This place is nice clean organized friendly workers

I put my basket of stuff on the belt and said hi. Ole lady just looked at me crazy didnt great me and only told me to take the items out of the basket. as if i work for her. Like she doesnt get payed to scan my items that i am buying from the company that employs her. what does it matter if she takes the items from the belt or out the basket. Rude and stupid service. She also doesnt clean the belt before she checks the next customer. So thats why i didnt want to put it on the belt.

Today we were turned away for not having Covid Vaccinations. Is this even legal?

Some items definitely seem to be over priced, however the worker there was very nice and they had everything we were looking for.

They don’t enforce mask. There were at least 6 people in the store without any mask and one man was at the register coughing. I asked the cashier if they enforce the mask mandate and she replied “no not really.” This business is not protecting it’s customers from the very real threat of covid 19. Executive Order Sixty-Three, issued on May 26th, requires Virginians to wear face coverings/masks in public indoor settings to help contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.

They had exactly what I was looking for when the other family dollar stores did not. Im satisfied.

Lines are usually pretty long and slow. 3 registers and rarely ever more than one open no matter how long the line is

I truly dislike this store.I assume maybe the store associate’s dispositions are affected by working retail with sometimes unfavorable customers; but I am always very polite and nice.They had a $4 item with clearance stickers on it saying it was marked down to $2.50.Then they told me no,we think someone probably put that sticker on the item and looked at me like I had done it.I’m a pretty positive person but this store always makes my mood worse.The workers are often rude and the lines are horrible.

This is my most favorite location of the many FAMILY DOLLAR franchises in Tidewater ; Cashiers are so impressionable and courteous. Not too sure why staff is not mixed with any neighborhood residents but there are a few exceptional sweetheart employees just the same. (Anne Doughtie was my favorite)

Cashiers are super friendly and nice. They say hello every time and the store is well stocked.

Really like how they have remodel the place,you can locate things better by the aisle signing, it ashamed that they have to keep the women and men Dove soap behind the counter, because of theft. Prices are very reasonable.

The assistant manager that is currently there is very rude and argued with me when I was just trying to tell her how I felt. A sorry would’ve just got me out the store instead of talking over me.

I recently went and everything is very changed, starting with the service personnel, they were very kind, they took all my coupons without problems and gave me the promotions just as the national store indicates, the corridors are very clean and there is enough space to go through them without any uncomfortable! I am very satisfied with this change👍🏼
