I go there at least once a week and I get a strawberry smoothie with extra strawberry they are always top notch so good so greatAnd the service is great. I went there today October 3 Sunday and what I got was water I asked for extra strawberries in the smoothie and what I got was water it was horrible I even tipped three dollars for a six dollar shake I almost went in and asked for my money back but I don’t do that but I have to say she needs some training I went there at about 1230 so you can figure out yourself who did it it was absolutely horrible I didn’t even drink it I’m very disappointed

Always a great place to stop when driving on I64 neat UVA/Charlottesville no matter the season. Best soft serve and worth the drive when you cant get to the beach. They offered 50% off on Labor Day for military folks, we appreciated it very much. Thank you.

Only reason to give them fewer stars is because they are too far away. Excellent. Try the lava cake hot sundae.

On the quiet end of town in a nice little shopping centre, but the other businesses are just offices.Very small inside shop, but nice covered seating and benches outside. Lovely little place to stop after a day down by the nearby river.

Nice little surprise, we had our two dogs with us and they gave us free cups of ice cream for our dogs. Needless to say, our dogs loved it! Kids lined the ice cream as well!

I ordered a large vanilla/orange sherbet cone, which I really enjoyed. Besides being quite tasty, the frozen custard did not melt, drip through the bottom of the cone, and run all over my hand. In my opinion, the cost is a little more than I like to spend for an ice cream cone. But its nice to splurge every now and then.

Just left KB Pantops (March 1st, 2020 4pm), yay they are open after winter closing. Great service! My son, who is 4, dropped his cone on the ground almost immediately after walking out the door. The very nice young lady quickly and friendly got us a new one with a smile. Didnt even charge me. So awesome!! We have and will continue to be faithful customers. Thanks so much. 🙂

After eating there custard, that night me and my family were very ill. The place was dirty and after we had ordered and gotten our custard, the staff was killing a bug with a broom on the counter near the food equipment. They should probably be investigated by health and safety and be shutdown.

Im not normally an ice cream or custard kinda guy. Lets just say, the homemade pumpkin shake I just had converted me!! Ill definitely be back!!

Delicious ice cream, reasonably priced, and polite staff. My girlfriend and I went at a time when it was slow and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, so that was cool. They have arcade games, and if we had loose change theres no doubt we would have spent it all on them.

Great local joint for a tourist to find. Their yummy treats are the best! Be sure to try the waffle cones, if you have a big appetite!

Whats not to love? Their Frozen Custard is amazing and theyve got something for everyones tastes in iced desserts. I most recently tried the blended cup of soft serve and Oreo pieces and it was delightful (and large!).

The perfect ending to a day of driving. The shop was across from our hotel. They were having some difficulty with their custard machines though. They needed an experienced manager in their rather than what appeared to be college students. It was entertaining watching them squabble of what needed to be done and who was to blame.

I accidentally threw out my Invisalign. I called The restaurant and THEY WENT THROUGH THE TRASH FOUND IT WASHED IT AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME. The best service ever. 100% recommend!!!

My daughter, along with other Monticello High School tennis players arrived at your location at 8:32 and you refused to serve them a 5 cent cone. They were returning home from a tennis match in Fluvanna and they were so looking forward to enjoying a treat. You expect local community support for your store, so in turn reciprocate that expectation. I am completely shocked by your lack of support for your local team! Shame on you!

The best and most awesome place to get frozen custard anywhere (in my opinion).

I think I might become a regular. The bill was average for the menu. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

I grew up on this ice cream at the Jersey Shore. When my husband and I moved to the Charlottesville area I was so thrilled to find that there are two locations out here that are open year-round. I got my creamsicle fixed and even though we just moved here a month ago we have been back there 3 times already. The workers there are very quick and friendly. So excited that this place is in our town.

There are only 2 maybe 3 in my area. 2 maybe in Charlottesville and one at Virginia Beach on the boardwalk Best frozen treat concept ever. Frozen Custard is a delight and Kohr Brothers never disappoints.

This location is always clean and well maintained. The wait is never very long regardless of how packed they are.

Went to 5 cent cone day. Awesome thing yall did. I stopped on my way home from work to bring ice cream to my kid in day care. I asked if I could get the ice cream in a cup because my son is two and I was bringing him ice cream. Her answer was no, we are only doing cones today I would have paid extra...way to ruin a nice thing guys!

Wonderful delicious ice cream but the server was not very nice. I understand theres a lot of people to serve but its just nice to be nice.

I used to work in Charlottesville on a daily basis and Kohr Bros was always a must stop for a sweet treat at the end of the work day on a beautiful summer night. I love their strawberry ice cream the most.

The girl who waited on us was super sweet, and the ice cream was delicious as always!

So I haven’t actually been able to experience this specific location. However I was in Charlottesville and I don’t live very close. It was night time and there is a section that looks like an entrance except it’s not. I have a very small car and I unknowingly went over that area. I watched another vehicle do it later. I think there should be a sign there because my car did not like going over that curb and neither did I. It scared ne to death.

Loved going to ocean city NJ boardwalk as a child to eat Kohr Bros. The stores in Charlottesville are a little disappointing. The interior needs cleaned and updated. Prices are a little too high. Lack of charm.

The staff was nice, the place looks clean and I liked their food. The ice cream is 100% good.
