After installion of my lifestyles screen power was lost and my garage door reset itself, who knew, and my lifestyles screen wouldnt go down correctly, But a quick calland less then an hour a tech was out he reset my garage door opener, issue solved. Unbeknownst to them, Im a recent widow, and navigating this new life has been hard, the care I received from this company is truly appreciated. Thank you Apple Door.

We had Apple Door install ProVia doors and the doors are great. The crew had to come back to address a few issues that we encountered and took care of them right away and we are extremely satisfied with the installation. Requested service on 24th of May, 2021. I called a little after 3PM, I had two gentlemen at my door before 3:30PM. Not only did they fix my garage door (cable issue, bent door frame & any self inflicted DIY damage), they noticed a potential fire hazard and covered it up without any charge (home builder cut corners I guess). Wish I got names but I definitely will use Apple Door of Chesapeake for any future projects or repairs. Also they did it under an hour! 10/10 Recommend.

The spring broke on our garage, same day I called apple door systems about 10 mins before closing time, receptionist was helpful and patient while I tried to explain what my problem was. Next morning they called before they showed up. Technician was polite and helpful. Whole thing took about an hr and a half because they had to leave to get a spring and come back. Bethany answered the phone, set up the appointment and answered all of my questions with a smile in her voice! Apple Door Systems is nothing buy unscrupulous thieves. If I could get them 0 stars, or less, I would. My garage door would occasionally seize, so I called them for a free repair estimate. Some technicians came out to diagnose the problem. However, while they did see the issue, they did some minor fiddling, but could not figure out the cause of the issue. They literally had done nothing useful. They then handed me a bill. That should have been my first sign. I told him I called for a free estimate and had not authorized any work. He said it was OK and no charge. I then received collection notices from the company. I called them up and asked them why I was being charged, when I had called for a free estimate, didnt authorize any work, and was told it was free by the tech. The woman had the balls to straight up lie and say they dont offer free estimates, they did work, and that the tech was her son and wouldnt have said that. I told her I would not have had them come out for a paid estimate, I NEVER do paid estimates. Additionally, the work was not authorized, nor did it resolve the issue. I told her that in fact, her don did tell me it was free. I asked her to check with her son and call me back. She never did. I can only assume they are just trying to scam people out of money. Now I have to dispute the collection with the credit bureaus.Do not trust or use Apple Door Systems.

Garage door spring broke after 15 months but the company handled the situation well and stood behind their product. Their customer service was prompt and very kind.
