I initially visited the store on 29 and could not get any assistance. I tried again at the store on Berkmar and have been back twice now in less than a week. The staff at Berkmar are so friendly, attentive and patient with all their customers. I also felt like they valued my in person 1gallon of primer purchase just as much as the massive order from UVA they were juggling on the phone. I thanked them today for being so helpful and wanted them to know it matters! I highly recommend visiting the Berkmar store for any paint job!

We recently went to S-W at Rio Road in Charlottesville, VA. Alex was very helpful with suggestions for paint for our project. We ended up with Emerald and Alex also suggested the finish, color and application methods. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This great service is the rule at S-W and Alex is one of the best.
