This Starbucks has been consistently excellent for the many years Ive been visiting them. The baristas are always very friendly and accommodating, and the drinks are always good. All of you please keep up the great work :)

I ordered a frappuccino it was delicious. It was my first time at Starbucks and I will most definitely be back soon. Hospitality was great.

This was my go to location while I was in the area on vacation visiting family . I currently live in California but grew up in the Hampton Roads area (specifically VA Beach). The staff was always awesome and friendly. My drinks were perfect every time 😊

Very friendly personnel working here, they take the time to get to know you and your order. Their hours are awesome, the latest open Starbucks in the area, open till 1030pm week days and 1100pm weekends. Keep up the good work Foster!

Their lattes are as expected and typically great flavor. Two downsides of this location is drive thru and the literal location - it’s difficult to leave during a normal workday due to traffic and their line is usually long

Well Starbucks what can I say there is really no need to do a review on Starbucks as a hole… most of humanity knows of you and the good and the bad thing that come along with the name Starbucks. Clean and modern motif. Nice coffee and good service. But when a barista or really anyone who is truly passionate about what they do, you have to give credit where credit is due. (Jacob D. Paterson), you were a breath of fresh air! Your love of coffee and tea made me want to come in and try all that your store has to offer. You made Starbucks a friendly neighborhood coffee shop where I would come and hang out, handle some internet tasks and try a new type of coffee or tea. Your passion for what you do is refreshing and all too rare in these trying times. Jacob, Thank you for being good and genuine person you made our time very enjoyable. I would travel to your Starbucks over a closer one because of your hospitality.

My drink was perfect. However, my complaint is about being rushed at the window to the point I was going to ask for something else I was so rushed through the drive through as if I was on an assembly line I never had an opportunity to say anything. The workers are not robots and what is the purpose of rushing to get more money. This brainy idea causes a bad customer experience.

Everything that weve ever gotten here has been spot on. Nowhere else in the area comes close. These guys and gals really know their stuff. And everyone is always so kind and friendly. Wont go anywhere else if I can manage it. Love love love these guys and gals.

Jaime who took my order was super efficient and fun. Bonus... the driver in front of me paid for part of my order. I love the pay it forward concept.

Always reliable. Friendly service. Drive thru line is always fast. Drinks are well made here. They’re out of a lot of items due to covid, but you can’t really fault them for that. I miss the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso though.

It was my first time in this Starbucks so I had a couple of questions about the menu. I first started off with ordering a water, which they set on the counter far away from me, exposed to bugs and other people. I wanted to purchase a cup and buy a bag of coffee, the cashier was extremely rude, rushing me and complaining about my questions, I also noticed there was food in the oven, instead of saying “One moment so I can grab the food” she just began to rush me acting like I was being a burden.

I’ve had a great experience every time I have gone to this location. Natilee, Katie, Andrea, and the entire staff have always been on top of things and make awesome drinks each time!

Not bad. This location can get very busy. Strongly suggest orfering ahead a go inside to pick up. Seems to be more of a neighborhood of people who dont want to walk a few steps inside and rather sit in a long line in the drive thru.

This is my go-to coffee shop! The staff get to know you the more times you shop.Sometimes the drive thru line can get long, but know that the staff is cranking out drinks quickly and correctly.If you do a mobile order, go ahead and head inside to pick it up. It will be much faster.

The staff were super nice. Coffee was on point.

Ordered on the app so I could pick up in store. The inside was temporarily closed. So I had to wait in the drive thru line to pick my order up. This kinda defeated the purpose of the mobile order and I was 7 minutes late to work. If I dont have the ability to pick it up in store the app should reflect that. I didnt have the ability to cancel either.So I waited in line, the order taker told me pull up to the window when youre ready. Well I cant Im stuck in the drive thru. To top this all off I ordered a irish cream cold brew and it didnt have the cocoa powder on top of it. Im incredibly frustrated with this.

My favorite pick-me-up from this Starbucks is the baristas. Theyre always so sweet and nice! I always promise myself that Ill save money and stop going as often but I always find myself drawn back in by the excellent service. Their drinks are always a bop too :)

Starbucks generally is reliable, with good coffee drinks and friendly staff. Here, the flat white I had was very well made. Hats off to the barrista.

This location was hard to get into and very slow. We gave up and found another about 2 miles down the street that was much faster

My favorite Starbucks location. They always greet me by name every time I go to pick up my order. They are super quick and very kind. Great customer service at all times. The drive through line can be quite long sometimes. Highly recommend ordering through the app and picking it up inside. Much faster.

