresh mozzarella!), cat food. a very nice and large salad bar, as well as pizza and fresh bread offerings.

It carries a lot of products. It has good sales. I cant give it 5 stars because their 20% wine discount never works at checkout. Then a manager has to come over and show that he doesnt trust me until I show him the email. Ive complained on the 800 number but it never makes a difference.
