Very Good customer service. Organized well. They have all the “Ebin New York” products.Come and see Ebin new arrival.

They are stocked full even during a pandemic while the cargo ships are stuck in the ocean. Prices are kinda high and Im really not to sure or the authenticity of the hair care products.

From the outside of the building it looks like a small hole in the wall beauty supply store, but when you get in it’s huge. They have every product you could ever imagine at great prices. On top of the awesome prices they offer a rewards program where you can earn points that convert into in store cash off. As if, all that isn’t good enough the staff is absolutely amazing as well. They are constantly checking up on their customers getting them anything they need and helping them find products. The employees make everyone feel welcome. I will continue to shop here and only here.

Had a variety of hair but I was just upsetting that they didnt have more hair pony tails for white people hair. Everything was mostly for black people and I absolutely love pony tails and was just hoping for more culturally diverse options beings how the site was as big as it was

Got there about 15 min before close and only needed one pack of flexirods. The people inside unlocked the door for one lady that walked up literally 10seconds before me but then refused to let me in saying they were closed. It’s ok to be closed but if you close early post your actual close time because 10pm isn’t it and don’t let one person in and turn the person right behind them away. I drove from the Va Beach oceanfront to come here and because of this will never come back.I was actually in the parking lot until a little before 10 and saw two women lock up the store and leave. So again it’s ok to close at whatever time you want just post that time and not 10pm

Pretty good store here! I wanted a variety of colorful braiding hair and my trip was successful.

So, I went to this store and I must say...job well done!! From what I understand, this is a black owned beauty supply store. When I walked in, I was greeted!! It was a nice welcome. I was not followed around as I glanced over EVERY isle seeing what is offered. They have EVERY product that I purchase for myself and family. I even found new products Id never used!! The young lady at the register provided me with options and was VERY friendly. She gave eye contact when she talked to me and even gave salutations!! I MUST SAY, that they have set the standard. Its been said and almost deemed that we cant support our people because of negativity. Well, now, I beg to differ. Again, these young brown skinned women, set the bar HIGH and I am proud. They werent rachet, I feel comfortable taking my mother and my 11 year old, in this store!! I thank you for that!!I normally get the wavy 613, but they had this nice 613 option today and it looks great on me!! (NOT BEING BOASTFUL) I brushed it a little too much, but its super cute!!NEEDLESS TO SAY, I will be going back. I pray blessings over this business!!

I love coming here. The owner is a sweetheart! She recognizes me and my daughter everytime we come. She makes us feel so welcome.

My daughter is part Puerto Rican and Black. So her hair is not dry but it is not easily manageable. She has learned to style her own hair by using correct products that help her. She has been able to find what works for her at this establishment. It can be costly at times but if you look at it this way, you may pay $35 to 40 but it will last you a few months, whereas when you pay $6 or more for a cup of coffee everyday then you spend approximately $180 a month on something that lasted 10 minutes. So it is worth it.

Wife spends too much each visit

I brought a wig from here 2 weeks ago. Took it back because the lady told me it was 613 & 20 she lied to me. Couldnt get a refund because they dont do that. Then Im getting it installed today & it cant fit my head. Very disappointed! I paid $187 for a wig I couldnt fit and cant change!

What black person still shopping at this store? If you are dont complain . Research this store and do whats right for your people.

I was referred to come to cocos beauty and was very satisfied. The hair was affordable and there was a lot to choose from as well. Very nice employees and has a lot of space.

DONT LET YOUR KIDS COME HERE! On Jan 3, 2020 a clerk at this supply story locked my minor daughter and 3 of her friends in the store because they THOUGHT one of the girls (not my daughter) was involved in stealing from the story a week prior!! When my daughter asked to leave, she was told she cant and that someone would come and tell them why. I have not heard from the owner to extend any type of apology for this matter and they clearly dont care what this has done to the innocent children. As you can imagine....NONE of the girls were involved in the stealing and the clerk admitted to me that she knew my daughter wasnt involved.

The shop staff made me very uncomfortable today. I was followed around the entire time... never greeted or asked if I needed any help. I finally had to ask why I was being followed and the woman just walked away as if I didnt just speak to her. I was going to buy some things but I just put everything down because I cant patronized anyone who would treat me as a criminal as soon as I walk into a place. I dont recommend this store because they dont value the people who make them money. There is no respect here. Another woman was also shopping today and the woman who is possibly the owner or manager told another employee there to follow the other woman. Same thing just sort of lurking behind her not asking her anything. The other girl looked at me and said is she following me? I said yes it seems so. I let her know I was being follow as well and was leaving.

The ladies there are a great team and are always willing to help with a smile!

If no stars were a possible rating, that would STILL be too much to give this store. This store is known for how they mistreat their customers. When visiting this store please know that you are nothing but a number. You are a dollar sign ONLY! And unfortunately, if you look like anyone that has stolen from their business in the past, prepare yourself to be LOCKED in the store until the police arrive. Enter at your own risk!

I had to get a store credit when I got home the hair by Bobbi Moss it smelled so bad they told me to let it sit outside for a few days I have a credit but best believe I will never buy hair from them and the two girls that work in there they go from coco beauty but use to work in diamond. Beauty up the street and they go in there to see what diamond beauty has in order to compete with the store they work for now.

I will never step foot in the piss poor excuse for a business again. I dont understand how their doors are even still open. Its 2020! NO ONE should have to feel scared for their safety because of being followed or harrassed by the staff while merely shopping for beauty supplies. I refuse to support a business that will profit from appropriating our culture all while treating us-women of color,PEOPLE of color- like our money isnt green. Like were all criminals. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I can 100% guarantee that you dont want to spend it here. Period

She provided options, provided feedback, and showed me pictures of how each brand looks when styled. She answered all questions. I did not feel rushed or obligated to buy anything. This beauty supply store is a hidden gem. Its a small store located in Greenbrier Parkview shopping center. They had several accessories and products that I have been unable to find in other local beauty supply stores. I found hair that I had ordered online because other stores didnt have it. This store is about 30 minutes from me and I will be a regular customer.

This store is very convenient and the prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful plus they discounts to hair professionals if you are licensed. I have never had a problem since their store opened. We needed a beauty supply store in Greenbriar and Im glad that they decided to open it here.
