Zach Walter was absolutely phenomenal in getting my new phone set up for me. He was super quick with all the computer and paperwork that needed to be done to make the process super easy and streamlined everything well. Would highly recommend him to anyone

Utterly unprofessional. I already had a new phone, I just wanted help transferring my data over, should be a five minute process. I go in early, literally not a single other customer in the store, as soon as the associate realizes he cant make a commission he shuts down entirely and says there will be a $50 fee for transferring the data to the new phone. I used to work in a Verizon store a few years back, we always did it for free, because it was easy back then. I just let him swap out the sim card, and said Ill try elsewhere, he gave me some BS about how the apps that transfer data dont work as well lol ok, tell that to Samsung smart switch, transferred everything from my old phone for free in 10 minutes. These people are utterly unprofessional and only interested in their own personal profit, not an iota of customer service.

Zach was just great. Knowledgeable, helpful and personal. He answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner and was very patient with me and my ignorance of the latest tech. Thank you.

Horrible service. The gentleman who helped us was not helpful at all. He was horrible we ended up going to the crossways location and they helped us out and then some.

I visited this store on June 13, 2020 I was in desperate need of a new phone and both gentlemen working that day were courteous and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Khan. He went above and beyond to help me find a phone within my budget perfect for my needs. I can not praise him enough! No question was left unanswered, everything was explained perfectly and his pleasant attitude was infectious to say the least! I also couldnt help but notice the time and effort he gave to the guest right before me. I usually dread having to go to wireless stores but thank you Khan for your patience, kindness and knowledge! I will add to this review, we went back to Verizon two days later to Make another purchase through Asia. She had mentioned the galaxy watch while we were there the first day buying the phones but we declined. She put thr thought in our head and 48 hrs later, I purchased a watch through her AND called my daughter to head to Verizon to update her phone. Asia made it THAT easy!! Very pleasant, funny,attentive, and great knowledge of the products we asked about! Thank you Verizon for placing such a great addition to the chesapeake location!

Went into the Verizon store to get help with a replacement phone. This was after trying for two weeks to Do it yourself. Zack, was able to get it done in just a few minutes. This was the Verizon store on cedar rd Chesapeake. I will be going to that store again!

After rocking my iPhone 7 Plus for the last 4 years I decided yesterday it was time to upgrade. I went on a wild goose chase to find the phone I wanted. I’ve always heard horror stories about Verizon Authorized Retailer stores but I decided to give it a shot. Wireless Zone was my third store I went to as I was on the hunt for a black iPhone 11. After being told by two stores prior the lack of iPhone 11 availability, I walked into Wireless Zone and asked about their availability. To my surprise they had ONE left, and it was the exact one I had been looking for. I’m not the easiest person to deal with but the three gentlemen there yesterday were such a pleasure to work with. Gavin from the Carmichael Way location put up with me the most and made the transition from my old phone to the new one easy. Kahn (Shaka Kahn as I called him lol) was such a pleasure to work with as well. While Gavin made the calls he needed to, when I had questions, Kahn answered them. Will the Store Manager was the absolute best as well. I heard they had buffalo chicken dip in the back which they didn’t share but I hope they do the next time I return to their store lol. For anyone who has never visited this store, I highly recommend you do. I live in Moyock, NC and I have no problem driving the distance to this location because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you guys for putting up with my banter and shenanigans yesterday. I look forward to doing more business with y’all.

Its ok, but Ill probably seek a new location unless staff turns over quickly. A few if the guys in there seem to not have patience with customers and force you to open up your accounts for simple questions. I worked for Verizon and understand, but come on. Also the Samsung phone my daughter received out of the back seemed to be a demo phone that was repeatedly showed to customers, box opened, fingerprints everywhere. Not thrilled but didnt want to cause a wake. Could us some updating on several of the broken displays throughout the shop. One screen was cracked to pieces, etc. Oh well....

Walked in the other night one guy was helping a lady the other guy was playing on his phone acted uninterested, he did not get up to greet us. He finally asked if he could help us. I asked if he could transfer info over to a new phone for my mother which was my old phone and he said $50.00. I remember the day Verizon did that for nothing, just good customer service...I told him No Way and left the store and went to another Verizon store in Greenbrier and they do it for $20.00. Never go back