So I was not a big fan of pumpkin anything, but my daughter tells me mom just taste the pumpkin loaf slice she had gotten, yes it was warmed up and omg, now all I but is the pumpkin loaf sliced warmed up and they have added a pumpkin cheesecake muffin, wow. You will go broke if you do not curb ur spending.

This locale is ALWAYS courteous, provides prompt service and fresh food items. All employees wore masks and the store appeared very clean. Loved it!

I went to this Starbucks yesterday afternoon for a coffee and to sit down and do some school work on my lap top. As soon as I walked in I was greeted before I even got to the counter. The staff was very friendly and helped me make a decision as to what I wanted since I am not familiar with Starbucks coffee. As I sat and enjoyed my coffee while working on my lap top I can hear the staff all enjoying their time while working. I felt good energy and positive vibes throughout my whole visit.

The coffee was, of course, good. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. My biggest complaint is the parking lot is not designed for the amount of traffic this location sees and it causes a tremendous issue in the lot.

I love ordering a venti iced caramel macchiato before a long drive! I love how they make it exactly by the book; vanilla syrup, a majority milk and 3 espresso shots and caramel beautifully layered on top. Some people think it should have more coffee than milk, but personally if I wanted that I would order an iced coffee or cold brew with milk and caramel sauce! Luckily the lovely millennial staff doesnt let the entitlement of a few bad apples ruin their attitude!

I love Starbucks and their holiday drinks especially. I am already getting tired of pumpkin spice so I cant wait for the holiday flat white, and a new Italian mocha called a cortesia I believe? Great service and every once in awhile I forget my wallet or the app doesnt work and they are always quick to take care of me.

I’ve been disappointed with this particular location for several months now, but it’s the only one on my way into work so I continue to use it. Today I was finally pushed to the point of writing this review because it’s raining so the drive thru is obviously busy and I understand that, but the girl taking my order rushed me through my order so fast and talked over me when I was trying to tell her that I wanted to change my order based on what she was telling me that I had to just take it and go. They waste so much time trying to chat you up then they can’t even give you ten seconds to listen to your concern and let you change your order. I’m annoyed by the small talk (in general) being so important that my order didn’t matter to her at that point because she had already wasted too much time talking over me. I wish there was another drive thru Starbucks on my way to work so I could stop using this location.

What I love about Starbucks, is that no matter where I go I know what to expect. I know I will get drinks quickly at a clean location from nice people. Thats exactly what I get at this location. I go here quite often because it is close to my apartment.

Several bad experiences here in the past 3 weeks. My drink was made incorrectly on several occasions. I went through the drive-thru and I to come back to the store to have them remake it. When I was handed the drink and ask if it was correct I was told yes, but tasted it and it was wrong. Probably will not go back to this location.

This Starbucks is really laid back. Plenty of space to have meet ups. Ive even merry a woman ding a book release promotion there.

Decent Starbucks. If youre going to a chain type establishment, they have to be consistently going about their business. They are doing that and its evident. It tastes and feels like a Starbucks...

Its another Starbucks. You pay for the name, not actual good coffee. Not that its bad coffee...just not amazing or anything special. Good customer service though.

Not a huge fan of Starbucks like most but that Brulee caramel latte is amazing. But it was only seasonal so I wont be back til next season.

This has to be the slowest coffee shop ever, waited almost 15 min. They must have forgot I had placed an order when I went up to counter barista was short with me and kinda rude. When I finally got my coffee it tasted like garbage so I ended up throwing it out anyways. For a popular spot you would they would be A+ service but not so much very disappointing

Love! Ive been training my hyperactive dog Lilly on car manors. The other day she was doing so good the barista noticed and complimented her, then gave her a treat. Im coming back to reward Lilly and myself more often!

This was the worst service I received at starbucks. The people were amazing but my drink was made horribly and my sandwich was a mess.

In the 10 minutes that it took us to order and get our food and drinks, 2 people came back in complaining their drinks didnt taste right. I thought they just might be picky. But then one of our drinks was made wrong. Then another woman came in and her drink was wrong also. Never actually witnessed such poor customer service. Management really needs to give this store major attention!

Coffee is still great but it is very hard to get in and out of that place. The intersection is very busy and it has no stop light. So Ill be avoiding this location if I can.

Nice place, it is kept clean. Very nice staff. Parking is a little crowded but you can manage. Very easy to walk to other stores and places.
