The folks at Garage Dorr Enterprises LLC are a pleasure to deal with. They are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I called them when my wife and I took ownership on our townhouse and discovered we did not have a remote or outside working keypad to the garage. John came by the same day I called, provided us a new model keypad, remote, and inspected and lubricated our opener. I am very pleased and will continue to call on them in the future.

Poor customer service. I waited an entire day for a morning window appointment. Service Technician arrived to my home very disgruntled and rude as if I was his bad day. I attempted to reach out to management with no return phone call. 7 days later I contacted the company again to file a complaint and express my concerns. Lisa brushed me off as if my concerns did not matter. Zero stars if zero was an option.

Called for door that was very noisy and off balance. Technician was on time and did a great job explaining the issue and promptly repaired the balancing issue. Door is now whisper quiet also! I purposely chose GDE because of the Family Owned business and could not have been happier. Jonathan called the morning of, showed up on time and was extremely personable. He replaced my broken extension springs, aligned my tracks, swapped out my noisy old rollers, lubricated my door and was on to the next job in 35 minutes. He even gave me honest answers to all of my upgrade questions for down the road, options that would last in my favor but not necessarily put the most money in his pocket. Garage Door Enterprises was absolutely fantastic. I recently purchased my home and it came with a homeowners warranty, and in short order I experienced a problem with my garage door opener sensors. Outstanding service. I had both of the cable wires come off on the garage door and like a true DIY-er I youtube the solution and what I thought I fixed, I actually didn’t fix the actual problem. Turns out the torsion springs were both broken. Luckily I called these guys and Lisa was super friendly and had Kurt call me and take a look at what I had. He inspected the garage door and gave me a estimate for the repair. He was friendly, very professional and got the job done in 45mins tops.
