I was in Chesapeake visiting my wifes family and bought a tank from another vape store. When it wasnt working well (and the store I bought it from basically told me they couldnt do anything about it and to call the factory) I took it to Epic Vapor Company hoping they would help me figure out what was wrong and they exceeded all expectations of customer service. Not only was the owner able to fix my tank but he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about vapes in general. Also, they have the best selection of juice around.

Friendly staff that has looked out for me more than once.There was a time that I went in for a BOGO sale cause Id be out of work for awhile.I paid for two but the boss man just threw a couple extra on the counter.I thought it was for the guy behind me in line and started to walk out he was like hey dont forget your oil.Saying Good luck on the job search this should last you til you get on your feet and I have been a regular customer sense.
