These guys were great! Dustin, Cody and Anthony were professional, respectable and showed up on time. They were done in no time, didn’t leave a mess and they covered their feet. Even the sales guy came inside and took his shoes off when entering my home. I thought that was awesome. The windows were done neatly and had a clean finish. You could not tell they were newly installed.

I cannot say enough about my new doors from Mr. Rogers. They are absolutely gorgeous and make a real statement. If anything, I now need a house that’s the quality of the doors. Craig, Ryan, and James arrived on time and worked quickly to repair the wood rot before installing the amazingly beautiful doors. I know many companies would have installed the doors over the damage and the homeowner would have never known, but not Mr. Rogers. The quality of their work and the craftsmanship of the doors are second to none. They were worth every bit of the price. I wonder how we ever got by for so long with cheap, poorly installed doors. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had three crew members install our windows over the course of two days. They were very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and caring of our COVID concerns. They worked together very well and got the job done with no problems and they didnt mind me looking over their shoulders explaining what they were doing and how our windows worked. The windows are a real high quality product and we are very pleased with them (they replaced our old 1960s windows which were kind of drafty). The windows seemed to open up our house and when we looked out of our new picture window, it was like we were outside.We cannot express how much we commend our installers and how awesome our windows are. They cost a bit more than the competition, but well worth it in quality. These are windows with which we are going to be happy with for years.

Darin Bullard was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, on time, full of useful information, respectful and quick. The doors he designed were outstanding and the price he came up with was very realistic and extremely helpful. If youre unsure about going to Mr Rogers for any of your windows and door needs, I highly recommend getting a quote with one our amazing design consultants like Darin. You will be impressed with how professional and respectful they are. I recommend to everyone.

The lead installer, Craig Bechtold, clearly a door installer with experience and skill, achieved everything this homeowner wanted for an entrance door and sidelight and gave extra attention to a saddle type ADA threshold. His mechanic assistant, Ryan Howard, had his own set of skills, clearly helping Craig and giving special attention to trim that is perfect in every detail. I could not be happier with the timeliness, quality and interpersonal skills these installers exhibited during the install. When I get the next door done - I will ask for Craig and Ryan to be my installer, maybe I won’t sign unless Mr. Rogers agrees these two installers will be my team! Door quality by ProVia -made in Ohio- outstanding.

The replacement of 4 windows and a sliding door occurred this week. Customer service along the way, product installation and guarantee are excellent. I imagine that product performance will follow suit. I do recommend everyone get a quote for their project. I plan to call upon them for other replacement projects for the single reason that I am impressed with Mr. Rogers commitment.

Mr. Rogers Windows, Renewal by Anderson was not the cheapest windows on the market, but the quality of the windows, the customer service provided throughout the process, and Steve and Jimmy who performed the installation were all top notch and could not have been better. The window ordering and install scheduling was completed in accordance with the established timeline. The meticulous care that was taken to remove our old windows, install the new windows, and all the steps taken to protect our property was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Overall we had a very good experience, are really happy with our new windows and would highly recommend Mr. Rogers Renewal by Anderson for window replacement.

We are still in the process of deciding whether or not we want to purchase the windows. However, the sales associate, Carl Moore, was awesome. He laid out all the info in the products we were considering. He was very friendly and didn’t push the product on us. After an hour together talking windows and doors he gave us all the purchase info and associates install timelines. Overall, the best in-home consult I’ve ever had.

The sales process, planning, and installation was great. I never knew how much went into choosing windows. We were originally going to go with all white windows inside and out with no grills inside the panes. After talking with other companies, no one up to this point had even brought up other options for our home. We had received several estimates from local companies. I encourage anyone to do their research and choose a company that works for what they want and need. So to give someone a perspective, our home has 28 windows, yes no matter who I went with it was going to be expensive. Considering that we wanted to upgrade from the original single pane windows from 1971, anything would be an improvement. We quickly realized that we didnt want to have builder grade windows installed that would look just as outdated, or that wouldnt age well with our already older home. I was reluctant to even call for an estimate from Mr. Rogers because I always heard that they were expensive. I met with the sales rep and another sales manager and they were wonderful. Their down to earth conversations about my house, what options would accent the existing colors and the education about windows in general was great. Yes they are going to ask you to watch videos about the company and their product, but they arent that long or that bad.My wife wasnt able to attend the consult, so they rescheduled another consult on the weekend and opened the showroom for us, which was awesome. We originally were going to replace the widows like for like with double hung windows, but after looking at the different options we went with sliding widows in the areas that had two double hung windows side by side. We also decided to put grilles in the windows, but a more updated design. Also, instead of choosing white, we went with black on the outside and white on the inside since that compliments our brick. Once we narrowed down what we liked we talked about the price. Yes it was high and yes I was surprised, but I already had it in my head that windows should be cheap. All things considered Ive realized that you get what you pay for and we invested back into our home and went with this company. Im glad we did, the sales, measurement, and installation process was smooth and hassle free. The installation team were very nice guys and had a lot of experience installing windows. They were clean, professional, and I would trust them to install another project if I had one.Overall Im more than satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them over another company. Our windows look amazing, we can already tell the difference with sound, wind infiltration, and weather insulation. Also, on a side note we went with the higher end screens and love them, they look great and you cant event tell they are in. For reference the screens are in the sliding windows in the first and second picture, not the large picture window.I included some photos of the large picture window in the front and the bay window we have in our kitchen. I also Included a before photo. No we have not started painting our trim, we just moved in recently.Final thanks to James in sales, and Craig, Cody, and Anthony on the installation team.

Very professional, very quiet, and kept me informed at all times of when they were coming, how long the installation would take, very pleasant experience. I love the Sunroom tempered glass James helped me choose, saves on electricity, and hardly any dust in the room Although the windows were a bit pricey, worth every penny, very pleased.

I had 4 windows installed by Tim and Jimmy, these guys are some hardworkers! Prior to the install, I had in the original windows that came with the home from the 70s. I had some rotting issues, which they took care of during the process. They replaced wood, insulation and drywall because of it. They were here from approximately 9am - 5pm, and didnt complain a bit. Tim and Jimmy were professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained the process to me as they went along, and gave me options during the process, before moving forward with decisions. They answered all of my many questions with no irritations and encouraged taking pictures along they way. It was a cool process to watch.  Thanks so much Tim and Jimmy for making the experience a pleasant one, despite the setbacks!! The windows look great and their attention to detail is spot on! Im so glad I chose you all. Worth every penny!

Zak and Greg did a great job on the installation! The windows look great and they answered all my annoying questions. They took great care in sealing up any cracks, cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy before they left. Cody and Steven were so professional. They were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up afterward. They gave us information about the windows and showed us how to use them. I could not have asked for better service. I will ask for them when we replace the next batch of windows.

Was not happy at all with our experience with Mr. Rogers. The door was ordered incorrectly, was suppose to be one color on exterior and another color interior which is why we went with Mr. Rogers. It was quite a bit more expensive but since it was a special order we went with them. The door came in same color on both sides and to fix they gave us $500 off. The special order door ended up being a regular door we could have gotten anywhere else. They didnt notice the issue, my husband did, after they brought in the door and after they had already removed our current door leaving a hole in the house so they had to install. Jerry Rodgers called himself and left a rather rude message on my phone as well. Not the experience I had hoped for.

What a wonderful team effort Steve R and Craig B run a great team of gentlemen. They were on time, worked continuously, cleaned up, kept the area clear the whole time they were here.Their expertise explaining how each different window worked was on spot. This is the second time I have had Mr. Rogers Windows installed, the first time I had 4 windows installed, this time I had 8 windows including a sliding glass door installed. Mr. Rogers Windows has replaced all of our windows and doors and we could not be happier! Their designer helped us design the front door of our dreams! It is stunning! Our windows are so well made and the installation was flawless. Craig and Justin are true professionals. They were here for a week installing windows and doing repair work on a large window casing. I work from home and could barely tell they were here. Everything was cleaned before they left each day. They show up when promised (I wish all contractors were like them). They kept us informed of their progress each day. And they went above and beyond what was expected by making little adjustments/repairs on interior doors that we didnt even realize until after they were gone. Mr. Rogers may be a bit more expensive than other window companies, BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT!! My only regret - we dont have any more windows or doors for them to replace! You will not be disappointed if you choose Mr. Rogers Windows!

Fantastic overall experience! This was our second major window project with Mr. Rogers, but this time we added a front entry door. The install team was on time and very professional. Greg Jones and Zach Owens were exceptional technicians. Prior to the removal of the old windows, they placed a pad under the windows to be removed. They were careful to remove the old windows and paid close attention to details when installing the new windows. They cleaned up thoroughly after the windows were installed. They were customer oriented. The new windows have not only transformed the exterior and interior of the townhouse but also have made the interior more energy efficient. We immediately noticed how much cooler the rooms were. (And, we like the ease with which the windows open and to clean.

Craig Bechthold and Justin Cook arrived exactly on time this morning to install our new entry door and storm door. They were very personable, friendly, hardworking and outstanding representatives for Mr. Rogers. Today was very windy and cold and an unfortunate day to not have a front door for a period of time, but they made a thoughtful arrangement of hanging plastic sheeting to keep the loss of heat to a minimum. From start to finish was six hours and at the end we had two beautiful doors installed. They cleaned and vacuumed after themselves before they left and you wouldnt know they had been here. Bravo! I am always hesitant to hire anyone to do anything for me in my home because they always seem to disappoint. Not today! Steve R., Jimmy, and Tyler did a great job installing our RBA replacement windows. The team worked very well together, were responsive to my questions, and Steve R. did an amazing job with the exterior aluminum wrap to provide a nice finished product. The team lost half a day of the install due to rain. They pushed hard on the second (last) day and finished late in the afternoon. A couple little clean up issues remained because they had to push so hard to finish the installation, but it seems management keeps the install schedule packed very tight. I am ok cleaning a little instead of them having to come back four days later on a Saturday to finish. Great job Steve R., Jimmy, and Tyler! I recommend Mr. Rogers and RBA replacement windows.

Besides getting the doors installed perfect they had to fight against extreme winds today gusts up to 40mph. This is our second time working with Mr Rogers excellent service, quality, and craftsmen that care and have pride in their work!!!

We are so pleased with our new windows that were just installed by Mr. Rogers Windows. They are so beautiful and really make our house POP with extra curb appeal. At the beginning of November 2020, I had a patio door installed by Craig Bechthold and Justin Cook with Renewal by Anderson. The work was done in such a professional manner. I couldnt be happier with the service or the product. I would definitely recommend to others.

Someone, a very fast talking man, was who came to the door. He spewed it all quickly. I wasnt feeling all that well (WAY BEFORE COVID). I loved the color of a colonial blue door. He was quick to whip out the colors. Mistake #1. Mistake #2 was him telling me that our new front door AFTER it was installed that the metal window I picked would cause the door to be hot when the sun hits. IT IS VERY HOT and theirs nothing we can do. It can actually burn your hand! (Not the handle but the door. It is hot enough to cause it to be warmer in the living room until the sun starts to set. VERY disappointed, however, about the metal door. If it burns a child, then what?!! If already gotten us

Craig B and Justin C came out to install a new back door and new window in our garage. They communicated well beforehand, arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Driving a company vehicle is a direct reflection of the company. Guy wouldn’t let me over in a heavy merge area and just cut me off. When I eventually passed him, he was playing on his phone not even paying attention to the road. Going to end up getting someone killed.

We had a challenging job--to remove a large glass block front window and replace it with a five-window bow. The whole team at Mr. Roger’s performed with courtesy and professionalism. I had a large replacement along with a sliding glass door and an entry door replaced and I could not be more happy! Craig Bechthold, Justin Cook and Kendell Drummond were all VERY professional and VERY good at what they do. Craig, Jimmy, and Cody installed our windows several weeks ago and were so courteous, hardworking, and professional. They did an excellent job and Im amazed at how efficient they were. We have been customers of Mr. Rogers Windows since 2004. We had Mr. Rogers replacement windows installed in our home in Newport News. We had them back a couple of years later to install a new front door. Moving to Smithfield in 2012, we didnt think we would be replacing anything since we built a new home. However, our builder used a substandard patio door as well as an exterior door to our second deck. We called Mr. Rogers and once again, they came and installed some great products. Its one thing to get good products. A true testament to a great company is their willingness to stand behind both the products and their workmanship. After 6 years, we discovered some water damage occurring with the exterior door. I made a call to Mr. Rogers and a technician came out. After a 15 minute inspection, he announced they would be ordering a new frame and would return to reinstall the door. He also explained what he thought might have contributed to the issue. He also noted that the new materials would be even better, and less susceptible to water damage. Today (April 3rd) Craig Bechthold and Tadwin Appleby showed up on time. They completely deconstructed the door assembly and started back as if they were installing it from the beginning. They took the time to point out the mistakes that had caused the initial water damage and what was being done different. I was impressed with the diligence they took to not only make it right, but to make it better than before. I was so inspired by watching them, I started working on our bedroom door that had been installed incorrectly when the house was built...out of line, always swinging partway open, uneven gaps all the way around. I was listening and watching their work to help me analyze my own project. Craig went out of his way to give me advice and assistance with my project. Now we had a great Mr. Rogers door reinstalled AND my bedroom door hangs perfectly for the first time in 8 years, with much credit to Craigs mentoring and coaching me along. Both Craig and Tadwin completed their work, cleaned the area and made sure we were happy with the results. What makes a great company? One of the smartest things I have done was call Mr Rogers windows and doors to replace my patio door. They were very prompt in their service and would always return a call. After having new front doors and a huge window replaced in my home by Mr. Rogers Windows, I will never use another company for such jobs. Craig and Jimmy were polite, professional, clean, and thorough. Although the prices are slightly higher than some other companies we had received quotes from, it was worth every penny! The lack of worry and follow up to make sure the job was done properly on my part, (I had the utmost confidence in Craig and Jimmy, right from the get-go), is priceless. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

From start to finish I was informed, reassured and comforted that I made the right choice. The day of my install, Craig made me aware of not only his arrive but the steps he was taking to make sure I got more than just my windows. They were meticulous, clean and polite. Zachary (assisting tech) demonstrated a confident attitude that was backed with great quality service.

We started our experience with Kenny. He listened and provided the perfect plan to meet our needs. John measured everything to order the supplies. Both men were courteous and responsive. Ashley made all the appointments and sent pictures of both men so that we could be comfortable with who was coming to our home. The work started in below freezing weather but Duane B, Shane H, Cody M, and Justin M came dressed for the temperature and worked very hard and efficiently. As the work progressed over the next two days, they impressed us with how pleasant and neat they were. They always cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The workers were also puntual, courteous, and responsive. The finished job is absolutely beautiful and something that they can be proud to say is an awesome reflection of this company. It is very high quality! Sean did a final inspection after being assured that our needs had been met. The workmen did a perfect job and exceeded all of our expectations! My husband and I highly recommend them.

Craig and Justin and Kendel removed two casement windows and installed two large, beautiful picture windows. Not only did they do superior work on these two windows, they did extra work on the previous two windows I had had done a few months ago. They didnt think they were cosmetically up to Mr. Windows standards. Yay for me! I love their work. (Sharon Hurwitz; Allena is my daughter.)

My installers Craig Bechthold and Anthony Taylor were prompt in their arrival. They explained what they would be doing. They made sure carpets were kept clean and always kept covers on their shoes in the house. The windows were as expected, and installation was done in a reasonable amount of time. First let me say, I could not be happier with my experience with Mr. Rogers Windows. We are remodeling our house and have had various vendors doing different things (new carpet, new appliances, etc). Mr. Rogers was hired to replace our french door. The ONLY vendor who showed up when they said they would was Mr. Rogers Windows. Every single person we had an interaction with from Mr. Rogers were professional and courteous. The salesperson was ON TIME and very helpful with helping us select a new door. The gentleman that came at a later date to measure for the new door was ON TIME and very courteous. Lastly the installers, Craig Bechthold and Justin Cook, were ON TIME and did a fantastic job in a very timely matter. After they were done you could not even tell that anyone had been there except for the fact there was a nice new door. They even vacuumed the lawn of debris. I repeat, I could not be happier. If you are looking for a great product and a professional installation from people who are courtious and show up when they say they will, you cannot go wrong with Mr Rogers.

Craig Bechthold and Jimmy Scott did a fantastic job of installing our windows with a speed and expertise I have rarely seen. They did not leave a bit of dust or dirt behind them. Mr Rogers was a great in helping me choose the doors for my home. It was my first big purchase in my new home and they were very patient answering all the questions I had. The quality of the product was more than excellent and Im so pleased with the end result. I will definitely use Mr Rogers again and highly recommend this coming.

Both installation teams were outstanding. They showed up on time, called each morning to let us know they were on the way. All had COVID Masks, boot coverings and had protective mats inside the house to protect flooring. Outside they used cardboard under the windows and doors to catch the nails, wood and other debris. The teams were very professional and took the time to answer any question and explain what they were doing throughout the entire process. We would recommend the window team lead by Duane Brown and assisted by Gauge & Tim, and the door team lead by Craig Bechthold and assisted by Justin Cook to anyone looking to have new windows and doors installed. We are 100% satisfied with the work done.

Let me tell you, this was the best possible experience we could have asked for. Both crews were absolutely amazing. Professional from start to finish, on time, took time to explain things as they went and answered each and every question we had. Craig Bechthold and Shawn Emch were solidly positive leaders to their crews (Anthony Taylor and Joshua McCall) and it was a great thing to watch.

The experience was a good one starting with the first contact. This was no ordinary sales person! He had a real sense of design. I originally had two double hung windows in my kitchen with a thick wood post between them. He suggested a single large awning window, with no grids to fill that space. The more I thought about it, the better it sounded, and I love it! (And I can open the window, even when its raining!) He also noticed something that always drove me crazy. My front picture window and two side windows were completely out of proportion. We fixed that. The installation crew showed up, and they were friendly, efficient and very good at their jobs. They left the place clean and orderly. So, drafty inefficient windows from 1965 that were ridiculously hard to open and clean, and very noisy in the least little bit of wind, were replaced by beautiful, easy to open, and easy to clean windows. The best part was that you were having one of your special price sales! Within a few months, I noticed a difference in my power bill, and it was immediately quieter in the house! Its been five years, and Im still happy!
